  1. It is undoubted that every young people is to preserve their cultural activities; however, keeping healthy is the factor to success and happiness in life. To my knowledge, not only should young people while away their time on cultural activities, they should spare their time on sports as well.
  2. Playing sport does wonders for our health and it is unerring that exercising is a certain part of our lives. Every healthy citizen will make up a strong community. For instance, people will shun the chance of being cancer, which means that there will be less epidemics and more people be in good shape. Moreover, playing team sport games can enhance your coordination with others and this experience will help the youngster to reach their aim in real life.
  3. Nevertheless, cultural activities are good for the health of the mind and spirit by building up creativity and stimulating real-life experiences such as learning about culture, customs or languages from other countries. Furthermore, when people go to the theatre, they can learn about musical instruments and style of playing.
  4. In conclusion, I believe that young people should have the chance to do a variety of activities and that a balance of sport and cultural activities is best.
