Arroz guisado (Yellow rice)

3 teaspoons Sofrito
Two teaspoons tomato paste
Cooking jam
(At will) Salad olives
1 Chicken bouillon
Your preference amount of chorizo
All that is sautéed for a few minutes, then the rice and water are added (barely covers the rice with water) , leave over medium heat until dry and then placed on low heat for several minutes until the rice is cooked.

Sofrito Ingredients
* 2 large green bell peppers
* 2 large Spanish onions
* 1 bags of aji dulce (about 5 sweet peppers)) OR 1 red bell pepper
* 1 head of garlic, peeled
* 1 large bunch of cilantro
* 1/2 bunch of recao (about 15 leaves)
