- Arroz guisado (Yellow rice)
- 3 teaspoons Sofrito
- Two teaspoons tomato paste
- Cooking jam
- (At will) Salad olives
- 1 Chicken bouillon
- Your preference amount of chorizo
- All that is sautéed for a few minutes, then the rice and water are added (barely covers the rice with water) , leave over medium heat until dry and then placed on low heat for several minutes until the rice is cooked.

- * 2 large green bell peppers
- * 2 large Spanish onions
- * 1 bags of aji dulce (about 5 sweet peppers)) OR 1 red bell pepper
- * 1 head of garlic, peeled
- * 1 large bunch of cilantro
- * 1/2 bunch of recao (about 15 leaves)
