- Sourcing: This list was made using Kiranico's English page (https://mhrise.kiranico.com/data/skills) as a base, and I have simply revised some numbers where appropriate (primarily updating base Rise numbers for a handful of Skills that were buffed with Ver 10) and added some explanatory notes and detailed numbers, especially for Skills added in Sunbreak. Sources for numbers were primarily the videos uploaded by @あっと of the YouTube channel 皆で一緒にモンハンライフ (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCawnXB18xMuQXc8b9PIwCPw), and the articles found in the モンスターハンター大辞典 Wiki (https://wikiwiki.jp/nenaiko). - Increases attack power when your weapon sharpness is low.

- Bow Charge Plus
- Increases max bow charge level by one.

- Lv 1 5% faster gauge fill rate and 5% faster charge times.

- Long swords, dual blades, insect glaives, switch axes, and charge blades stay powered up longer.

- Constitution

- Qurio will drain health (1/second), but also bolster your attacks. (at the cost of consuming any beyond the first, with each consumed recovering 50 HP) The attacks boosted differ depending on which Scroll is in use.

- Using the Red Scroll builds your fury while fighting monsters (about 40 seconds to charge to white, delayed to 50 seconds if damage is taken or the player attacks the monster, a further 50 seconds to go from white to gold.) Swapping to the Blue Scroll when your fury is full (gold) gives you infinite stamina temporarily.
- Level 1 - While Red, Defense +10, Element Resistance +5. Switching to Blue gives 30 seconds of infinite stamina.
- Level 2 - While Red, Defense +20, Element Resistance +10. Switching to Blue gives 60 seconds of infinite stamina.
- Level 3 - While Red, Defense +30, Element Resistance +20. Switching to Blue gives 90 seconds of infinite stamina.
- Mail of Hellfire
- Decreases defense but increases attack. Exact changes to stats depends on Switch Skill Swap Scroll that is being used.
- Level 1 - While Red, Defense is decreased by 50, and Attack is increased by 15. While Blue, elemental resistance is decreased by 10, and elemental attack values become 1.04x
- Level 2 - While Red, Defense is decreased by 75, and Attack is increased by 25. While Blue, elemental resistance is decreased by 25, and elemental attack values become 1.1x
- Level 3 - While Red, Defense is decreased by 100, and Attack is increased by 35. While Blue, elemental resistance is decreased by 50, and elemental attack values become 1.2x
- Coalescence
- Temporarily (30 seconds) enhances attacks after recovering from blights or abnormal status.
- Level 1 - Base Attack +12, Element +2, Status 1.05x
- Level 2 - Base Attack +15, Element +3, Status 1.10x
- Level 3 - Base Attack +18, Element +4, Status 1.15x
- Bloodlust
- The effects of the Frenzy virus change. Health is gradually reduced (1/second), but you gain a variety of effects. Frenzy virus occurs regularly when in combat (activates as soon as combat is initiated with a large monster, and reactivates once the overcome status wears off.)
- Level 1 - While the virus is in effect, Attack is increased by 10, elemental attack by 5, and fixed stamina depletion is reduced by 10% (this stacks with the effect of Constitution). When the virus is overcome, the red health bar is replenished, and Affinity increases by 20% for 60 seconds.
- Level 2 - While the virus is in effect, Attack is increased by 15, elemental attack by 7, and fixed stamina depletion is reduced by 20% (this stacks with the effect of Constitution). When the virus is overcome, the red health bar is replenished, and Affinity increases by 25% for 60 seconds.
- Level 3 - While the virus is in effect, Attack is increased by 20, elemental attack by 10, and fixed stamina depletion is reduced by 30% (this stacks with the effect of Constitution). When the virus is overcome, the red health bar is replenished, and Affinity increases by 25% for 90 seconds.
- Defiance
- Increases defense when large monsters become enraged.
- Level 1 - While active, nulls small grade roars, wind pressure, and tremors.
- Level 2 - While active, Defense +5, nulls small grade roars, wind pressure, and tremors, and reduces the effect of large grade roars, wind pressure, and tremors.
- Level 3 - While active, Defense +10, and nulls small and large grade roars, wind pressure, and tremors.
- Level 4 - While active, Defense +20, nulls small and large grade roars, wind pressure, and tremors, and reduces the effect of powerful roars and dragon wind pressure.
- Level 5 - While active, Defense +30, and nulls small and large grade roars, wind pressure, and tremors, as well as powerful roars and dragon wind pressure.
- Sneak Attack
- Increases damage to large monsters when attacks hit them from behind.

- Perform a perfectly-timed evade just as a monster attacks for a temporary (30 seconds) attack boost.

- Perform a perfectly-timed Switch Skill Swap just as a monster attacks to reduce the damage and negate damage reactions.

- Spiribird's Call
- Receive the effects of a random Spiribird at fixed intervals (1 minute.) (Certain quests only) (Quests with rainbow birds do not activate this skill)
- Level 1 - Activates skill.
- Charge Master
- When a charged attack hits a monster, the element and status buildup of the charged attack increases. (Exact values vary between weapons)
- Level 1 - Slight increase.
- Level 2 - Moderate increase.
- Level 3 - Great increase.
- Foray
- Increases attack power and affinity when attacking a large monster affected by poison, paralysis, or an elemental blight.
- Level 1 - Attack +10
- Level 2 - Attack +10, Affinity +10%

- Tune-Up
- Increases the stats of custom mods attached to bowguns.
- Level 1 - Increases the effects of Silencer (Recoil Down +1) and Shield. When nothing is equipped, Reload Speed +1.
- Level 2 - Increases the effects of Long Barrel (~4.5% to ~7% and Power Barrel (1.125x to 1.147x). When nothing is equipped, Reload Speed +1 and Steadiness +1
- Grinder (S)
- When recovering sharpness, grants a boost to sharpness properties (1.1x for physical, somewhere between 1.05x-1.09x for element) based on the number of levels recovered.
- Level 1 - Activates for 60 seconds when 3 levels of sharpness are recovered.
- Level 2 - Activates for 60 seconds when 2 levels of sharpness are recovered.
- Level 3 - Activates for 90 seconds when 2 levels of sharpness are recovered.
- Bladescale Hone
- Dodge rolling to evade an attack with your weapon drawn will recover sharpness (by 20), refill bowgun ammo (reloads all shells), or give Close-range Coatings a temporary boost (by 1.1x for 30 seconds).
- Level 1 - 50% chance to activate
- Level 2 - 75% chance to activate
- Level 3 - 100% chance to activate
- Wall Runner (Boost)
- Wirebug Gauge recovers faster while wall running.
- Level 1 - Activates effect.
- Quick Breath
- You can remove some statuses (everything but Frenzy and Bloodblight) or slow their effects (reduces Frenzy, shortens Bloodblight time) by performing a Switch Skill Swap. Health (15 HP) recovers when a status is removed. (Seems to have a roughly 10 second cooldown time)

- Element Exploit
- Increases elemental damage when attacking body parts upon which the element are highly effective (20 or higher).
- Level 1 - When attacking an appropriate part, Element damage 1.1x
- Level 2 - When attacking an appropriate part, Element damage 1.125x
- Level 3 - When attacking an appropriate part, Element damage 1.15x
- Chain Crit
- Continuously landing hits gradually increases attack and elemental attack. (The amount of increase depends on the weapon.)
- Level 1 - Increases Attack and Element by 5 apiece for 3 seconds after landing a hit (each hit restarts the timer). If five hits in a row are landed, this buff is increased dependent on weapon type.
- Level 2 - Increases Attack and Element by 5 apiece for 3 seconds after landing a hit (each hit restarts the timer). If five hits in a row are landed, this buff is increased dependent on weapon type.
- Level 3 - Increases Attack and Element by 5 apiece for 3 seconds after landing a hit (each hit restarts the timer). If five hits in a row are landed, this buff is increased dependent on weapon type.
- Guts
- Prevents fainting one time only (per "life", effect is restored after carting) when damage taken exceeds a certain amount of your remaining health.
- Level 1 - Effect activates when HP is above 80.
- Level 2 - Effect activates when HP is above 72.
- Level 3 - Effect activates when HP is above 64.
- Status Trigger
- Perform a perfectly-timed evade just as a monster attacks to trigger abnormal status buildup on hit. (When using status ailment melee weapons, there is normally only a 33% chance for status buildup to be inflicted. This Skill increases that to 100% for the duration of the effect. Gunner ailments are already 100% by default, so this Skill has no effect there.)
- Level 1 - Effect lasts for 5 seconds.
- Level 2 - Effect lasts for 8 seconds.
- Level 3 - Effect lasts for 12 seconds.
