trying this ffmpeg

cat /dev/video4 | ffmpeg -i - -vcodec libx264  -s 320x180 -strict experimental -g 15 -me_method zero -acodec copy   -f mpegts udp://127.0.0.1:10000?pkt_size=1316
 it sometimes runs and othertimes it runs about 3 or 4 cycles and stops
