 * Shift at end of Fang's fourth attack
 * ATB refreshes as necessary until head split, COM/MED/COM for emergency heals (or Renew if not yet used)

 * If Bart_HP < 1.3 million
   - Ready Summon, use when Thanatosian Laughter appears on screen
   - Fire-Thunder-Fire-Thunder
   - Repeat until Apoptosis, then gestalt and finisher
 * If Bart_HP > 1.3 million
   - Immediate Summon
   - Fire-Thunder-Fire-Thunder
   - Repeat until Apoptosis, then gestalt and finisher
 * Repeat until Fang finished

You have an elixir to use here. Either do it for healing pre-stagger, or tank laughter with it.
