"Halt fiend!  Pay for your heinous acts or answer to Justice!"  Nisa, the self-proclaimed Hero of Justice, was in hot pursuit of a woman that had been evading her arrest for the past few days now and with each passing day she got closer and closer, but to no avail.  This woman's elusiveness only made Nisa's passion for dispensing what she believed was righteousness unto her.  "Today's the day!"  She yelled to herself as she chased the woman, clad in what appeared to be a school uniform, through the tree tops of a forest near Lastation, and she was getting closer with each jump.

"Why do you insist on chasing me!?"  The red-headed woman shouted as she stayed a few leaps ahead of her pursuer.  "I've done nothing wrong and you're wasting your time!"  She was as agile as Nisa and had managed to keep a good distance away from her each time she gave chase, but today was different.  She was bogged down by several paper bags of food and she did everything in her power to keep her contents from spilling, but with each jump her food would move about, slowly tearing away at the bottom with her completely unaware.

"Carrying around unauthorized weapons!  Attempted shoplifting!  Cutting in line!"  Nisa's list of misdemeanors started off strong and ended on a petty note, but she was determined to show this mysterious woman the error of her ways.

"I told the lady I was sorry!  I didn't even notice it fall in-"  A loud rip rang out from the accused shoplifter's bags and she spent the next several jumps trying to keep everything together, but despite her best efforts everything, including her, went crashing to the ground.  "-the-e-e-ere!?"  She landed face first into her remaining groceries and was temporarily stunned with her ass up as Nisa made her quick approach.

"Ha!  Like all wrongdoers you were tripped up by Justice itself!  Do you have any last...hey, are you listening to me?"  Nisa, caught up in her excitement, failed to notice that her target wasn't moving much until her eyes trailed towards the woman's skirt.  "You can't go getting yourself hurt like that before you stand trial, you'll make ME look like the bad guy."  She inched closer and poked the seemingly unconscious victim with her toes, slowly creeping up her thighs until she caught a glimpse of orange until-

"You're a fool if you truly think you can get the drop on MarvelousAQL!"  MarvelousAQL, or simply Marvelous as she usually calls herself, reappeared in a plume of smoke and caught Nisa off guard!  The force of the small explosion was enough to knock the young upholder of justice back several feet and gave her a full view of her opponent: short reddish-orange hair with a swirly strand standing up, note shaped pupils but the worst of it was was when she saw that the shirt she was wearing obviously didn't fit.  Marvelous's breasts lived up to her name and the only thing keeping her from bursting out of her shirt was a single button...and this is what put Nisa into an unironically small fit of blind rage and jealousy.  "Ninja Art: Fire!"  She pulled out a scroll with foreign scribbling out of her cleavage as she called out her attack, placed it in her mouth, and made strange motions with her hands as the area around her began to pick up.

"You..."  Nisa uttered as she grabbed a can of whipped cream that had rolled alongside her during the surprise attack.  "This is an atrocity that I can't overlook!  This is beyond law and chaos!"  She cried out as she threw the can with all her might.

By now it was too late for Marvelous to cancel her attack as thins trails of fire began to surround her.  She let out of a muffled grunt before her Ninja Art took full effect, engulfing the nearby area around her with a ear splitting boom as the whipped cream can exploded!  Nisa shielded herself from the blast and waited for the wind to settle before boldly walking over Marvelous's body, who was truly stunned this time in tattered clothes with a panicked look on her face.  Not willing to pass up a chance to apprehend someone that may have been larger than Vert she dropped down on and sat on Marvelous's lap and bound her wrists together...when she noticed some strange pills spill out from her shirt pocket.  "A strange red pill, eh?"  She was ready to throw it away when a horrifying thought crossed her mind.  "Th-this is how you got so huge, isn't it!?"  She said out loud, ignoring the fact that her captive was still knocked out.  Without hesitation she popped that pill in her mouth, along with several others of the same color with no immediate results.  "Wh-what have I done!?  Have I forsaken justice fo-gurrk!"  Had she only taken one pill the effects wouldn't have been as severe...but taking several at once without even knowing what they did was foolish.  She gasped for air and clutched her stomach and crotch and collapsed on top of Marvelous, gently resting on her soft chest.

Several minutes had passed by and Marvelous had finally come to.  "Ugh, I underestimated her woman if she was able to counter my spell like that."  She tried to push Nisa off of her and discovered that her hands had been tied together.  "And to make matters worst she almost got me too.  Ew wait, is she...drooling on me?"  She rolled to her side, throwing Nisa aside, and got on her feet while she tried to undo her bindings, unaware of what had awoken near her.  "It was just my imagination...I hope none of the girls at the academy find out about thi-yaaaah!"
Nisa had latched her hand onto Marvelous's ankle and pulled back as hard as possible, sweeping the ninja off her feet and knocking the wind out of her as her breasts broke her fall.  "Huuu..."  The only thing that left Nisa's mouth a deep growl as she kept her grip tight on Mavelous as she crawled up her body and then flipping her over, finding herself on her stomach this time.  Her eyes were completely glazed over and emotionless, and dug her knees into Marvelous's ribs.

"Khh-!  What's...happened to you?"  The pain was nothing compared to the thoughts that ran through her head as she was helpless and watched the demon on top of her struggle with her zipper.  Her thoughts went straight to one thing as noticed a bulge...  "M-my pills!  You didn't take any of them did y-"

Marvelous was stopped dead in her tracks as Nisa tore away at her leather outfit, revealing a third limb that fit firmly in her hand.  "Breeeeasts..."  With her arms still bound and under Nisa, the ninja had no choice but to watch as her captor peel away at her shirt and place her new member in between her breasts.  "Huuhuu..."  While massaging the ninja Nisa rhythmically thrust back and forth, agitating and making herself harder while her victim held her tongue and turned red.

"Mmph...I thought...situations like these...myths..."  She said to herself as she tried to avert her gaze from the thing that was repeatedly shoving itself in her face.  "I mustn't...cave in...to..."  It was getting increasingly difficult to resist the urges that were building up in her body.  She was trained for combat and stealth, and neither of those could help her figure out why she was getting hot.

Nisa's pressure began escalating and she was breathing loudly, sweat pouring from her forehead and onto Marvelous's chest, making it even easier to attack until-"Haaaah!"  Her hips convulsed as she shot a stream of warm, white goop all over Marvelous's face and chest and went temporarily motionless as she recovered.

"Aaah~"  The shock and sensation of Nisa's climax was too much for Marvelous, and instead of escaping when she had the chance her body refused to move and waited for her captor to make another move.  "N-no...more..."  Her mind was still there, for the most part, but it was no match for the pent up desires that had finally surfaced.
Nisa had reawaken and shuffled backwards, and reached under Marvelous's skirt to pull down her orange panties.

"Just...ice..."  Somehow, somewhere in that cloudy mind a part of Nisa was still aware of her surroundings...but that only made things worse as she stopped pulling around Marvelous's knees and lifted her legs up.

After fiddling around with her member Nisa had finally lined herself up with Marvelous's sweet spot and shoved it in with all her might with a grunt, making her and her partner cry out in ecstasy.  "Hyaaaah!~"  They both froze, motionless, as the echoes of their screams died out.  The sounds of Nisa's hips crashing into Marvelous were drowned out by cute yelps that grew louder with each collision.  The once proud ninja's eyes had also been clouded over in sheer joy, and her musical note pupils were replaced by small, wavering hearts.

Nisa tightened her grip on Marvelous's legs and she continued plowing into her while muttering under her breath, getting faster and faster as Marvelous tightened around her member.  They were both slaves to effects of the red pills and the ravaging went on for what felt like hours until they reached their limit, and Nisa relentlessly climaxed into Marvelous.  Her load was too much for ninja to handle and she was forced to pull out, still oozing white seed continuously while drooping down on her once unwilling partner.  They were both breathless, in a heap on top of one another, and stayed there until Marvelous rolled to the side and invited the crazed pursuer of justice for another long round.
