This is the Vaktovian Medal Council Codex, here you will find everything you need in order to apply for medals.

A hashtag [#] indicates that this medal is not capable of being applied for, as it is a medal achieved by hard work whilst being recognised by the Medal Council.
An asterisk [*] indicates that you can apply for them.
A | indicates that VACs can apply for them.

[] indicates that the award is a ribbon.
() indicates that the award is a medal.

With the old rules being a bit troublesome for several Vaktovians and VACs, the rules have been adjusted and you now have more choice in wearing the medals and ribbons:
- When not wearing any medals, you are given permission to wear 9 ribbons, in a "three by three"
- You can wear four medals at any given time, however you may only wear one grand medal at the same time.
- If caught faking any evidence purposely in submitting a request for a medal or ribbon, you will be severely punished and will have a lifetime ban on receiving any medals or ribbons.

COMBAT/LEADERSHIP/VETERAN MEDALS: Several medals and ribbons have been changed or removed. The invalid medals have been removed as they had unneeded and poor requirements. The changed medals have been updated to make it more fair, yet challenging for Vaktovians to work for these medals.

DEVELOPMENT MEDALS: One specific man that leads in the Vaktus Corporation has been assigned to appoint specific development medals and ribbons to those who deserve it. You can not apply for it, but will be given these medals/ribbons after hard work.

Combat tier:

*[] Defense Superior Service Ribbon
Awarded to Vaktovians who have accumulated 25 defensive wins.

*[] Offensive Superior Service Ribbon
Awarded to Vaktovians who have accumulated 75 raid wins.

*()Order of Glory
Awarded to Vaktovians who preformed bravely in the face of the enemy, staying in the #3 or greater spot on the leaderboard (screenshot proof must be provided) and achieving at least 10 wins on the enemy.

#[] Ribbon of Battle Merit
Awarded to Vaktovians who have mastered the skill of combat and have been voted on as to be one of the most elite fighters in Vaktovia.

*[] Superior Combat Service Ribbon
Awarded to Vaktovians who have defended and raided an enemy during wartime for a grand total of 75. Multiple wars may be combined.

Leadership Tier

#() Vaktovian Medal of Leadership

Awarded for exceptional leadership and cool-headed decision making. In order to acquire this medal you must have an offensive or defensive tactician ribbon, plus  he ribbon of Victory.

#() Vaktovian Medal of Commanding
Awarded for exceptional commanding skills against the enemy, whether through commanding of an invasion or organizing a group of raids that resulted in victories.

#() By My Command
Awarded to Vaktovian Legates and centurions who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in terms of commanding and have brought many victories and glory to the citizens and soldiers of Vaktovia.

*[] Offensive tactician ribbon
Awarded to Vaktovian Legates and Centurions who are certified in offensive tactics and have won 30 times on different clans while they are in total command. Legates and Centurions may only raid the same group thrice for this.

*[] Defensive tactician ribbon
Awarded to Vaktovian Legates and Centurions who are certified in defensive tactics and have succesfully won 20 defenses. Legates and Centurions may only use 3 wins of the same raiding force.

#[] Organizational Leadership Ribbon
Awarded to Vaktovian Legates and Centurions who organize and complete a successful project of some sort, whether it be developmental or other.

*[] Ribbon of Victory

Awarded to Vaktovian Legates and Centurions who have achieved 50 victories under their command, in total.

*[] Ribbon of Wartime Victory

Awarded to Vaktovian Legates and Centurions who have achieved 15 victories on an enemy during wartime under their command, in total. [MUST BE ONE WAR]

Development Tier:

#()| Vaktovian Medal of Technology
Awarded for creating new and powerful technology for the Empire. (technology that has been used throughout Vaktovian facilities and requires one other development ribbon)

#()| Vaktovian Medal of the Future
Awarded to Vaktovians who have been substantial in the development and future of Vaktovia.

#()| In the Name of Vaktovia
Awarded to Vaktovian Developers who worked around the clock to develop technology for Vaktovia during wartime, the most stressful of times.
Ribbon of Artwork Awarded to Vaktovians in the Vaktus Corporation who have created substantial and important propaganda and art for the Empire.

#[]| Ribbon of Architecture
Awarded to Vaktovians in the Vaktus Corporation who have created astonishing things for the Empire that has helped the Empire's progress in the development of our architecture.

#[]| Ribbon of Scripting
Awarded to Vaktovians in the Vaktus Corporation who have created scripts for the Empire that has helped the Empire progress in their programming.

#[]| Ribbon of Media
Awarded to Vaktovians in the Vaktus Corporation who have created media for the Empire that is used regularly or has been sufficient in its goal as propaganda.

#[]| Ribbon of Scribework
Awarded to Vaktovians in the Vaktus Corporation who have created scribework for the Empire that is useful and frequently used.

Veteran Tier:

*[]|  Plains of Arcadia
Awarded to Vaktovians who fought in the Arcadian War.

*[]| Winters of Frostaria
Awarded to Vaktovians who have fought in the Frostarian Wars. (2011-2012, not 2014)

*[]| Summer of the Cobra
Awarded to Vaktovians who fought in the Johns Cobra's ro-war.

*[]|Oceans of Alversia
Awarded to Vaktovians who fought in the Alversian Wars

*[]| Arctic Frost
Awarded to Vaktovians who fought in either of the Frost Clan wars.

*()| Medal of Loyalty
Awarded to Vaktovians who have spent 5 consecutive years in the Vaktovian Military

*()| Medal of Honor
Awarded to Vaktovians who have fought honorably in at least 3 major Vaktovian wars.

Grand Medals:

*() Order of Vaktus
-Awarded to Vaktovians with 30 wins on an enemy fort during wartime, 3 medals, and 6 ribbons.

#() Hero of the Empire
Awarded to Vaktovians who have been voted on to be a Vaktovian of many accomplishments and bravery in the face of challenges that would overcome most Vaktovians.

#() Iron Triad
There is no medal higher than this medal. This medal is awarded to Vaktovians who contributed greatly to victory in a time of war or kept the fire of Vaktovia alive in peacetime, and serve to be an examplary Vaktovian worthy of the highest respect. Requires one other grand medal, a combat tier medal, Medal of Honor, and Medal of Leadership.
