C:You seem like an interesting person, so I figured I would send you a message. Have you played Final Fantasy 15 yet? It has a really great story. Do you enjoy other genres of video games or just rpgs?

Thanks for the message. I have not played it yet. Though it's on the horizon. I've been hooked into Dragon Age and Lost Odyssey lately. I tend to stick with rpgs but am not adverse to other genres. You?

C: I've been wanting to try Lost Odyssey for a while, looks intriguing . I am big into Mega Man X and Castlevania series of games outside of RPGS.
What do you write about in your poetry and plays? Abstract thoughts or societal situations etc.?

G: My poetry tends towards snapshots into a person, a brief character study of sorts. Sometimes as a persona piece and sometimes as the observer. My old playwriting tended towards seeing what it took to break a persona and then make them whole again. My current writing is steering towards a meld of magical realism and sci fi.

C:Though to be totally honest, my muse has been quiet lately, kinda rusty I afraid. I suppose a new job and moving and that sorta chaos can be distracting. Hoping a camping trip or a dc mini vaca will cure the writers block.

C: no that is quite alright, I find it very delightful to hear about another writer's take on things. I am writing a memoir of sorts, adding some fiction. Mainly comprised of my adventures, romance and redemption. I add a lot of internal thoughts to outline why I do things a certain way.

G: Do you go camping and hiking often?  I don't really know any good spots in northern virginia. I suppose there are lots in VA lol.
I used to quite a bit. I grew up mostly in eastern panhandle of WV. I don't really know northern VA well yet, so if I do go camping probably will find plenty near my old stomping grounds. Harpers Ferry and Berkeley Springs come to mind.

C:Never been to WV yet. Ive been camping in Texas, Germany and England. Would you like to try to find a hiking spot with me here in northern VA? Im sure we could cure that writers block and have some fun :)
