You need to install and login to Blizzard launcher to get game downloading working.
https://www.blizzard.com/

1. Install the Battle.net desktop client and log in
2. Start the D2R-Launcher.exe in my package
3. Wait for downloading
4. Start again if the game not launched

Language change:
1. Open D2R_TechnicalAlpha\Tools\patches.txt with a text editor (example notepad)
2. Add the choosen language patch code in a new line
Example:
Add 0x1446C8:+0x270F4 to change the texts language to Japanese
