It's been a bit over a year since the great religious wars of Poseidon AU concluded, and yes. That's what they were, religious wars. I've concluded that it wasn't in fact a clash of personalities, ego's or ideologies. No, these were battles over our respective religions, I a Jew, and the community, largely atheistic-gentiles. I used to think that the gentiles and Gods chosen people could not live in harmony, could not live together, hand in hand, as fellow humans. I used to think that in order for us Jews to survive on Poseidon I had to destroy the gentiles by any means necessary. I was wrong.

I have since discovered the finer points of Judaism, as has Fen that has taught us forgiveness & love for our fellow man. We know longer see Jews as non-humans or cattle, but simply people who are not Jews, and that's okay. We're different, but that's what makes us the same.

Although there is absolutely no doubt that myself, Fen and other members of the Goldberg family committed unspeakable acts of those in this community, we were also targeted with ruthless indignation by our former enemies. What I'm trying to say is that atrocities were committed by both sides, we are willing to forgive, are you? We simply want to return to the server, rebuild our wealth, our family, our businesses and our many other ventures.

You can say many things about the Goldbergs, but one thing you cannot deny is that we are the best roleplayers the server has seen, and ever will see. Now, you can have us back, with no drama, with no hatred whatsoever.

For our various crimes & abuses, we are sorry. I'm sorry, and I ask for your forgiveness. You need not ask me for mine, as I already forgive each and everyone of you.
