Given the astoundingly powerful chemical and sexual nature of the disease, isn't it odd that we find ourselves in a sandbox doom? Any random asshole God would have to be shockingly more evil to start a sandbox doom. I also don't think the fear complexes associated with a sandbox doom can compare to those of starting a shell based sexual doom.
