Astonaige: You’re saying the Psyco Frame came from [Neo Zeon]...? That’s preposterous!

チェーン
「でも、オクトバーさんがそう言って来たんです」
Chan: Still, that’s what October told me.

アストナージ
「νガンダムもユニコーンも
サイコ・フレームはちゃんと作動してるんだぞ」
Astonaige: But both the Nu Gundam and the Unicorn’s Psyco Frames are working fine.

チェーン
「ええ、
完全な物が敵から提供されるわけがありません」
Chan: Right, there’s no way the enemy would have given us something that works perfectly.

アストナージ
「オクトバーさんの話が本当なら、
ネオ・ジオンはHi-νガンダムが
開発されてたことを知っててもおかしくない」
Astonaige: If what October says is true, Neo Zeon might have already known that the Hi-Nu Gundam was being developed.

アストナージ
「だったら、妨害しないか?」
Astonaige: So then why wouldn’t they try to sabotage it?

チェーン
「そうだと思いますが…
このことをアムロ大尉に伝えた方がいいでしょうか」
Chan: That makes sense, but... Maybe I should tell Lieutenant Amuro about this.

アストナージ
「止めとけ。
大尉は、今度こそシャアと決着を付ける気なんだ。
雑念を入れるのは良くない」
Astonaige: Don’t. The Lieutenant is determined to finish things with Char this time. The last thing we need is to give him something else to have on his mind.

アストナージ
「それに、サイコ・フレームの搭載量が
勝敗の鍵を握るってんなら、Hi-νガンダムと
ユニコーンがいれば、何とかなるさ」
Astonaige: Besides, if the key to winning here is about having machines with Psyco Frames, then we’ve got nothing to worry about with the Hi-Nu Gundam and the Unicorn.

アストナージ
「だから、俺達はやるべきことをやるぞ。
戻って来た機体の補給と整備をな」
Astonaige: So all we need to do is keep doing our jobs. Now let’s go resupply and repair the machines that came back.

チェーン
「はい!」
Chan: Right!

チェーン
(アムロ、無事なお帰りを…!)
Chan: (Amuro, please, come back alive...!)


(Scene changes to a map screen of Axis. The Rewloola, Quess, Gyunei, and Neo Zeon forces are on the map.)


クェス
「またミサイルが来た!」
Quess: More missiles incoming!

ギュネイ
「俺達で叩き落とすぞ!」
Gyunei: We’ll take them all down!

(Quess and Gyunei shoot down the missiles.)

シャア
「あれにも核ミサイルが一発だけ…
やるな、ブライト」
Char: There was only one nuclear missile that time... Bright doesn’t mess around.

ナナイ
「大佐、4番艦が[アクシズ]に入りました」
Nanai: Captain, Cruiser 4 has entered [Axis].

シャア
「よし、核爆弾は地球に激突する直前で
爆発するようにセット。クルーは収容しろ」
Char: Alright, have the nukes set to detonate once they’ve crashed into Earth. Retrieve the crew as well.

ナナイ
「了解しました」
Nanai: Yes, sir.

ライル
「大佐、ロンド・ベルの先遣が
第3次防衛ラインに到達しました」
Lyle: Captain, Londo Bell have reached the third defensive line.

シャア
「その中にアムロはいるな?」
Char: Is Amuro with them?

ライル
「ええ」
Lyle: Yes, sir.

シャア
「では、レズンとギュネイ達に迎撃させろ。
α・アジールは第二波だ」
Char: Then have Rezin and Gyunei move to intercept them. The Alpha Azieru will be with the second wave.

ライル
「はっ。
では、戦闘ブリッジに入ります」
Lyle: Sir. We’ll proceed to the combat bridge then.

シャア
「ナナイ、ギュネイ達がアムロを止められなければ、
サザビーで出るぞ」
Char: Nanai, if Gyunei and the others can’t stop Amuro, then I’m going out in the Sazabi.

ナナイ
「私は大佐に従うだけです」
Nanai: I’ll abide by whatever you decide.

シャア
「いいのか?」
Char: Are you really okay with that?

ナナイ
「愛して下さっているのなら…」
Nanai: If I know that you love me...

シャア
「いてくれなければ困る、ナナイ」
Char: I need you with me, Nanai.

ナナイ
「シャア・アズナブル…
いえ、キャスバル・ダイクンで
いらっしゃりたいから、疲れるのですか?」
Nanai: Are you tired from having to uphold the name of Char Aznable? Or rather, Casval Deikun...?

シャア
「父の名を継ぐのは辛いな。
君のような支えがいる」
Char: It hasn’t been easy taking on my father’s name. I need the support you give me.

Episode 100
The Tears at the End


(Scene begins on a map screen of space. The player’s team, Amuro, Banagher, the Ra Cailum, and the Archangel are deployed.)

トーレス
「第5波の核ミサイルも全て撃墜されました!」
Torres: The fifth wave of nuclear missiles have all been shot down, sir!

ブライト
「核ミサイル攻撃は一時中止。
後方のオケアノスとクサナギにもそう伝えろ」
Bright: Suspend the nuclear missile barrage. Tell the Oceanus and the Kusanagi in the back to do the same.

トーレス
「了解!」
Torres: Roger!

ブライト
「アムロ、敵のニュータイプ機を排除してくれ」
Bright: Amuro, we need you to eliminate the enemy Newtype units.

アムロ
「シャアも含めて、そのつもりだ」
Amuro: I was already planning to take them down, along with Char.

(Rezin, Gyunei, and other Neo Zeon forces appear.)

バナージ
「アムロ大尉、核ミサイルを落とした機体が
また来ます!」
Banagher: Lieutenant Amuro, that unit that shot down the nuclear missiles showed up again!

ギュネイ
「あのプレッシャーはアムロだ!
あいつをやりゃあ、大佐だろうが
総帥だろうが!」
Gyunei: This pressure means that must be Amuro! If I beat him, I’ll prove I’m better than the Captain!

レズン
「[ニュータイプ]だ、強化人間だって
艦隊の足を止められなけりゃさ!」
Rezin: I don’t care if their [Newtypes] or Cyber-Newtypes or whatever, they won’t stop this fleet!

アムロ
「連中を排除し、シャアを引きずり出す!」
Amuro: Let’s take them down and force Char to come out!

龍馬
「奴は、アクシズで高みの見物を
決め込むつもりじゃねえのか?」
Ryoma: Isn’t he just gonna sit back and watch the show from Axis?

アムロ
「だとしたら、あの男の所へ行くまでだ!」
Amuro: If he does, then we’ll just bring the fight to him!

弁慶
「逸るなよ、アムロ大尉。
事は、シャアを倒せば終わるわけじゃない」
Benkei: Take it easy, Lieutenant Amuro. Defeating Char alone won’t mean this is over.

アムロ
「わかっています!各機、俺に続け!」
Amuro: I know that! All units, follow me!

(Battle 1 begins.)

(This exchange triggers if Gyunei battles Amuro.)

ギュネイ
「来たな、プレッシャー!」
Gyunei: There’s that pressure again!

アムロ
「あの男1人だけで核ミサイルを
撃墜したわけじゃないだろうが…!」
Amuro: This guy can’t have been the only one to shoot down all the nuclear missiles...!

ギュネイ
(νガンダムを始末したら、
それこそ俺はいつだってシャアを倒し、
クェスを手に入れられる男になる!)
Gyunei: (Once I deal with Nu Gundam, I’ll become the kind of man that can defeat Char and be with Quess!)

(This exchange triggers if Gyunei battles Banagher.)

ギュネイ
「アクシズを地球に落とせば、
連邦政府も壊滅する!箱の鍵など、最早不要!
お前達に出来ることは、もうないんだよ!」
Gyunei: Once we drop Axis onto Earth, the Federation Government will be done for! We don’t need the key to the box anymore! Which means you’re just in the way!

バナージ
「それでも俺は、ユニコーンの力を使って
お前達を、アクシズを止めてみせる!」
Banagher: Even so, I’ll use the Unicorn’s power to stop Axis!

(This line triggers when Gyunei is defeated.)

ギュネイ
「ば、馬鹿な!俺はクェスを!クェス…ッ!!」
Gyunei: I-Impossible! But Quess and I...! Quess...!!

(Gyunei’s mech explodes.)

(This line triggers when Rezin is defeated.)

レズン
「こ、このあたしが、こんな所で…!!」
Rezin: M-Me, die in a place like this...!?

(Rezin’s mech explodes.)

(Battle 1 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

トノムラ
「敵の第二波、来ます!
その内、1機はかなりの大型機です!」
Tonomura: The enemy’s second wave is here! There’s a large enemy machine with them!

マリュー
「モビルスーツなの!?」
Murrue: Is it a Mobile Suit!?

トノムラ
「大きさはサイコガンダム以上!
ダイターン3とほぼ同じサイズです!」
Tonomura: It’s bigger than the Psyco Gundam! In fact, it’s about the size of Daitarn 3!

マリュー
「!!」
Murrue: !!

バナージ
「この感じ、覚えが…!」
Banagher: I remember this feeling...!

アムロ
「敵意が無邪気すぎる。シャアじゃない。
まさか…!」
Amuro: It can’t be Char, it’s more innocent than hostile. It couldn’t be...!

(Quess appears with several Geara Dogas.)

クェス
「あいつら、ギュネイをやったの!?」
Quess: Did you guys kill Gyunei!?

ハサウェイ
「クェス!?クェスなの!?」
Hathaway: Quess!? Is that Quess!?

バナージ
「間違いない、あの子だ!
アムロ大尉、あれに乗ってるのは
クェス・パラヤです!」
Banagher: It’s that girl, I’m sure of it! Lieutenant Amuro, Quess Paraya is piloting that thing!

アムロ
「シャアめ、同じ過ちを繰り返すつもりか!」
Amuro: Dammit, Char, are you trying to make the same mistake again!?


(Scene ends.)

(Next scene picks up where it left off.)


クェス
「壁になる奴がいる!アムロなの!?」
Quess: There’s the guy blocking my senses! Is it Amuro!?

弁慶
「あの形状、まるでジオングじゃないか!」
Benkei: Its design almost looks like a Zeong!

カミーユ
「ええ、ニュータイプ用の…」
Kamille: Right, this is a Newtype use--

刹那
「モビルアーマーか」
Setsuna: Mobile Armor.

シンジ
「それにあの子が乗ってるなんて…!」
Shinji: What’s she doing piloting it...!?

フォウ
「彼女がシャアの下へ行ってから、
そんなに時間が経っていないのに…!」
Four: It’s barely been any time at all since she joined Char, and yet...!

アスカ
「優秀なニュータイプだったってわけね。
それでこっちの核ミサイルを落としたってんなら、
トラブルメーカーどころの話じゃないわよ」
Asuka: So she turned out to be a top-tier Newtype. If she was one of the people shooting down our nukes, she’s gone way beyond just being a troublemaker.

アムロ
「クェスなら、止めろ!」
Amuro: If you’re Quess, then stop this right now!

クェス
「大佐を困らせる奴は、あたしが全部片付けてやる!」
Quess: I’ll get rid of anyone that gets in the Captain’s way!

アキト
「…本気だな」
Akito: ...She means it.

バナージ
「クェス・パラヤ!地球潰しに荷担するのか!?」
Banagher: Quess Paraya! Are you actually going to help destroy Earth!?

クェス
「そうよ!あたしは大佐を愛してる!
あの人が望むことは、何だってするわ!」
Quess: That’s right! I love the Captain! I’ll do anything he wants me to!

アスカ
「ふん、説得の余地なしね」
Asuka: Hmph, this is a lost cause.

シンジ
「で、でも!」
Shinji: B-But...!

三日月
「ここで邪魔をする奴は、誰だって敵でしょ」
Mikazuki: Anyone who tries to stop us here is an enemy.

甲児
「そりゃあ、そうだが…!」
Koji: Well, yeah, but...!

クェス
「アムロ、あんたを大佐の所へは行かせないよ!」
Quess: Amuro, I’m not letting you reach the Captain!

アムロ
「子供に付き合っていられるか…!」
Amuro: I don’t have time to play with children...!

ハサウェイ
「駄目だよ、クェス!それじゃ駄目なんだ!」
Hathaway: Stop it, Quess! What you’re doing is wrong!

(Battle 2 begins.)

(This exchange triggers if Amuro battles Quess.)

アムロ
「邪気が来たか…!」
Amuro: She’s hostile now...!

クェス
「サイコミュが引っ張ってくれるから、
逃がしゃしないよ!」
Quess: The Psycommu’s guiding me along, so you won’t get away!

アムロ
「お前はシャアにその才能を利用され、
道具に成り下がってる!その結末は悲惨だぞ!」
Amuro: Char’s only using you for your talent! You’re just a tool to him! If you don’t stop now, this won’t end well!

クェス
「大佐はララァのことを忘れてくれると言ったのよ!」
Quess: The Captain said he’d forget about Lalah for me!

アムロ
「!」
Amuro: !

クェス
「あたしが大佐からララァとナナイを、
そして、あんたを追い出すんだから!」
Quess: I’m going to force Lalah, Nanai, and you out of the Captain’s life!

(This exchange triggers if Banagher battles Quess.)

バナージ
「そんな物を使える力があるから、
あの時に俺がユニコーンのパイロットだと
わかったのか!」
Banagher: If you had the power to use something like that, it’s no wonder you could tell I was the Unicorn’s pilot!

クェス
「それだけじゃないわ!
そのガンダムは危険…アムロだけじゃなく、
あんたも大佐の所へ行かせちゃ駄目なのよ!」
Quess: That’s not all I can tell! That Gundam is dangerous... I won’t let you or Amuro get to the Captain!

(This exchange triggers if Asuka battles Quess.)

クェス
「あたしは力を手に入れたわ!
もうあんたに好き勝手言わせないわよ!」
Quess: I’m strong now! I’m not gonna let you say whatever you want anymore!

アスカ
「だから、子供だってのよ!
わがままの度が過ぎると、どうなるか…
その身を以て知りなさい!」
Asuka: You are such a child! And when children don’t know how to behave... Well, you’ll see what happens!

クェス
「偉そうに!あんたのことは、
会った時から気に入らなかったわ!
その赤い機体もね!」
Quess: You’re so high-and-mighty! I never liked you from the moment we met! And the same goes for that red machine too!

アスカ
「私のエヴァは、
3倍のスピードどころじゃ済まないわよ!」
Asuka: Well, sorry my EVA isn’t 3 times faster than normal!

(Battle 2 ends when Quess is defeated.)

クェス
「ううっ!ま、またこの感じ!気持ち悪い!」
Quess: Ugh! I-It’s that feeling again! It’s awful!

アムロ
「もう止せ、クェス!」
Amuro: That’s enough, Quess!

クェス
「あ、あたしはまだ!」
Quess: I-I’m not done!

アムロ
「なら、その機体を…」
Amuro: You are if I immobilize your machine.

(Amuro attacks Quess.)

クェス
「あううっ!!」
Quess: Aaah!!

アムロ
「これで戦えまい。
誰か、クェスをラー・カイラムへ
連れて行ってくれ」
Amuro: Now she can’t fight back. Someone, take Quess to the Ra Cailum.

アスカ
「何で、そんなことを…」
Asuka: Why are you even...?

アムロ
「同じ過ちを繰り返したくない。
そうだな、カミーユ、バナージ?」
Amuro: I don’t plan on making the same mistake again. Isn’t that right, Kamille, Banagher?

カミーユ
「…ええ」
Kamille: ...Right.

バナージ
「はい」
Banagher: Yes.

(Hathaway appears in a Jegan.)

ハサウェイ
「僕がクェスを回収します!」
Hathaway: I’ll take Quess back!

アムロ
「ハサウェイ!?」
Amuro: Hathaway!?

ブライト
「アストナージ!どういうことだ!?」
Bright: Astonaige! What’s the meaning of this!?

アストナージ
「すみません、目を離した隙にジェガンを…!」
Astonaige: Sorry, the second I took my eye off the Jegan, he just...!

(Hathaway flies over to Quess.)

ハサウェイ
「クェス!そんなんだから、敵だけを作るんだ!」
Hathaway: Quess! All you’re doing now is making enemies!

クェス
「あんたもそんなことを言う!
だから、あんたみたいのを生んだ地球を
壊さなくっちゃ、救われないんだよ!」
Quess: Don’t you talk to me like that! I have to destroy the Earth, or else people like you that come from it will never be saved!

ハサウェイ
「ハッチを開いて!顔を見れば、
そんなイライラ、すぐに忘れるよ!」
Hathaway: Open your hatch! Once you see my face, you’ll forget about your anger right away!

クェス
「子供は嫌いだ、ずうずうしいから!!」
Quess: I hate children, they’re such pests!

クェス
「!?」
Quess: !?

クェス
「どきなさい、ハサウェイ!!」
Quess: Move, Hathaway!!

(Quess knocks Hathaway away, then is shot down.)

ハサウェイ
「ク、クェスッ!!」
Hathaway: Q-QUESS!!

チャム
「そ、そんな!」
Cham: N-No!

ショウ
「誰が撃ったんだ!?」
Show: Who fired on her!?

バナージ
「いや、こっちからじゃない!」
Banagher: It wasn’t one of us!

ブライト
「どこからの攻撃だ!?」
Bright: Where did that attack come from!?

トーレス
「真下ですが、そちらには何もいなかったはずです!」
Torres: From below, but, there shouldn’t have been anything there!

ミサト
「もしや、またボアザン軍が!?」
Misato: Is it the Boazanian forces again!?

「…来る」
Go: ...They’ve come.

(Cowen, Stinger, and several Invaders and Getter Dragons appear.)

コーウェン
「これから人類が迎えるものこそ、
革新という名の希望なのか…」
Cowen: Now, will humanity be greeted by hope in the form of evolution...?

スティンガー
「はたまた破壊という名の絶望なのか!」
Stinger: Or will it be despair in the form of destruction!?

コーウェン
「それは神のみぞ知る!」
Cowen: Surely only God knows!

「ここに来て、[インベーダー]か!!」

A colony located in Side 1 that serves as Londo Bell's base.

一年戦争で地球連邦軍に敗北して地球圏を脱出した
ジオン公国軍の残党が、火星と木星の間の
アステロイドベルトの小惑星に建造した基地。
または、そこを拠点とする勢力を指す。

Axis

From:		Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam

A base on an asteroid from the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, built by survivors from the Principality of Zeon that fled the Earth sphere after being defeated by the Earth Federation Forces during the One Year War.
It can also be used to refer to the military force stationed there.


ニュータイプ

　「宇宙空間に適応し能力を拡大させた人類」
と言われるが、明確な定義はない。
　高い認識能力で理解しあえる人々とされる一方で、
類い希な力を発揮するため、撃墜王と同義に

Newtype

From:		Mobile Suit Gundam UC

"Humans that have adapted to life in outer space and have thus expanded their capabilities", or so many people believe, though there is actually no clear definition.
One one hand, they are known to particularly apt at understanding their peers due to their high awareness and perception skills; on the other hand, Newtypes are often revered as some of the greatest ace pilots due to their exceptional talent.
