  92. Strategy:
  93.
  94. - At the beginning of the run, you must verfiy that your town does not have any acres that have too many trees in it (above 16) as that will require you to buy an axe which we don't want. As far as I know, there's 4 acres in total that have too many trees (I could be wrong about this). 2 of the acres are blank acres, and the other 2 are a cliff type and a slope type acre. Thankfully BrianMp16 made a spreadsheet of all the acres in the game so you can see what the acres look like. In the AC Modding Discord (https://discord.gg/HcpymVA) go to #programs then scroll up until you find "ACTownMap.xlsm". You can view it through Google Sheets too so you don't need Excel.
  95.
  96. - Start on any Black Friday (4th friday of Novemeber) at 6pm (NOTE THAT REDD WILL STOP SPAWNING AFTER 7PM SO IT'S ONLY A 1 HOUR WINDOW!!!). This is so Redd will spawn after chores. The reason why is Redd will always sell you items from your common list, which you need to know to be able to do chores. So a good idea would be to save after planting the flowers for the chore then complete chores and check Redd right after and see if he's selling any nook items (he usually is) then look it up and see what item list it is, this will tell you the common list. If you find the correct one (item list A) then simply reset and then start resetting for an orange box, tape deck, or any painting.
  97.
  98. - During chores, you obtain a furniture and a carpet. The goal is to get a tape deck, orange box, or any painting (you obtain paintings anyway), since those are in your catalog already. In this game, there are 3 different item lists. Item list A, B, or C, a common list, uncommon list, and rare list. For Furniture, Wallpaper, Carpet, and Clothing, these 3 item lists are randomly chosen for each category (so there's no universal item list you get). How it works is there's a 60% chance you obtain something from your common list, a 35% chance of obtaining something from your uncommon list, and a 5% chance of obtaining something from your rare list. Both the tape deck and orange box are from item list A, so the best strat at the beginning is to reset your town until you get item list A as your common furniture list. For the carpet, thankfully there's at least 1 default carpet (from the villager's houses) in each item list, so no need to worry about resetting for the same item list for that.
  99.
  100. NOTE: You can also get paintings from villagers which would also be good since you need those anyway. There's 2 paintings in each item list so actually it doesn't matter what item list you get. It is still recomended to get item list A as that has 2 paintings plus the orange box/tape deck so the odds are much better.
  101.
  102. - After chores, go ahead and do the other 3 chores to get it out of the way. It's also useful for saplings for perfect town since Nook always gives you 3 of them to plant during chores.
  103.
  104. - After that, it is best to purchase a shovel and order at least 15 stacks of "simple paper" from the catalog. The reason why is Nook will send the player the order they did with "simple paper" attached so you can use this to stock up on paper. You need this for fossils right away. Obtain all 5 fossils on the first day, then go to the next day, then the museum will send you a letter saying you can send fossils (this is where you obtain "Museum Paper" as well). After this, DO NOT ENTER NOOKS UNTIL YOU GET ALL THE FOSSILS!!! The next time you enter Nooks, he will force you to enter the HRA which is really bad since they send you a letter each week on your home. How letters work in this game is when you open a letter, you automatically get the stationery they sent in the catalog. So it's best to minimize the amount of letters you get. If you run out of space, it's fine since you can save letters at the post office to get rid of any unopened mail.
  105.
  106. - After that, get all 25 fossils for the museum (and buy any tools you need like a 2nd shovel) then the next best thing is to catch all the bugs & fish which is unchanged in this challenge. Only thing is to pick all the weeds since weeds decrease the spawn rate of bugs & fish so I recommend doing that.
  107.
  108. - After bugs & fish, get a perfect town and get the golden axe.
  109.
  110. - After that you can get extra bridge which you need 15 villagers for.
  111.
  112. - By this point, you will have completed All Fish, All Insects, All Golden Tools, & Extra Bridge.
  113.
  114. - For All Player Statues and All Nook Upgrades, start a 2nd town getting the same item list and stuff and make sure the town fruit is different than your first town since you can plant those fruit trees and get a lot of bells that way.
  115.
  116. - Once you have Nookway, have the 2nd player come over and buy any "default" item in the store if the store is selling it (Tape Deck, Orange Box, any default Wallpaper/Carpet, default shirt, or simple paper) [a tool might work also?]
  117.
  118. - By this point, sell the foregin fruit to get bells for All Player Statues/All Nook Upgrades.
  119.
  120. - Always be checking the shop for paintings as well.
  121.
  122. - Lastly, go to Black Friday (4th Friday of November) to get Redd. Keep checking Redd until you find all the paintings (Redd paintings that is, you still need to find a few select Nook paintings too)
  123.
  124. Credits:
  125.
  126. Zale057 - For telling me about how Redd always sells you an item from your common list if it is a Nook item. Also for reminding me that paintings are "safe" items to get during chores since you need those anyway.
  127.
  128. splatoonmaster_aka_floof - For telling me that I can save letters at the post office so I can get rid of unopened letters.
