[22:04] <Vanity> He supposedly handed over his infected pokemon last session. Capone's still with Vanity simply by virtue of the fact that the machine isn't made for him and needs to be calibrated after the balls are done touching.

[22:06] <Vanity> One could argue that he'd already scanned them to know whether or not they were infected with the virus at that point in time. I can't remember exactly what was demanded of us, if we were just supposed to hand over all our pokemon or just the diseased.

[22:15] * Vanity is waiting a little ways up the mountain close to a planned meeting spot. She didn't quite understand where Ignatius was trying to get her to go, but did the best she could. At first glance it'd be very difficult to tell it is her. She has changed clothing since the last time Ignatius saw her, and is sporting what looks like a light combat uniform instead of her normal clothing. She

[22:15] * Vanity takes a sip of a bottle of water strapped to her side as Ignatius approaches. This suit is not breezy.

[22:19] * Iggy sits down on a rock next to what appears to be a beach ball hotspring.

Vanity responds, peering down the trail into the foliage just in case. Seeing nothing, she sighs and shakes her head. "It has been a hell of a day. Why don't you show me some of this volcano of yours, Ignatius, until we're sure the coast

[22:32] <Vanity> "That's... got to be distracting, here. Isn't the magma kind of flowing everywhere?" Vanity asks, shrugging and moving along. "Nestor and I talked to Alphonse. We all agreed that they should probably have a time out tonight and think about what complete children they're being."

[22:35] <Iggy> "I am surprised that Ana went and punched Tison, I am glad I am on her good side, despite that automatically getting me on Al's bad side."

[22:35] <BuckBacon> Ignatius: The larger branch of lava cappilaries are just up ahead. Though, a chain-link fence blocks your path. Funny, you don't remember that before you left.

[22:36] * Iggy tosses a stick at the fence.

[22:36] <Vanity> "This must be the LN's doing." Vanity comments. "Alphonse and some of the locals have talked about some restrictions on the mountain since one of the rain dancers or whatever died up there."

[22:36] <Iggy> "Who would put an electric fence all the way out here."

[22:37] <Vanity> "I'm not particularly surprised that Ana punched Tison, though. They're both ready to fight whenever."

[22:40] <Vanity> "I didn't ask the details. They were doing something dangerous, and one of them was too bold, or something. Access to the lava is restricted, now."

[22:41] <Iggy> "Now that puts a damper on Mt Chimney. The lava was one of the great things about it, and sectioning off the slope is bound to make the native pokemon angry."

[22:42] <Vanity> "That's very possible. It's nothing we have any time to deal with, though. Danforth will be here tomorrow, and I hope he has answers."

[22:42] <Vanity> "Because we just lost our best chance of beating this virus."

[22:44] <Iggy> "Birch seemed...different, less morose when he was talking to Christina."

[22:45] <Vanity> "They spent time together, remember? After we were arrested. Maybe even before that. I don't know anything about that woman, but for some reason, Birch trusts her. I don't."

[22:46] <Iggy> "Yeah, Out of all the people who have learned about my fire skills...I trust her the least to keep it under wraps. She even went as far to learn the mind block, though she isn't as good as you at it."

[22:47] <Vanity> "So I take it you had to take a deeper look inside of her? Was she plotting, or just talking to Birch, after all?"

[22:48] <Iggy> "The only look that I got in her mind was something about Bounties, and checking our group's status in regard to bounties..."

[22:50] <Iggy> "While birch was going on about that ring on Raph's neck...something about contacts and Birch knowing...and something about putting something on and letting somone do something...."

[22:50] <Vanity> "I can't begin to comprehend what all that is about, but he did make mention of the neck thing earlier."

[22:51] * Vanity begins looking nervously over her shoulder and whispers to Capone. This conversation is making her tense up a little.

[22:53] <Vanity> "I'm sure being psychic isn't science. I'm sure a lot of what you do is more art than science. I am, however, concerned about what it is that you do." Vanity says to him, straightening up some. "Being in our group is getting more and more dangerous, and I need to know who I can trust."

[22:55] <Iggy> "I used my telepathy sparingly. The last time I actually read-read one of our group's minds other then Christina's was Ralph's by accident in Petalburg. Besides that...I have only used it as a radio."

[22:56] <Iggy> "In regards to our group, that is."

[22:58] <Vanity> "I'm not talking about that, Ignatius." Vanity tells him. "There are people who are looking in to us, right now. Gathering information on us. If you don't know who they are, right now, it's probably better that you don't, but what you do need to know is that they are very dangerous, and someone wants us to think that you are the one feeding them information." As Vanity says this, she backs

[22:58] <Vanity> away from Ignatius. "I want to trust you. You've never done anything wrong in my eyes, but these people are some of the worst people in Hoenn. I don't know who they might employ, but a psychic would be an excellent gatherer of information."

[22:59] <Vanity> "I don't know you that well, Ignatius. But I do know this. If you are on their payroll, you don't want to be."

[23:01] <Iggy> "...I-I-I would never... I'm not even that kind of psychic."

[23:03] <Vanity> "Like I said, Ignatius. I don't know you well. I don't know that I can trust you. All I know is that some people from the government think that you're the leak, and I want to warn you, if you are, that the people who are after us are the same people who are responsible for Seaside. Whoever is helping them is helping the people who did those experiments on all of those innocent pokemon."

They don't belong there, and the students were defending the dojo. Maybe we should stop by the church again and do a little investigation."

[23:09] <Vanity> "If the Crone is using Bella as a spy, Bella may have no choice. Perhaps we could feed her some false information and see where it turns up."

[23:10] <Iggy> "Bella is as much of a psychic as I am, telepathy and telekinesis all. However, I don't like lying to her, and I don't think I could, really....

[23:30] <Vanity> "Okay. that was a bad idea. This is a volcano. I've figured out the extent of the malfunction, though. It's shorted between these two posts." Vanity says, indicating them. "I wonder if the hole was merely made to break the circuit. Maybe some of the Rainbow Kids hopped the fence?"

[23:31] <Vanity> "The hipsters."
[23:31] <Ignatius> "...Lavaridge has gone to heck."
[23:32] <Ignatius> "At least the air psys aren't calling themselves greased lightning."
[23:33] <Vanity> "We basically have three options here, Ignatius. We can head back into town and ignore that we ever saw this. We can tell the LN about it. Or, we can hop the fence and see your volcano. I would prefer to not be thrown in jail, myself, but I can't let you go alone if you're going."
[23:33] <Ignatius> "Maybe they did, but the hole looks more like a pokemon sized hole. ...and I personally would like to go over the fence, but we are in a tenuos enough position with the law."
[23:34] <Vanity> "Maybe this is the one we should let get away. We can remember it later in case we need to recreate it." Vanity says as she pulls out her iPoke and takes a picture of the fence.

[23:35] <Vanity> "Alternately, I can just forward this to the LN and they can keep those kids from jumping into the volcano or whatever it is that they do."
[23:35] * Ignatius finds a good sized rock, one under 40lbs, and jams it in the hole with his telekinesis

[23:38] <Vanity> On that note, Vanity pulls out the bottle of medicine that Capone is not particularly keen on swallowing and hands him a pill and a nondescript pastry from earlier.

[23:39] <BuckBacon> The pill, Capone is not too happy about. The scone, on the other hand, Capone eats without hesitation
[23:39] * Vanity sees the rage burning in Ignatius' eyes.

[23:55] <Vanity> "Yes. Let's." Vanity agrees whole heartedly. Man. Being without pokemon around here is tough. She keeps a watch over her shoulder, hoping they aren't being pursued.

[23:57] <Vanity> As they head WAY THE HELL AWAY from the potential enemies, Vanity keeps her eyes peeled for other pokemon and plants. Vanity nods at the suggestion. "It'll keep Bella from finding out, and anyone who looks into your head. If the other three of us can play it up..."
