To look at this realistically:

You're unemployed, uneducated and by the sounds of it, a minor. You need
to be able to look after yourself - no parents when you move out! You need
to be able to pay bills and support yourself. Sure, it may be
uncomfortable at home (if what you're saying is indeed the case and it's
not just teenage angst) but it'll be a hell of a lot easier than moving
into a house of strangers, let alone when you have no money. Walking the
dog and cleaning isn't going to cut it there.

Stay at home where you have all the luxuries - it doesn't seem like you're
quite ready for the big bad world. It'll be nothing but a very rude shock
that'll send you back to the folks in tears.
