Volksfront is spelled wrong all over, the old patch is still on there, abbies forum account was denied and the main webpage hasnt been updated since before i left. If we dont have a webmaster then we need to bring the forum down before its hacked it again because if someone isnt on top if it its gonna get hacked again, i already lost the 150 bucks i had to pay for the first forum because it wasnt updated.   249. I am thinking about buying a couple houses cash, getting them livable and selling them to any of our guys who wants em. I am looking at 2 houses. one is a one bedroom in town and one is a 3 bedroom in iowa about an hour out of omaha but still commutable. before i buy them i want to know if anyone is interested. I would do some thing like this, 0 down, 0% interest, monthly payments of 350 or so for the one bedroom and 450 or so for the 3 bedroom. in 4 years or so the house would be owned outright and i would give them the deed. I would give whoever the first 2 months or so free for them to get settled and get work. I would give preference to guys with families. If no one is interested I might just get them for rental houses for myself but I would like to help anyone who is hungry become a homeowner. Ask around for me and let me know if anyone would be seriously interested in something like that. The work situation in omaha is pretty good comapred to most places and iowa and nebraska are like the 4th and 5th lowest unemployment in the country. The conditions i have is that whoever remains a member in good standing, if they ever leave in bad standing i'll cancel the contract and move em out. Get back to me when as soon as you can because if I do this it will affect when I am able to come home. I would like to benefit anyone else I can from this shit to make it more worth while so if anyone is in a bad way and not happy where they are at I'll see if i can help them get a house they can own and in a nice area. I'd probably pick up the houses in december or january then whoever could use their tax returns for the move. let me know if anyones interested and if they are they can email me here, just tell them to keep any business out of the email.

I would like to share my anger of the illegal immigrants contaminating America. They are a drain on the public benefit created by, and meant for hard working American taxpayers.

  330. The solution to illegal immigration is to take away the reason illegal immigrants come here. My proposed idea is the following:

  332. 1. Impose large fines on any company who hires illegal immigrants and hold the person who did the actual hiring criminally responsible.

  334. 3. Disallow food stamp or any other government benefit to illegals.
  335. 4. A person born to an illegal mother can not automatically become a citizen, that child is the citizen of her country.
  336. 5. Refuse medical services to illegals unless they pose a health risk to the public or are in a life/death situation (then deport them)
  337. 6. Impose huge fines on anyone housing or renting to an illegal immigrant.
  338. 7. Require a manditory proof of citizenship upon being pulled over by the police.
  339. 8. No school for illegal immigrants or their children.
  340. 9. All illegal immigrants get deported after any prison time.
  341. 10. All illegal immigrants get their possessions taken away and deported (one way ticket) to Africa where they can not easly come back.

  343. And this is still a much nicer than other countries give their illegal immigrants.

Les nationalistes s’étaient réunis sur la Terrasse Dufferin pour se diriger au Consulat Français. Rendus au consulat, les activistes allèrent déposer solennellement un bouquet de roses rouges devant la porte, représentants la passion de Sébastien qui lui a coûté la vie. Ensuite, arborant des drapeaux de la France, du Québec, des Patriotes et des POWs-MIAs, les nationalistes se sont dirigés vers la Grande-Allée, avant de bifurquer sur les Plaines d’Abraham, pour revenir sur la Terrasse Dufferin. Tout au long de l’activité, des dizaines de tracts furent distribués à des passants qui démontrèrent leur appui et leur support à la cause nationaliste et à Sébastien. I do a radio show with Kenn from youngland on thursday nights from 7-9 pacific time. At this time I am interested in possibly prospecting with VF. The reason is after talking to a lot of members, I am really impressed with the level of respect and brotherhood that I have witnessed over my research of VF.. I really believe that out of all and any organizations out there VF is really by far the one I would be proud to join. I am interested in folk and family as I am a married man with 4 white lovely children. I have always wanted to be apart of something that promotes only white ideals and traditions, although I have always been unsure of what type of organization I wanted to be apart of due to the fact that I do not have a criminal record nor do I ever wanna have.

  1824. Issues Presented
  1825. Did Joseph Haney effectively simulate a deadly weapon and create a life-threatening environment, sufficient to satisfy the Arizona armed robbery statutes, by thrusting his hand into a pocket and telling the store clerk that it is a “holdup” and to” [1] i.e. still if you want to live,” when the victim was unsure whether Haney had such a weapon, when Haney used both hands to grab money from the cash register , and when the only objects found in Haney’s possession were the stolen cash and a package of mints?
  1826. Brief Answer
  1827. No. Mere words and threats to use a deadly weapon are insufficient to support such a charge, because under Arizona law, the victim must reasonably perceive that the robber is armed with a deadly weapon, even if the robber is merely simulating the presence of the weapon. The ambiguity of Haney’s actions and the fact that Haney’s victim did not perceive that he was armed do not satisfy the requirements of the Arizona armed robbery statute.
  1828. Statement of Facts
  1829. This office is considering whether to prosecute Joseph Haney for armed robbery. Haney was arrested on August 12, 2007, for robbing Albert’s Quick-Stop, a convenience store in Tempe. According to the store clerk, Richard Lopez, Haney entered the store at approximately 10:30 p.m. No other customers were in the store. Haney, who was visibly nervous, and shouted, “Can't you tell this is a hold up? Give me the money in the register, man! Don’t make me hurt you!”
  1830. Lopez stated he was unsure whether Haney had a weapon in his pocket. He described Haney as being large and muscular, and he said that Haney’s physical size persuaded him to cooperate by opening the register. When Lopez did so, Haney jumped over the counter and knocked Lopez to the ground, saying, “Lie still if you want to live.” Haney grabbed money from the register with both hands and placed the bills in the pockets of his jeans and windbreaker. Haney then leaped back over the counter and fled from the store. A patrol car had just pulled up to the Quick-Stop’s gas pumps and the officer driving it observed Haney running from the store. The officer pursued and captured Haney and, upon a search of the suspect’s pockets, discovered the stolen money and a cylindrical package of mints in the windbreaker pockets. He did not find any type of weapon.
  1831. Analysis of Issue
  1832. It is unlikely that Joseph Haney will be convicted of armed robbery; the State must prove that he was armed with or that he used or threatened to use a deadly or a simulated deadly weapon. Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 13-1904(A) (West 1984). Because Haney did not have an actual weapon when he committed the robbery, the issue here is weather Haney’s victim reasonably perceived Haney to be armed with a deadly weapon.
  1833. Mere words indicating the presence of a weapon are not enough to satisfy the statue. In one case, the court found that a robber’s verbal threats to use a deadly weapon were not enough to support the perception that she was armed. State v. Rodriguez, 791 P.2d 633, 638 (Ariz. 1990).In the case Rodriguez robbery, the defendant kept her right hand out of sight and threatened to “shoot the smile off” the victim’s face if he did not cooperate with her. Id. At 634. In concluding that the robber did not simulate a deadly weapon, the Rodriguez court found it significant that her hand was not visible and that she did not make any physical movement to indicate that she had a deadly weapon.
  1834. Any object may suffice as a simulated deadly weapon, provided that the victim reasonably perceives it to be an actual weapon. State v. Felix, 737 P. 2d 393, 394 (Ariz. App. 1986). The defendant in Felix pressed a nasal inhaler against his victim’s back declaring he had a gun. Based on what he felt, the victim perceived that a gun was pressed against his back. Id. On these facts, the court had no difficulty in finding that the defendant had simulated a deadly weapon. Id.
  1835. In another decision focusing on the victim’s perception, the court upheld the armed robbery conviction of a man who used his hand under his clothing to simulate a gun during s robbery. State v. Ellison, 819 P.2d 1010, 1013 (Ariz. App. 1991). The court found it significant that the defendant simulated a weapon with his hand, observing that “the victim’s perception is the same whether the weapon appears to be or is in fact real.” Id. At 1012. In the courts view, the defendant’s act posed the same potential for harm to or reaction from the victim and any bystanders. Id. At 1013. Because the victim in Ellison could reasonably have believed that the shape they saw under the defendant’s clothing was a gun, rather than his hand, the defendant created the life threatening environment which the armed robbery statute seeks to punish. The court distinguished this case from Rodriguez by noting that in Rodriguez, “the victim ever saw anything resembling a weapon; the defendant only implied that she had a gun when she threatened to shoot the smile off the victims face.” Id. At 1012 (citing Rodriguez, 791 P.2d at 633).
  1836. While these distinctions are small, they are supported by the policy behind the armed robbery statue. In passing the armed robbery statute, the Arizona legislature meant to punish more severely those who used deadly or simulated deadly weapons in the course of a robbery and who thus created “the potential for increased danger to, or sudden and violent reaction by the victim or bystander.” Rodriguez, 791 P. 2d at 637. Indeed, the Rodriguez court observed that if the penalty were the same for those who possessed a weapon and those who were unarmed, there would be no determent to the use of a weapon. Id. Taken together, these cases suggest that, in ambiguous circumstances, it is important to determine whether the victim could have reasonably believed that the robber had a deadly weapon.
  1837. In the present case, the question is weather the store clerk could reasonably have perceived that Haney was armed. Haney’s words were not enough. Like the robber in the Rodriguez case, Haney verbally threatened his victim with harm, shouting, “Don’t make me hurt you!” and instructing him to “lie still if you want to live.” Unlike that robber, however, Haney accompanied his words with action, thrusting his hand into his pocket.
  1838. Although the arresting officer found a cylindrical package of mints in Haney’s pocket, nothing in Lopez’s account suggested that Haney used that package to simulate a weapon in that way a defendant in Felix used the nasal inhaler to approximate the barrel of a gun. And although the Ellison case established that a person’s hands could be perceived to be deadly weapon, this analysis does not fit the facts of the Haney case. Haney simply thrust his hand into his pocket. Had he simultaneously claimed that he had a gun, or he used more definitive gestures to suggest a gun, such as poking his finger into the fabric of his windbreaker pocket simulating the barrel of a gun with the package of mint, there might be basis for prosecution.
  1839. Nothing in the victim’s statement, however, indicates such a perception. For one thing, Lopez admitted not knowing whether Haney had a weapon. Lopez said he opened the cash register because he felt physically intimidated with Haney’s size, not because he feared Haney was armed. Haney’s words, while threatening, did not expressly suggest that he had a deadly weapon. Moreover, Lopez stated that he watched Haney use both hands to scoop the cash into his pockets, including the windbreaker pocket. Had Haney been holding a weapon, it is unlikely he would have let it go; the hand holding the weapon would have remained in his pocket and he would of not put the cash there. These facts show Lopez never perceived the presence of a weapon, and therefore, Haney did not create a life-threatening environment which is necessary to support the prosecution under the armed robbery statute.

Basically I lived in England for 7 years, and just heard that a guy I knew while I was there, Danny Bacheldor (don't know the exact spelling) is planning on joining Volksfront and claimed that he was going to go to Texas to get his patch. I just want to warn the leaders of Volksfront. He is a raging alcoholic (getting shit faced right after I went to AA meetings to give him what I thought was support, instead he preached to the group, then got drunk after saying he will never drink again.) I don't have problems with people when they drink, but when they lie about it, and get hammered when they know that they have a severe drinking problem, it's just no good. I've been around him when he's taken exstacy, he knew I didn't approve of drugs and have a big problem with people who take them, but he said that he wanted me to see what 'his world' was like. I'm not contacting you because I want to screw him over, I just have a hell of a lot of respect for Volksfront and hate it how a couple retarded prospects can bring down the reputation of an entire organization. I looked at your site, and you do have a policy of no drug addicts and no alcoholics. In our group, we have the same strict policies on drugs and alcohol abuse, and have helped comrades who had problems in their past kick the habit and stay clean and sober, and they have never let us down. If he can prove that he can change his ways, everyone deserves a second chance, but I knew him for a couple months and didn't like what I saw in him and wouldn't consider him to be VF material. He has an addictive personality, so I doubt he can change, but that's up to the heads of Volksfront to decide in the end. I just don't want a clown like him to go marching around giving Volksfront a bad name and reputation.

We tend to stray away from media for reasons that it never works to our advantage in any way and any thing we try to dispute just make us out to look like no more then some back yard redneck hatemonger group which we are not. We did Gangland in hopes it would give us a chance to be vocal for the first time about what Volksfront is really about but unfortunately it did nothing but paint us in even more of a negative light. And all the facts they tried to use against us were people that had nothing to do with our group, or did a horrible act after they were kicked out for being some one we already figured out were scum bags and disassociated our selves with in every way.   3347. That is how I first heard about Volks Front, by visiting the web site. Then I started asking some Comrades I know what they know. All the feed back that I have received has shown me that Volks Front is a Brotherhood I can get behind and stand proud with. I have pretty much been running solo for some time now and I am tired of it. I miss the loyalty and camaraderie that exists in a crew. I am doing my best to find other Racially aware whites in my area but it has been a challenge so far. Most Whites that I run into are either on drugs or are mud lovers. I am sure I will find others like my self, I will not give up. My interest in Volks Front is two fold, I want to be a member and second I would like to see a well organized crew establish itself here in SW Arizona. I am willing to do my part for the brotherhood and do what ever it takes to be a member and to establish a chapter here.
