GRE_argument discussion

Considering the fact that, Skateboarding has been a reason in depleted sales at central plaza store. At first glance, conclusion seems clear of skateboarding being the reason. But here, I would like to add my two cents.
First of all, the points offered by the author are critical. If we scrutinize the points, it may have happen that over the past two years the quality of the shopping plaza may have depleted the attention of the costumers.
Also, I tend to agree that there is a drastic increase in the litter amount around the shopping plaza due to the increase in population of the skaters.
