  3. -Soon, Cu would find his way from the apartment to the same spot that Scylla had mentioned. his outfit changed to that of his battle garb, his spear, Gae Bolg not yet brandished. He walked over to that felled tree and looked around cautiously for her, knowing that her not being in sight could also be part of their agreed upon sparing session, for now, he'd take a defensive stance, his right foot sliding back and left foot turning just slightly inward to pivot on, just incase...-

  5. Scylla was waiting for him, in fact- she had managed to scale a tree and stood crouched on a moderately low-lying branch that was just sturdy enough to hold her weight. Being in wolfskin meant she was just that- a wolf. Though due to recent circumstances she sported the faded scars of her rapidly healing injuries from two nights prior. Two on her side, and one along her back. She'd watch him arrive, and she'd use the same tactic she used on Kuzuki before her unfortunate skirmish with Shirou and his servant that left her in a less than favorable state-Scylla, knowing he'd have the reaction time to dodge, would jump down from that low lying branch at an angle with her jaws open to use her upper fangs as cutting tools akin to knives- the skinwalker's natural reinforcement magic that also ensured those fangs wouldn't break nearly as easily as they normally would also mean they were sharp. Her forelimbs were tucked up close to her chest until she needed to extend them seconds before hitting the ground, and not have to worry about scrambling to her feet and getting out of the way of an attack. It was indeed game on.

  7. -He'd hear that branch rustle, his eyes turning to his left while manifesting Gae Bolg, the angle at which he approached was indeed interesting, but, the noise she made off of that branch was heads-up enough for him to drop to one knee, bring the spear out, above his head and then horizontal with both hands, as he turned on that knee, the foot behind him drove his position even more, and he'd bring the length of the spear to meet those fangs head-on, though that foot planted behind wasn't just for pivot support, it also acted as a lever, when the pressure from her jaw hit the spear, he'd let her push against him, and like a spring it loaded all that pressure to that leg, and he quickly thrust back at her. Cu wasn't weak... not by any means. and he was about to show Scylla that if they were going to train, he was going to be serious with her too. He found that pushing back against her was harder than expected though, and as he did, he'd lower one arm, able to bring her to a slight downward angle before pushing up with that force from his leg, driving the wolf downwards towards the ground-

  9. As he brought Gae Bolg up to block the attack she had unconsciously due to the way she was moving, bit down on it and gave him more than enough leeway to throw her to the ground, though she released her grip and was still repelled a good distance though she twisted her body more akin to a cat so she hit the ground with all four feet and still slid to a stop. Immediately she'd lunge and follow up with another strike to try and use her fangs as blades again figuring he was agile enough to block- though the sound of her fang hitting the spear would sound unlike bone against metal and more like another blade due to the integrity of her fangs. They weren't bites, so much as using her fangs at such an angle that when she tried to close her jaws on the skin of his torso or leg, the fang was going to snag and cut through any ordinary man's flesh with ease. He had the advantage of not being human and being far more agile than her, so there was that she had to compensate for, which begun with her really starting to exert herself to try and attack at a quicker pace than what was normal.

  11. -the quickness of her attacks made defending more challenging, considering he was still on that knee, even with the ability to pivot it still proved hard to turn at the angle she approached from. Her attack, however, would be met with his spear once more, though the angle would be awkward, and as he stabbed it into the ground to his backside, he'd only find that the spear's handle would slam into her chest instead of her fangs, they'd tear a small gash in his torso, just below the ribcage, a fang just getting past breaking his skin in a decent wound. this was unexpected for Cu. He must have been rustier than he initially thought. but that was the point of this, get the rust off. get back into prime fighting shape. even a Heroic spirit needed to train from time to time... Cu looked over the wound quickly before grinning at Scylla, and as she landed, he'd push himself off the ground with a great amount of force, launching not only himself but his spear straight for her. No, he wouldn't aim to kill, however, he wasn't afraid to get some damage in either.-

  13. She'd lean to one side, allowing the spear to glance her left shoulder as it cut strands of fur and drew a bit of blood- something she could ignore with relative ease as she'd aim for the arm and hand holding the spear to clamp her jaws down upon the arm with all her strength. The closer to the elbow she could bite, the better- with more surface area to grip, the harder it would actually be to simply throw her off. That, and potentially disabling the arm. But that would depend on if she could reach the arm when she twisted around to lock her jaws onto it with conviction, ignoring the gash in her side in favor of countering the attack.
  14. Endaris12/04/2018
  15. -this is what he wanted to see, and at the same time didn't exactly want to feel. his arm being firmly held, though with some luck it didn't catch his elbow. fortunately, otherwise, it'd be very painful to move his arm properly. however, that actually gave him enough time to slow his momentum with her gripping his arm with her fangs to spin that spear back and attempt to catch her back with a downward blow, this wouldn't exactly be a strong downward slash with his spear, however it would be a counter to her own counter, the trade of blows coming rather fast at this point. the grimace on his face from the pain was also mixed with a bit of a grin as the pain of battle sunk into him for once in a long time. He was enjoying this. perhaps a bit more than he should be considering how badly those teeth sunk into his forearm, blood gushing out around the wolf's mouth-
  16. Motoko12/04/2018
  17. He'd find that she bit down and did not plan to let go. In fact, using all her weight directed down to try and immobilize that arm. It was really a bonus if she could drag him down as well seeing as since she was still relatively large for a wolf- one of the distinguishing characteristics of a skinwalker- she 'd still have a lower center of gravity than him due to being lower to the ground. Nothing short of actually injuring her was about to make her let go, either, so that light slash would connect because she made no actual move to dodge. Though she also didn't thrash like she could've to try and tear at the muscles in his arm further, and after a few moments would've let go.
  18. Endaris12/04/2018
  19. -He'd sneer in pain, this was unavoidable and that pressure of the bite and feeling of flesh tearing caused him to fall back, though he didn't sit there for long and let her have her way, that spear was useful for more than just to stab and slash, he'd use the fact that she was latched on to actually grab at Scylla, wrapping his arm around her neck, though she was larger and this was hard to do. that spear came in handy, able to fill the gap between arms he'd quickly grab the other end, and pull the spear up against the wolves neck, starting to use his knees to start pounding into her side and underbelly hard and fast, these repeated blows surely doing something as they both became intertwined in unavoidable damage unless she did something quick. He'd have a badly damaged arm, and she'd end up with broken ribs or perhaps worse... -
  20. Motoko12/04/2018
  21. She'd, in fact, be putting everything into letting go and not only that but getting away. She'd thrash and try to get her head free and the look on her face would be that of pure 'I don't want to do this anymore' which... Was going to happen. If she could get away she'd put distance between them and sit down with this general look of 'nope I don't wanna' on her face. She'd strain against him and kick to try and get her head free, though in the meantime a rib snapped and she'd cough with a yelp. It hurt but she'd sit there in general discomfort until that rib snapped back into place with accelerated healing at the cost of her general energy.
  22. Endaris12/04/2018
  23. -he'd oblige to that struggle of getting free, though it wouldn't be in the way that she'd enjoy too much now, once he felt her release he'd swing up around her, legs straddling her, blood clearly pouring out from that wound of his, but his face had the look of enjoyment on it. however, that spear still firmly around her neck like a pseudo collar, then he'd flip forward off her back and use his weight to flip her forward flinging her away, just as she seemed to want to do in the first place- "What's wrong? you wanted to train. I said I'd train you! you're not going soft on me are you?!"-(edited)

  25. She didn't even try to catch herself and would tumble for a good distance. However, when she did stand her body language was extremely uncomfortable. It was generally submissive, her head level with her shoulders and ears back, and judging by the direction of her torso, her general alignment and how she wasn't facing him head on suggested she would rather run.
  26. "I can't. Not you."
  27. She sat down, he could get as frustrated with her as he wanted as far as she was concerned. But fighting him felt wrong and she wanted nothing to do with it. As such she'd dispel her wolfskin form and sit there; once more human but the look on her face wasn't of fear, but of guilt.
  28. "I could never."
  29. Endaris12/04/2018
  30. -He'd stand down, even with his lust for battle he was no fool. nor would he ever actually place her in danger he'd disperse his spear, bringing his left arm to his right, holding the wound on his arm as he walked over towards her both his left arm wrapping around her firmly. Don't worry. We're done here. No more of that. I can see the look on your face. and I won't Push you any further."
