Persona 3 - Normal, True End - Surt/Skadi - 3/9/2019

Need to improve a few points, mainly Hanged Man and Tartarus grinding. Hanged Man requires 2-3 Attack Mirrors for some degree of consistency, and Tartarus grinding is generally slow, usually only having 3-4 enemies with weaknesses you can hit, as well as needing to skip all but ~5 mini-bosses total.

Ice Break isn't included in the route, but Nyx is a lot smoother with it.
Currently gets Magician 10, Chariot 4. (Chariot 3 might work; only for Auto-Tarukaja on Oumitsunu which isn't super important)
