  8. Wak: First, I would like to extend a word of gratitude to those of you who volunteered for this Water Run training camp.

  10. Wak: This competition will be centered on us, who boast considerable athletic abilities, and for the sake of our team's victory...

  12. Kar: Quit it with the stiff greetings. We're here to get stronger, so let's start moving our bodies first.

  14. Meb: That's right. The challenge is in how much we can increase our stamina and power in what little time we have before the competition!

  20. Wak: First, cross country running. We're going to run to the mountaintop in one go, weaving between trees.

  66. Meb: It's fine. All you need for a cut like that is some ground-up chameleon plant.

  68. Kar: Protein powder? Who needs that. We got our proteins from the boars and fish we caught in the mountains.
