Official Rules:
- It is free to enter to win. No purchase necessary.
- The Sweepstakes opens at 1pm PT on February 5, 2026.
- The Sweepstakes closes at 12pm PT on February 13, 2026.
- The Sweepstakes is open to residents 18 or over of The United States of America, The District of Columbia, Canada, The United Kingdom, The European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. Cast members of The Hobby Collab cast and their family (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.
- Limit one (1) entry per person and per Discord handle for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
- The winner will be chosen randomly at 12pm PT on February 13, 2026.
- The winner must contact us (either @yazcharp or @the_meggles) via Discord or email us at [email protected] to claim their prize.
- If the winner does not respond within 1 week then another winner will be drawn.
- Prizes will be fulfilled within 5 days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
- Any information collected will be used for the sole purpose of delivering the prize to the winner and not stored by The Hobby Collab for future use.
- In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by The Hobby Collab, The Hobby Collab may decide to wither a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and resume in a manner that best fits the spirit of these Official Rules or b) terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment. The Hobby Collab reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individuals it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
- By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Hobby Collab, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employers, shareholders, representative and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
- Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligation, or the rights and obligation of The Hobby Collab in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.
