Gianni Fleshcrafting Body Modifications

Gianni can only do three mods before he can't guarantee your body won't start going off and becoming Inhuman on you, which carries a slew of risks, but can be a good thing in the right lights. Incorporating monstrous parts can give better results, but also make one more attractive towards supernaturals as a food source due to the increased amount and diversity of magic they have.

Gianni can freely give anyone a 'Fleshcrafter [Gianni] Grade Immune System Booster "shot". It won't stop magical fueled diseases, but mundane diseases that were magically created can be blocked, if he's encountered them.

Durability

Lungs (Filter): Renders the cilia in the lungs able to 'filter' most smoke-based particles from the air and keep it out of the blood.
Second Heart: Grown near the common iliac arteries near where the legs join. Makes it difficult to bleed out and more efficient to re-oxygenate.

Eyes: Eyes are more hawk like with better lenses and greater density of rod and cone cells but not changing the size of the eye itself.
Ears: More complex cochlea and better reception therein for great balance.
Magneto-sense: Allows the user to sense magnetic fields.
Nose: Increases the number of olfactory receptors to provide a greater sense of smell. Adds complexity/supercharging the vomeronasal organ, rebuilding the atavistic pheromone detector organ and allowing for a pheromone ping system on specific smells, like bombs.
Thermal Vision: Adapted from the pit organ in snakes to make thermographic detector organs with acceptable resolution. Built near eyes, between them and brain.
Touch:  Increases the sensitivity of hands and fingers to the point they could be used to read books by recognizing the shape of the printed letters. Manually activated, as they have the potential to make hands more sensitive than even genitals. Could be applied to over locations if desired.
