Rin is undoubtedly a very talented magus, and has spent the majority of her life learning and training for the sake of becoming a better magus. This combined with her natural talent for magecraft in general has made her quite the formidable magus even at a young age. Thanks to her perceived rivalry with a certain boy, she pushed herself further than she normally would have, and has become an even greater magus than she would've otherwise been.

Second True Magic: A
The ultimate trump card of Rin Tohsaka, the Second True Magic. Whereas normally at this age, her experience with the Second True Magic would be limited to a single usage of one of Zelretch's Kaleidosticks, thanks to her experiences, she has gained extensive knowledge of the Second True Magic through drawing on the Kaleidosword as a sort of intelligence bank. Drawing forth knowledge from the blade itself in order to copy and learn from parallel and potential future selves. Right now, Rin has limited this form of knowledge gathering to simply knowledge about the Second True Magic, and hasn't bothered with anything else.

Eye of the Mind (True): D
A skill learned through combat, though Rin hasn't exactly been in many life threatening fights, her combat trainer never pulled his punches when training her, and as a result, she has a somewhat enhanced capacity for battle analysis and calmly assessing situations. She's capable of beating even grown men by herself without needing to rely on her magecraft with this skill.

Chinese Martial Arts: C
While Rin has a natural talent for Martial Arts, and her teacher was himself quite skilled, she didn't put nearly as much effort into her Martial Artist studies as she perhaps could have. She's still quite formidable in hand-to-hand combat however, and her knowledge of offensive strikes is pretty top class. Knowing that that boy also uses this form of martial arts led Rin to put just a little bit more effort into learning than she would have normally.

Golden Rule (Self): A
A skill representing Rin's ability to steal money and other items from other versions of herself, thanks to this skill, Rin has effectively gained access to a limitless amount of money and resources through depriving the Rin from other timelines as such. Just... try not to think about the consequences too hard anyway. She didn't NEED that jewel, right?

Mystic Code:

Kaleidosword - The Multiverse's Glittering Sword of Hope: EX Ranked Anti-World Mystic Code
The fusion of a Kaleidostick and the Jeweled Sword of Zelretch. An impossible blade that shouldn't have ever been created. Combining the functions of two separate Mystic Codes of the Second True Magic has given Rin control over the Second Magic inferior only to Zelretch himself. While she doesn't want to use the power frivolously, she is capable of great feats of power through the Kaleidosword.
The sword itself is seemingly blunt, but can rapidly oscillate through localized parallel worlds in order to cut through anything in existence by displacing it with itself. Even that which cannot be cut or broken by normal means would be sundered by the effect of this blade.
The sword itself boosts Rin's usage of the Second True Magic tremendously and is the reason she is capable of fighting on the level of Servants with relative ease, it also provides her with an unlimited source of energy.
Despite the great power of this incredible weapon and the knowledge taken from other Rins, Rin is still in the process of figuring out how to best use it.
