Power Awakening - Kayel's Inner Battle

[2018-11-13 19:26] [user]Kayel[/user]: [color=cyan]“Hrm~..”[/color] Kayel sat high overhead perched atop her nimbus cloud, Nimbi. The nimbus just swayed there a bit, moving about in circles with light put-put-put’ings. Wind billowed through her wild mane of hair as she poked her fingers together, a slight opalescent aura trailing over her form as she bounced a bit upon the cloud with brimming excitement. [color=cyan]“It’s not too high.. and I feel the winds and energy.. I.. I bet.. I think.. I can maybe do it..”[/color]

With a deep breath, the girl waited for the right moment then bounced off from the nimbus with arms spread, opalescent gaze locked on the open ground so far below. …which was coming up pretty fast!

[color=cyan][b]”Yeeeaaahhh!”[/b][/color]

Her eyes focused on the earth as it rose up to meet her, only to shut tight. A wide smile spread across her features as the rushing winds of her downfall trailed by. A few dozen tiny, harmless orbs of ki flickered about in warm opalescent hue behind her.

And just like his opponent, Goku rushed forward without any hesitation! He was throwing stronger attacks, but he was.. Slightly cheating. You could say that the about five times of using Ultra Instinct in his near-death fights made that part of his just kick itself in whenever he's in danger, and his dodging, although NOT precise and perfect, kept him from getting directly getting stabbed or slashed, though cut and grazed nonetheless.

But in the end, it all boiled down to a few direct shots before he sent his opponent flying down, though he himself staggered out of his stance, slipping from the air and nearly falling face first but catching himself against the ground, landing on all fours before he stood up.

[color=red][b]"Yea-huh. You're- stronger than the other me, that's not questionable.."[/b][/color]

Lucky him it wasn't this Goku time patrolling, huh? But Goku was reaching the end of his struggle and running out of fuel, given that his Kaioken's aura got smaller and less violent now.

Because he kind of is- Hell, even his legs were numb, given that he was patting at his knee to stay up and standing-
[2018-11-13 19:31] *[user]KumiChan[/user] just sort of... lay there for a moment, slowly opening her eyes as she looked up at Shalloh. She was at least coherent enough to recognize her and speak, but... standing up probably wasn't going to be happening any time in the near future. [color=purple]"U-Uh... hi Miss Shalloh..."[/color] She winced a bit, moving her hand over the bruise on her head as she remained on the ground. She didn't even want to try sitting up right now. [color=purple]"Um... W-What happened?"[/color]
[2018-11-13 19:34] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] had been... restless ever since last night. Restless enough to the point where he informed Panya he needed to head out for a day or two and to not worry if he suddenly vanished because he would eventually return. Those odd, restless feelings guided his movements, taking him out into the wastelands, just wandering with a bag slung over his shoulder and a flask strapped to his side.

His eyes were shut as he walked, only to pause when he heard a faint familiar voice from up high... "[color=cyan]Yeeeaaahhh![/color]" It caused him to look up and blink a little bit. "[color=blue]Kayel?[/color]" It was spoken softly, and mostly to himself, because he did not expect to run into the young saiyan child out here in the middle of nowhere.

He watched the Saiyan child hurtle through the air, and for the moment he just stood and watched. It seemed like she was practicing, and given what he knew about how her Ki worked, he hesitated to interfere.
[2018-11-13 19:36] [user]F u[/user]: "Heh.." It was at this moment, where the demon lifted his hand, and brought his fingers together... "Remember that trap I mentioned earlier?" Index and thumb slowly slide against each other... "... let's forget about it." SNAP! Goku might feel a strange wave release from him, one of Fu's insignias float to sight, then vanish... "It was.. a nice surprise I had waiting for you, but y'know what? I changed my mind... you're an amazing guy, Mr. Goku!"

The two of them feel some ki signatures getting closer... Goku's friends!

"It'd be a waste to finish you off! At least, right now! So, for now, I think I'mma go... thanks again, Mr. Goku!"

Aaand a splurt of lines. Fu is completely outta there! Leaving Goku behind with the Dragon Balls the scientist had gathered..
[2018-11-13 19:43] *[user]Shalloh[/user] shook her head. [color=orange]"I'm not sure, but from the look of things, you hit this here tree pretty hard."[/color] She glances over at the splintered, uprooted conifer, wincing. [color=orange]"Looks like you got the better end of the deal, though. Yikes! Here, I'll be right back with some ice."[/color] True enough, Shalloh took a couple steps back, and then FREAKING DISAPPEARED, the golden aura of a Super Saiyan wreathing her and boosting her already ferocious speed. About half a minute later, Shalloh was back with an ice pack, fresh from West City, dropping out of Super Saiyan and settling the cold compress over Kumi's bruise. [color=orange]"Here you go. I know us Saiyans are supposed to be near-indestructible, but smacking your face on a tree still hurts, so you take it easy."[/color]
[2018-11-13 19:45] [user]The Saiyan God[/user]:   He blinked a few times, head lowering when the other mentioned the trap. Ah, crap- so that choking sensation that surrounded his Ki was something, wasn't it? Not just some hunch or odd feeling.. Well, he was about to welcome whatever hit he was going to take, even braced for it, still in his blue form too! Buuuut it seemed that Fu just.. Changed his mind-?

"Huh..?  Oh- me too."

He was going to try and at least do SOMETHING before he gets caught in whatever he had prepared for him, whether it killed him or not, but it seemed that they just retracted their last blows, and with Fu leaving, Goku just.. Plopped back on his butt, bruised and burnt as he mumbled-

"What a strange guy.." [eicon]the heroic god56[/eicon]

He couldn't tell why they wanted to capture him, because right now, he just seemed like someone that enjoyed the fight he got.. He was cool, that's for sure~

[2018-11-13 19:47] [user]Kayel[/user]: Everyone had to be somewhere. Kayel’s somewhere just happened to be in the middle of nowhere.

Her nimbus cloud bounced about through the air, trying to catch up to the downward plummeting girl but falling behind fast. Kayel’s shut eyes missed exactly how close the ground was rising up to meet her decent, form twirling a little in place before she brought her arms to her chest, tucked. Chin lifted to better feel the onslaught of air as gravity yanked her form downward. [color=cyan]“I am.. a happiness magnet!”[/color] Shalloh.. Vitani.. Karudam.. Galen.. Four voices running through her mind, phrases and words repeated that extended that soft prismatic aura about her form when it came to this particular feat.

[b]Sssshhhhzzzeeeeeeww![/b]

She became an arc of opalescent glow, ki taking her in a dip that parted the grass and left a dustcloud below. Kayel squealed with delighted laughter, each of those little rainbow-hued orbs about her taking on a golden coloration in brighter shine, one after the other.

She was [i]flying[/i].
[2018-11-13 19:54] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] continued to observe, his body tensing up just a little bit as she got closer and closer to the ground... Then her aura kicked in and she shot overhead with that peal of laughter following after her and a grin crossed the young man's face. He turned and watched her as she shot through the air, and his own body started to lift up, Ki forming under his feet and soon surrounding his entire frame in a very faint glow, just enough to give away his presence as he followed after her mainly to make sure her landing was safe.

After all, it was never the fall that hurt, it was the sudden stop at the end that was usually a bitch. He hung back as he followed, not getting too close for fear of disrupting the joy she currently felt as she shot through the air, and subsequently disrupting her ability to fly. It was good to see her following those "tugs" that she had mentioned before, and having success in controlling her Ki through that.
[2018-11-13 19:56] *[user]KumiChan[/user] nodded silently for a moment, staring in amazement when Shalloh just took off as a Super Saiyan. When she returned, her amazement sort of just...remained there until the ice pack was pressed against her bruise. She winced again, but then relaxed, her tail twitching slightly out of reflex. [color=purple]"O-Oh... I remember now. I was training... t-trying to get better at flying fast and stuff and... then I felt your ki and saw what you were doing... s-so I got distracted."[/color] She frowned for a moment, feeling a bit dumb for letting herself get distracted. [color=purple]"Mister Elerost taught me to not get distracted but... I s-still get distracted sometimes."[/color]
[2018-11-13 20:03] *[user]Shalloh[/user] frowns back at Kumi, shaking her head and kneeling down a bit closer to offer a gentle hug. [color=orange]"Noooononono, you're fine. You're still a kiddo! You're gonna get distracted. You're still learning all about the world, AND trying to do something that most people in the galaxy can't. Sometimes, it's okay to just be a kid. Heck, I could be doing more of that, myself."[/color] She lays down on her back, looking up at the sky. [color=orange]"I think, way, way too much sometimes. I wish I could be more distracted, y'know? Sometimes it's just... good for you."[/color]
[2018-11-13 20:12] [user]Kayel[/user]: Landing was... not something she had even thought about!

Kayel's arms spread out again as her eyes peeked out, smile widening. [color=cyan]"Yesssss!"[/color] It was a great feeling.. to embrace that rush and catch the drifting winds. Nimbi was behind Galen, speeding after the human, who was flying after Kayel.. who was oblivious and keeping her focus straight ahead. She twirled about, giggled laughter sounding off overhead as more and more of those rainbow-hued ki orbs began forming and branching out, some also taking on golden hue.
[2018-11-13 20:16] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] looked behind him and blinked a little bit as he spotted the nimbus cloud... that was not something one saw very often, but it was an interesting note to file away at the very least with a calm smile. He had heard the legends after all, requiring one to be pure of heart in order to ride one. He continued to follow after the speeding little Saiyan, and once it seemed like she had gotten the hang of it he grew a little closer, enough to make his presence known at least, giving Kayel a wave only once he was noticed and acknowledged, still not wanting to startle her.
[2018-11-13 20:26] [user]Kayel[/user]: The wave made her double-take. [b]Popopopopopopop.[/b] Each of those ki orbs vanished one after another right as her aura fizzled. Kayel fell! Only to be caught by Nimbi, as the nimbus finally caught up to her. She landed on the orange fluff with a soft, [color=cyan]"Oof!"[/color] before rolling onto her back. A bright smile was offered up to Galen as she then waved. [color=cyan]"Hihi Galen! I was flyin'! Did you sees me?!"[/color]
[2018-11-13 20:27] *[user]KumiChan[/user] suddenly came to a realization. Shalloh. That name sounded familiar... Right... she remembered now. Thinking about it again made her frown again, but... she couldn't do that. She had to stop thinking about it... otherwise her ki might go crazy again like it did that one time before. She just had to not think about her or even mention her name and it would be just fine... she'd be alright. [color=purple]"I...um... j-just remembered... your name... someone told me about you once. She uh... called you 'Leeke's Shalloh'... Um... I still don't know who Leeke is though, but... She said you and Leeke were both nice."[/color]
[2018-11-13 20:30] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] winced as Kayel promptly dropped out of the sky after the wave. He was worried about that happening, and was about to dart in to catch her when the Nimbus beat him to the punch. He was glad either way, and swooped down to stop next to her with a grin, his legs curling up under him as if sitting crosslegged and just floating next to her while she rested atop the cloud.

"[color=blue]I did see that Kayel, I'm very proud of you. You are a happiness magnet hmm?[/color]" He grinned a little and reached over, gently ruffling his hand through her hair.

"[color=blue]I'm very glad you were able to willingly trigger your ability to fly. Were you out here practicing?[/color]"
[2018-11-13 20:35] *[user]Shalloh[/user] perked up right away as she made the connection... and probably did the thing Kumi was hoping she wouldn't do. [color=orange]"Oh! You've met Kayel? She's such a sweetheart. Wow, that really puts it in perspective... I seem to run into a lot of kids. You'd like Leeke, she's only a couple years older than you, and... I'd say about as strong, too. Though.... you can't meet her now. She's... gone away. But she should be back any day!"[/color] Oh, if only you knew, Shalloh.
[2018-11-13 20:39] [user]Kayel[/user]: She leaned in to the ruffling to her hair, making it spoof up every which way. [color=cyan]"Yeah! My friend Vitani says I's a happiness magnet! I has to think happy to fly a bit. And Karu pupper says I has to.. try to be happy for me and do what makes me happy. That means my tugs! But he didn't seem too happy when I did follows them! But I got to be where a man with pointed ears moved the everythings!"[/color] Her arms spread up wide before she rolled in place, squirming with a laugh. [color=cyan]"Yeah.. I practice here and stay here now too. I guess. I likes the trees.. and I am used to the outside more than the insides."[/color]

She almost seemed like she wanted to cry... [color=purple]"I... y-yes. We used to be friends, but..."[/color] She fell silent for a moment, pulling her knees in close against herself. [color=purple]"B-But... t-then I did things and... I accidentally pushed her away."[/color] She sighed heavily, then looked back up at Shalloh again. She was very blatantly on the verge of tears at this point. She tried not to think about her, but... she also didn't want to keep her knowing Kayel from Shalloh... so now she kind of had to. [color=purple]"...I just wish I could apologize her. I wish we could be friends again, b-but... I also don't want to hurt her again."[/color]
[2018-11-13 20:46] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] nods a little at that as he listens. "[color=blue]I'm glad you are discovering how to make use of your Ki. Your method of control is different than most others, but figuring out what does what is a good first start.[/color]" He then paused for a moment and looked at her curiously. "[color=blue]You are staying out here? What of your mother at the place back in West City? If I recall correctly, she was worried about you being out on your own. Did she change her mind?[/color]"

He didn't recognize the other names, but given Kayel's nature, it was probably other people she had befriended and trusted like she had done with him when he had arrived in the area.
[2018-11-13 20:52] [user]Kayel[/user]: A rapid nod was made before she pushed herself up to sit, arms wrapping tightly about her legs. Kayel set her chin to her knees, gaze upon Galen in a long silence.. and she couldn't stop the three tiny ki orbs of blue shaded hues that sprung up over her shoulders. [color=cyan]"She.. has not.. but.. she is always so very busy... So busy it is like.. she is not even around.. and.. I cannot stay in my room. I can't.. I don't like the clear wall, the glass.. I cannot smell the air or feel the wind and there is no grass for my feet and the birds do not have the best chirp sounds and songs.. I.. I do not like the walls.. and Rayo would visit.. but I just.. I do not like the walls or the waits.."[/color]
[2018-11-13 20:53] *[user]Shalloh[/user] felt her own lip droop a bit when she stops rambling enough to notice how sad Kumi suddenly is! Oh no, this won't do at all! [color=orange]"...Well. The first step, is to just let it out. C'mere."[/color] Shalloh pulled Kayel into her arms, hugging her tightly. [color=orange]"It's okay to cry if you feel sad. It'll only hurt more if you hold onto it."[/color]

The teenaged Saiyan would hold Kumi in that comforting hug for as long as she needed it, only speaking up once she was done venting her emotions.
[2018-11-13 21:00] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] nods a little bit at that and floats a little closer, resting a hand gently on her shoulder. "[color=blue]I know the feeling. I found a place in West City to stay for a while as well... A place of stability that I needed, but every so often I get a sensation of Wanderlust that needs to be taken care of. It's why I'm out here today actually. Regardless, I still plan on going back to that place. Do you have an intention to return home? Are you safe out here? Able to obtain enough to eat and drink?[/color]"

The questions came slow enough to be processed, and his tone indicated that he wanted to make sure that she was safe and not in some kind of dangerous position. He had heard of wilderness survival training as well so it was probably a good idea to get what info he could before making any assumptions.
[2018-11-13 21:07] [user]Kayel[/user]: Kayel huffed a little, folding her arms behind her head to gaze at the sky, tail curling up against her side in a soft curl. [color=cyan]"I go back sometimes.. I am not safe but I was not safe in the cave or the house home. I am not safe anywheres so.. so I will be not safe somewhere I like to be at. And yes. I can do the hunts if I gotta... but.. I does the seek and find.. and I get food and make fires and know what trees are best to sleeps in.. I am used to the forests. I like them bests."[/color]
[2018-11-13 21:13] *[user]KumiChan[/user] stared at Shalloh for a moment. This was... actually exactly what she needed. With Lexi and Elerost being busy and Nitmer being MIA, she hadn't had anyone to vent to about it... or anyone to comfort her, really. Tears welled up in her eyes as she rather quickly clung to Shalloh... and once she did, she began crying. Everything that had transpired with Kayel... everything that was weighing on her was finally being let out. Sure, those bad memories weren't going to go away any time soon, but this at least helped her deal with all of the pain she had bottled up. In between sobs, she managed to speak up again... albeit, the crying made it a little slower and somewhat harder to understand, but still understandable regardless if one paid close enough attention to what she was saying. [color=purple][sub]"K-Kayel... Kayel was r-right... you're... really nice Miss Shalloh. J-Just like she said..."[/sub][/color]
[2018-11-13 21:22] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] nodded quietly as he listened to her responses. His hand pulled away once she laid back and he moved to lay down as well, still floating beside her as he looked up into the sky a bit in return. "[color=blue]I'm glad you are able to fend for yourself. By safe I meant more have you been able to avoid threats instead of not having to deal with threats... But either way, the solitude out here is not a good thing for long periods of time even if you like it a lot. A stable home, and good people to be around to act as a good influence can be good things for someone of your age. Even for someone like me having a stable home and good people to be around is a good thing...[/color]"

One leg kicked overtop of the other, continuing to stare up into the sky. "[color=blue]For the longest time when I woke up in this world I had a sense of not belonging. Now I have a place I can at least temporarily call home, and it has been good for me. I have made a good friend in Panya as well, and she influences me in good ways. That sense of not belonging still happens from time to time but I have a means to deal with it now and it is because I am no longer alone.[/color]"

He shifted position a little bit, looking over at Kayel. "[color=blue]I would be willing to help take care of you if you want. At the very least I could stay out here with you so you wouldn't be alone. Or if Panya agrees, you could stay with us at her store in West City for a while if you ever want to stay in the city. It's a bakery with a garden out back and a very nice atmosphere.[/color]"
[2018-11-13 21:25] *[user]Shalloh[/user] just closed her eyes, doing her darnedest to surround Kumi in warmth and comfort. From her experiences with adults of her kind, she wasn't entirely convinced that this was something included in Saiyan parenting practices, and if true, it likely explained a [b]lot[/b] of their... problematic behaviors.

[color=orange]"Feeling better?"[/color] she asked, once enough time had passed. [color=orange]"When you're ready... I'd like to know what happened between you two, that's got you so upset. Knowing her, I can't possibly imagine anything that [b]anyone[/b] could do, that would make her not like them anymore. I'm sure you can just apologize to her and make it all better."[/color]
[2018-11-13 21:38] [user]Kayel[/user]: [color=cyan]“I do not has threats. I think.. and umm.. I do not like the house home because there is no peoples. I meet peoples by bein’ out here and not in around walls. I do not like walls.. ..I understand why so many like to go through them.”[/color] His talk of not belonging hit close to home for Kayel, the girl sinking slightly into the nimbus with a small frown as she listened. Those ki orbs remained ever blue. [color=cyan]“I feel I do not belong ‘cause.. I know I do not belong.. even.. one person.. really.. really really made me feel that way.. and it.. it was the worstest pain ever… To not belong and not matter..” [/color]

There was a long silence as a few tears trailed down her cheeks. She went to say something only to flinch sharply and glance at her hand, holding it out in front of her face. That green energy had flared to life along with her opalescent aura.. only those jade arcs were slicing into her own flesh and healing it just as fast, making her cringe now and then. [color=cyan]“Peoples come and go Galen.. Peoples leave.. You can stay with me if you wants to but.. I does not want to stay at a house home.. It is lonely. I do not like walls. I.. could also visit maybe?.. I like to visits… I used to visit Elviar a lots..”[/color]
[2018-11-13 21:45] *[user]KumiChan[/user] nodded quietly. She still seemed like she wanted to cry some more, but... she felt better. She felt like she could actually talk to someone about it for once... Even better, it was someone who knew Kayel. The only other people she could think to talk to about that who knew Kayel were well... just as busy as everyone else, or too close to Kayel for her to go talk to them... but somehow, the person she needed wasn't anyone she thought it would have been. It was someone that, at the time when everything started, she hadn't met. Shalloh was the person she needed. [color=purple]"Um... w-well... I-It was... during all of that stuff w-with Miss 21... s-she had a sleepover in that mansion for Kayel and... m-me and Pikan were invited and... when miss 21 left... K-Kayel started feeling sad and... I tried to help her feel better, b-but..."[/color] Kumi went silent for a moment... she seemed to have some sort of realization at that moment... she felt like such an idiot now. [color=purple]"...It's all my fault... I didn't know... I t-think... Kayel didn't want to be sisters... she just wanted to be friends, b-but... I kept pushing... [sub]I... I swear I didn't know... I didn't mean to...[/sub] M-Miss Shalloh? What... what did I do?"[/color]

"[color=blue]Indeed... people come and go all the time, but we miss those that were close to us and it can make the feeling of loneliness harder to bear.[/close]" As he spoke, his hand dropped down toward her, and gently rubbed the top of her head in an affectionate manner. "[color=blue]It is sometimes said that when you are around those that you care about, and those that care for you, joy is multiplied and shared, while sorrow is divided and the burden is shared by all. A building with walls and no people is no home. A home is a place with people you care about living alongside you. Any place can be home really as long as those you care about are there with you.[/color]"[/color]

"[color=blue]Indeed... people come and go all the time, but we miss those that were close to us and it can make the feeling of loneliness harder to bear.[/color]" As he spoke, his hand dropped down toward her, and gently rubbed the top of her head in an affectionate manner. "[color=blue]It is sometimes said that when you are around those that you care about, and those that care for you, joy is multiplied and shared, while sorrow is divided and the burden is shared by all. A building with walls and no people is no home. A home is a place with people you care about living alongside you. Any place can be home really as long as those you care about are there with you.[/color]"[/color]

She just never ended up in the right place at the right time, before her fury and her fear overtook her and forced her into hiding. Indeed, even just mentioning 21 had her bristling, muscles clenching and that warming sensation turning very cold and prickly before she caught herself. Forcing a smile, she answered, [color=orange]"I think you'll be fine. During that time... I think it affected [b]everyone.[/b] We weren't ourselves because of the danger. I know I wasn't..."[/color] Shalloh took a couple breaths before continuing, [color=orange]"It's okay to want family, especially if you don't really have one. But it's also okay to just be friends. You're a wonderful kiddo... I'm sure it'll be okay. If you want, I could come with you to see her. But only if you're ready."[/color]

Everyone, all the peoples did come and go and stay and it was great.. and then... Elviar left... and then dad died and.. mom is.. prolly in her lab doin' stuffs... Gotenks is gone too... everyone but Karu.. and Karu pupper is.. he feels like he is family. So he is.. My tugs say he is my Karu pupper, so he is my Karu pupper. Like Gotenks is my Gotenks.. wherever he is... Like Uncle Beerus too.. They is away or gone.. but is still family.. The tugs does not go away.."[/color] Kayel sighed deeply, even as she leaned up into that rubbing to her head. The tears still rolled down her cheeks. [color=cyan]"My family.. is very special to me.. my family.. makes me want to.. to be here... makes me feel I belong.. So it is very very important.. 'cause I know I does not belong.."[/color] That green energy swirled over her outstretched fingers, lashing and mending, tearing and healing in some endless cycle.
[2018-11-13 22:03] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] shifted slightly and sat up, his hand still rubbing softly against the top of Kayel's head. After a bit, when he saw the tears rolling down her cheeks, he moved to scoop up the saiyan, tugging her over to sit in his lap as his arms curled about her quietly, giving her a hug and some attempt at a measure of comfort. "[color=blue]I know that feeling Kayel... I still deal with it myself. The sense that you do not belong in this time or place but you can't quite place [b]why[/b] that is the case. Having people you care about be around... having family like you [b]do[/b] is a powerful thing to fight those feelings of not belonging.[/color]"

He glanced down at her quietly, and gave another comforting squeeze. "[color=blue]I would not mind being a part of your family Kayel, if you would not mind being a part of mine. That way we can help each other fight those feelings of not belonging, regardless of how much those feelings try to force us to believe we do not belong.[/color]"
[2018-11-13 22:10] *[user]KumiChan[/user] lowered her eyes again for a moment, flicking her tail silently. She nodded, then looked up at Shalloh again. She may have been ready, but... it wasn't just about her, of course. [color=purple]"But... what if Kayel isn't ready? I-If I talk to her before she's ready, then... i-it might get worse... right?"[/color] She seemed genuinely and deeply concerned by that... [color=purple]"I don't want to hurt her again... never again."[/color]
[2018-11-13 22:15] *[user]Shalloh[/user] shook her head, reaching a hand down to pet Kumi, stroking her hair a bit. [color=orange]"Then we can just ask her. Plus, how long's it been? She might have even forgotten all about it. C'mon. Let's see if we can find her. I'll be with you the whole time."[/color]
[2018-11-13 22:19] [user]Kayel[/user]: [color=cyan]“I know why.. I’m a.. a.. amonomally.. I am from another time... I do not belong so I feel I do not belong.”[/color] Kayel was scooped up and curled right up into Galen, nuzzling her cheek into his chest. However when he brought up being her family, Kayel froze. Her eyes widened and flashed without pupils for but a moment.

[b]ZNCH![/b]

With a [b]shnk[/b] and a [i]loud [b]clap[/b][/i], destructive green energy tore against Galen as Kayel pushed back several feet away to hover. Her form flickered in place, ki and all.. There one moment, simply not existing the next.. until those green racing arcs intensified and the flickering ceased. Her almond gaze locked on Galen, tiny harmless ki orbs shifting from blue hues to vibrant purples.

[color=cyan]“I.. I.. I do not feel the tugs.. Galen.. I.. My family.. [i]I feel the tugs[/i].. and.. the peoples.. who try to make me be family.. they all… …hurt me.. I.. I do not.. want to be hurt no mores… I.. just.. Maybe one day there will be tugs.. b-but there is no tugs.. Galen please.. please can.. can we be friends?..”[/color] The tears fell even worse between thick, heavy sobs as she brought her balled up fists to her chest, that green aura intensifying itself and wildly arcing out at the air to the point that even Nimbi scooted back to avoid the lashing ki. [color=cyan]“I j-just want to be friends.. pl-please.. please can w-we be f-f-fr-friends?..”[/color]
[2018-11-13 22:22] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] winced as the energy tore against him, but withstood it well enough, immediately letting go of Kayel and letting her drift free. He rubbed his hand over his chest after a moment, looking at the tears in the top of his outfit, then listens to her talk. After a moment he just smiles softly and nods. "[color=blue]Very well Kayel, I know how important the tugs are to you, and I will not ask you to go against them. Let us be good friends instead then, and if you feel differently in the future we can revisit the issue at that time. Does that sound good?"

Once he asked his question, his hand extended to her once more, and that calm smile remained there. He was fine with that outcome.[/color]
[2018-11-13 22:25] *[user]KumiChan[/user] perked up for a moment, her eyes going wide. Did... she just feel what she thought she felt? She did... [color=purple]"S-Shalloh... I feel her ki b-but... but it feels just like it did when... w-when I hurt her."[/color] Suddenly... she felt scared... not for herself, but for Kayel... she was worried... memories were coming back even harder than before... and she just looked up at Shalloh again. [color=purple]"M-Maybe it's not time yet?"[/color] Half of her wanted to go to her... the other wanted to give her space... For the first time since that night, she was at a loss on what to do.
[2018-11-13 22:31] *[user]Shalloh[/user] more than just perked up! Sensing Kayel was quite troublesome, due to her power level being quite close to the average Earthling... but that certainly was no longer the case in that moment! [color=orange]"Holy hell, what the--"[/color] Suddenly she was up on her feet, holding Kumi against her right shoulder as her own energy quivered to life. [color=orange]"Okay, so you felt that too... Y'know what, screw it, whether she's ready or not, I gotta go. I gotta see if she's safe!"[/color] Without even waiting to finish talking, and definitely without giving Kumi a choice in the matter, Shalloh was up in the air, soaring as fast as she felt was still comfortable to Kumi. She didn't even bother trying to hide her energy, and in fact did the opposite, broadcasting her power quite loudly to make sure that any threat near Kayel knew just what was coming for it.
[2018-11-13 22:36] [user]Kayel[/user]: The fabric flew apart in a flash before her eyes, something she couldn’t even process. Kayel froze there, looking at that torn top, the way he rubbed at his chest. [color=cyan]“No… no no no…”[/color] It was bad bad bad… Those violet ki orbs of hers turned.. black. They crackled, sparked and dissipated. [color=cyan]“I.. I am sorry.. I am sorry Galen! I.. I am so so so very sorry!”[/color] The tears rained down her cheeks for an entirely different reason now. [color=cyan][sub]“I’m sorry…”[/sub][/color] Kayel turned and in a flash, was taking off as quick as she could muster, an opalescent-green streak across the sky.
[2018-11-13 22:43] [user]Galen Striker[/user]: "[color=blue]Kayel wait! It's alright![/color]" He called out as she took off, and he stood up. He was about to follow when he noticed the ki signature approaching from the distance. He had hardly any Ki signature of his own, barely a little more above that of a normal human. Regardless, he took flight and gave chase, following after Kayel and calling out. "[color=blue]Kayel! You didn't mean to do it! It's alright I promise! You are forgiven![/color]" He tried to call out to her as he followed.
[2018-11-13 22:44] *[user]KumiChan[/user] 's eyes went wide again as Shalloh suddenly took off-except this time, with her in tow! She never imagined someone could fly this fast... It was exciting to be sure, but... that was quickly overshadowed when she felt another shift in Kayel's ki... and then she felt it move. She also felt someone else's ki following, but she didn't recognize it. [color=purple]"M-Miss Shalloh... it feels like it's getting worse... and... Someone's following her, but... I don't know who."[/color]
[2018-11-13 22:51] *[user]Shalloh[/user] grit her teeth as she flew. Gripping Kumi harder and harder, she didn't even notice herself taking on that golden hue, and she [i]certainly[/i] wasn't able to pick up on Galen's presence! [color=yellow]"Nngh... Hold on tight, it's about to get awful bumpy!"[/color] Shalloh was able to direct some of her energy towards shielding Kumi from the vertigo, but when Kayel took off, Shalloh put the pedal to the medal and SOARED after her! [color=yellow]<<Kayel... are you okay?>>[/color] Her left arm was crackling with energy, and an ill-tempered Shalloh had a hell of an itchy trigger finger...
[2018-11-13 23:03] [user]Kayel[/user]: She could hear Galen behind her, but the mix of energy signatures caused her to stop in the air with a small blast radiated outward. [color=cyan]"N-no! No I am not okay! I am not okay!! I.. I.. I want my dad!!"[/color] Pure panic took over her, gaze darting about wildly. [color=cyan][b]"I WANT MY DAD!"[/b][/color] Knowing fully well Broly was gone, Kayel went for the only thing she could think of.. Suddenly she was on the move again! The girl was racing off for a thickly forested area beyond West City, a bot beyond where she had been.. Broly's cave. While she may not have been fast compared to some, it was certainly fast [i]for her.[/i] Kayel didn't even touch down, just breaking through the door and marring the inner cavern walls with those green arcs in a mad race. Where did she go?.. Why, to curl up in Broly's rather empty room upon his bed of course.
[2018-11-13 23:07] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] skidded to a halt in mid air as that burst radiated outward, arms crossing in front him to protect himself from that radiating energy. He was about to respond when she took off again and once more he attempted to follow, keeping his focus on the signature of that strange energy, only to stop once he reaches the cave entrance, touching down lightly and coming to a stop. He does not enter just yet however.
[2018-11-13 23:18] *[user]KumiChan[/user] couldn't exactly...talk anymore. She wasn't exactly used to this kind of speed... She just had to cling to Shalloh for now and trust that she'd be safe... even though she knew that things might be an entirely different story once they got to their destination.
[2018-11-13 23:19] *[user]Shalloh[/user] seemed to flinch in mid-flight as she closed in on Kayel, only to receive a (likely unintentional) telepathic reply. The sheer volume caused her to waver and shake about, and once she really thought about it, she did start slowing down, giving Kumi a break from the insane pace she was keeping. [color=yellow]"....Well... I... don't think she's in... danger? You said you felt someone following her, but I can't feel anything. D-do you mind if I just... drop you off here and go on ahead? You can catch up at your own pace."[/color]
[2018-11-13 23:24] [user]Kayel[/user]: She had never known the cave to be so cold or so empty. There were no echoes of laughter, no heat of flame, no TV blaring something fun or funny.. The furniture was unused and everything was so.. barren. Kayel bundled up in that thick, over-sized blanket, trying to hide herself.. and ended up his lighting the entire room with that green glow that radiated from her. The arcs were less wild, less destructive, though that energy was no less potent. Kayel trembled, staring at her hands and shaking her head. [color=cyan]"Stop stop stop..." [/color]
[2018-11-13 23:29] *[user]KumiChan[/user] had already come this far... but with how Kayel's ki felt now... what was she supposed to do? [color=purple]"I... I-if you're w-worried about me because of how fast you were going it's um... I'm f-fine, but..."[/color] She was trembling... not because of the speed she had just experienced, but because of fear... concern... worry. She was scared for Kayel... not for herself. [color=purple][sub]"B-But Kayel is... she's in pain... m-miss Shalloh... w-what should I do? If I go to her now, I m-might make that pain worse again, a-and... I don't want that."[/sub][/color]
[2018-11-13 23:30] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] watched from the doorway as those flashing lights flickered and swirled, casting shadows on the wall. He let out a quiet sigh and called out to the interior. "[color=blue]Kayel... I just want you to know that you did not harm me, only tore my shirt. I am fine, and I am not scared of what happened and I still wish to be your friend. When you are ready to talk, I will be outside of the cave waiting... ok?[/color]" With that said, he didn't wait for a response, and instead settled down with his back against a nearby rock, settling with his legs crossed under him, relaxing a little bit and just staring up at the sky.
[2018-11-13 23:35] *[user]Shalloh[/user] was, thankfully, just moments away fr--oh, never mind, she just touched down outside the cave. Funnily enough, it was the first time she'd ever been here. All the meetings and memories that had been made here, and she was oblivious.

So why did it feel so familiar?

[color=yellow]"You can stay outside, then. I'll let you know when it's okay to come in."[/color] It was only after she opened her mouth that she noticed Galen there. [color=yellow]"Oh... It was you. Weren't you there at that... lady's bakery?"[/color] The unspoken question remained unspoken, though. She'd let Galen make the first move, even though she had every intent of running into that cave immediately. This was more important, though. Could she leave the other kiddo out here with a stranger? Almost certainly not!
[2018-11-13 23:39] [user]Kayel[/user]: Galen may not have been scared.. [i]but Kayel certainly was.[/i] Such energy was beyond her understanding and she had only managed to understand a few basic things. The main thing was.. it was [b]destructive[/b]. Kayel’s tearful gaze turned towards the door as Galen’s voice echoed down the cavern hall and into the house area proper. She opened her mouth to reply, but only gave a choked sob. Kayel promptly buried her face into the bedding, a green-glowing lump of fabric.
[2018-11-13 23:41] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] glanced over as that Ki signature he detected earlier touched down near the cave, tilting his head back to look toward her. He just smiled quietly and nodded. "[color=blue]Oh, yes I remember you as well. We didn't properly meet at the time I think. My name is Galen. If you are looking for Kayel she is inside but she is not in a good state of mind at the moment and may need some time to calm down. She is worried that she hurt me, and I believe if I go in there now while that green energy continues to lash about it will not help her mental state.[/color]" He motioned to the cave entrance as he spoke.. Galen's top was ripped in several places but he seemed perfectly fine.
[2018-11-13 23:48] *[user]Shalloh[/user] simply nodded once as he began speaking. [color=yellow]"Shalloh. Listen... that's actually why I came here. I think I can help. I'd like to try. I'm [b]going[/b] to try,"[/color] she reasserted, not taking her gaze off of Galen for an instant. [color=yellow]"Kumi here is going to wait outside, and I'm going to invite her in when it's safe. You... will NOT do anything to her."[/color] An additional threat was unnecessary. Shalloh was simply stating a fact, because clearly, Galen would know better than to cross her. [color=yellow]"Now, if that's settled..."[/color] Shalloh took a moment to calm [b]herself[/b] down, as well as letting a layer of her ki flow over her body and tighten up, armoring her. She didn't expect to be in any actual danger from Kayel of all people--having not yet seen any of this green energy or its wielders firsthand--but she wanted to present an unwavering front, that she would not even flinch in the face of this attack.
[2018-11-13 23:51] *[user]Galen Striker[/user] just.... chuckled a little bit. "[color=blue]Very well... I am no threat to anyone here anyway.[/color]" And then he returned to looking up at the sky and resting for a bit. He just seemed to exude a peaceful nature for the most part.
[2018-11-13 23:54] *[user]Shalloh[/user] crossed her arms over her chest. [color=yellow]"It's not a matter of threat level. You. Will not. Do anything. To her."[/color] And with that, she calmly walked into the cave, unflinching even when the energy bolts lashed out at her. She just walked towards Kayel, intent on laying down on the bed next to her and hugging her nice and tight.
[2018-11-13 23:56] [user]Kayel[/user]: Her soft sobs echoed, dwindling bit by bit as she slowly was calming down, as was that energy. Just being back in that cave, in that bed, had a calming familiarity. She swallowed hard, bundling up all the more in a self-squeeze before the blanket turned and turned, twirled some like a twirled ice cream extruded as she curled up in it. Voices kind of echoed.. but she heard nothing. Suddenly.. she felt a presence though, all too.. too close.. Her head poked up from the blankets, slender brows furrowing as tears still streamed, though lacking the sobs. [color=cyan]"Sh-shalloh?..."[/color]
[2018-11-12 18:29] [user]Chrome Squad[/user]: At first the alien seemed assured and confident in himself. Now he was being forced back. These abilities were more than he was anticipating at first. Chau came down to start delivering the hurt. Punching with power in every blow. He raised his first to beat into her but Ruby's attack knocked him off balance. He saw Sunshu's attack and was about to dodge out of the way before becoming blinded. Then Sunshu's blast forced him to go rigid. Chrome was being battered, beaten, and struck from all sides by Chau who still hadn't let up. His eyes glowed with a baleful light from within his facemask. A backhanded first struck Chau in the cheek, sending her careening into a nearby hillside. A mushroom cloud of dirt erupted from there as he focused in on Taasco. He seemed to move so fast he disappeared. Then, he was behind Taasco. His feet cracked into her back as he rode her down, grinding her against the ground once they skipped a few times. He aimed his descent right at Sunshu and Ruby, who he blasted balls of energy at both.

"[b]This is it! This is why I suffered you all to live! I want a fight, I want to go down for a reason! This! Is! Amazing[/b]!"
[2018-11-12 18:37] *[user]Sunshu[/user] was lightning quick on his feet, and without even thinking, he found himself running out of the way of the energy ball and grabbing Ruby along to get her out of the way of hers as well, not wanting to put her through getting hit head on by Chrome. He already knew one of those could kill him, he couldn't have it be taking out his friends too! [color=yellow]"Don't let him hit you with one of those!"[/color] He did seem a little bit concerned for his teammates, wincing seeing what had happened to Taaco. He stomped on the ground, a block of stone breaking up from it, before he kicked it out towards Chrome, charging it with his ki to hit nice and hard!
[2018-11-12 18:47] *[user]Ruby Ryuuko[/user] was not expecting this side of Chrome. He didn't just enjoy the fight, he wanted them to defeat him for some reason. A reason for fighting, a reason for being defeated. Going down with a purpose. Her eyes shut slowly as her mind focused, wanting to understand what he truly wanted. What he truly desired. That was a fight that could make him feel alive. And thus, when she noticed him flinging ki blasts at them, she realized that Sun started to pull her and guide her away. This made her upset. Mainly because, he thought she was so fragile and needing of saving.. He cared about her own life.. Ruby grumbled, and decided to halt her moveemnt the moment he started to go at Chrome once more, this time, Ruby rushed with him and yelled at him. [color=red]"Stop worrying about us. Worry about yourself! Until we are actually in danger, start worrying about yourself!"[/color]
[2018-11-12 18:57] *[user]Taasco[/user] groaned as she pulled herself back to her feet with the aid of her guandao. [color=blue]"That's it getting really tired of this shit!"[/color] leaving the polearm embedded in the ground she switched to the two-bladed fans on her sash, wrists fit through lanyards to keep them from being knocked away, and granting her use of her hands at a moments notice and assumed a new stance, one that seemed to be more like that of a dancer than any type of martial arts. [color=blue]"Alright, big guy, lets dance!"[/color] they needed to wear him down and immobilize him before she could pull out the big guns, her final, and most powerfull technique she was keeping up her sleeve was dangerous and she could only do it once.
[2018-11-12 18:59] *[user]Shiro Hiroji[/user] saw Sunshu and Ruby move out of the way of the blasts as well as Taasco being assaulted by the being before getting ready to fight back. He gritted his teeth, remembering his own near-defeat at the hands of the alien. He wasn't ready to give up yet as much as they weren't but he needed to think of something that could turn the tide of the fight. That was when a thought crossed his mind...

Shiro brings his hands to his sides, cupped together as he begins to charge a familiar cyan energy sphere while calling out the incantation, [color=blue]"[i]KA-ME-HA-ME... [b]HA[/b][/i]!!!"[/color] He then brings his hands forward and fires not a [color=cyan][b]Kamehameha[/b][/color] in the form of a single energy wave but his [color=cyan][b]Kamehameha Shot [/b][/color]or rather his [color=cyan][b]Continuous Kamehameha[/b][/color] in the form of three energy spheres, two of them closing in at a fast pace but with low strength while the third one was going in slower but with more power.
[2018-11-12 19:07] [user]Chrome Squad[/user]: Chrome seemed to disappear for an instant once Taasco was rising up. He wasn't focused on her, but instead changed directions towards Chau Min. The woman tried to escape, but as the others were closing in he walloped her with a punch that cracked the air and shoved the clouds apart. Chau crashed down to the Earth with a thunderous crack. The earth split in places as Chrome exhaled and spread his arms wide. That's when he noticed the beam of light that was coming towards him. Shiro's blast was almost dead on with him. Chrome stood there, watching it coming at him with his expressionless face mask until it nearly struck. Then, he battered it aside. Shiro's beam coursed through the air until it obliterated a hillside just to the right of Chrome. Saying nothing, he went to advance to the Earth towards Taasco, Ruby, and Sunshu - practically ignoring Shiro in doing so.
[2018-11-12 19:14] *[user]Sunshu[/user] was tempted to speak up back to Ruby, to tell her that he could have killed them both if they weren't careful, but seeing Chau get the wind knocked out of her, completely bodied by the alien, stole his attention entirely. Anger welled in him. Breathing in hard, he then exhaled, body crackling with electric energy. [color=yellow][b]"Hisho-Senpu!"[/b][/color] It was his greatest technique, supposedly, ki focused throughout his body to make each impact explosive and strong, charging upon Chrome and delivering upon him a flurry of kicks, each one giving more than 100% of what the young man's body could give out. Last time he tried it, it didn't even so much as move Chrome.
[2018-11-12 19:23] *[user]Ruby Ryuuko[/user] noticed Chau suddenly getting punched and couldn't help herslef. Even if she barely knew chau, she couldn't eleave her to crash to the earth. That was ruby's mindset, they needed to help one another in order to win this fight, to support eachother. And that is when Ruby acted.. "Damn it..!!" Ruby lit up in Ki and begun to bolt through the wilderness just as Chau was about to land to the earth and jumped, hoping to make it under her, just in time to grab her form and  fill her body with some Ki from ruby's own supply. "We need you Chau, it's time we all start working together. So get up, and come with me!" Ruby announced. She could've stayed with Sun, but she had to gather the forces. As soon as chau was covered, Ruby gave her the low down.. "Listen Chau, I need you to do something for me.. This won't be easy but I'm banking on Sun a bit. I'm a heavy hitter. but... I'm still not strong enough to  beat Chrome myself. But I have a form that can do something. I need time to charge it. But to do this, you, taasco, Shiro, and Sun.. Need to keep Chrome off me. you all need to work together and weaken him and then leave the rest.. to my plan. I think I can give everyone an opening  to finish off Chrome if given the chance.. Now, go gather Shiro and taasco and help Sun. Give me time to charge up."
[2018-11-12 19:32] *[user]Taasco[/user] dashed in to attack Chrome from the rear, her bladed fans charged with KI to the point the air began to ionize around the blades, Sunshu's thunderous blows combined with the dangerously sharp edges of her fans were sure to keep him on the defensive, her moves were very much dancelike at this point, but still quick and smooth leaving very little opening free, at no point did she leave her self-uncovered by at least one fan to try and strike at her regardless of success would come at a price! Even if she were not aware of Ruby's plan her own plan was much the same they had to keep him on the defensive and prevent him from gaining time to think, keep him worried about taking damage.
[2018-11-12 19:42] *[user]Shiro Hiroji[/user] was surprised that his three blasts were easily blown away, grunting in surprise. Now at this point, he had to go in and help out. However, seeing that Sun was going in on the attack himself, he decided to do the same.

As Shiro charges his ki to where his signature violet aura would turn to a white color for a split moment, he goes in on the attack with his sword drawn, joining in on Sun's assault on Chrome with his own barrage of ki-infused slashes on the opposite sides where Sunshu wasn't attacking and where Chrome was open.
[2018-11-12 19:55] [user]Chrome Squad[/user]: Chrome was coming down towards the others and met head-on with Sunshu. He allowed himself to be battered around with the flurry of explosive kicks. But he took the blows in stride as he started trading them with Sunshu. And his punches were harder, faster, and more brutal than anything Sunshu could dish out. If it wasn't for the timely arrival of Taasco, the young man might fall to the ground unconscious. As it stood, he was bruised and bloodied but still very much in the fight if only weakened. Taasco's attacks came down with rending force that actually scored blood on the unsuspecting Chrome. His back split open like he had been whipped from her attack. But that was all she got, as Chrome energized himself with a glowing white ki-fist that backhanded Taasco across the face. He was screaming now in bloody fury. But Taasco realized something. It hurt like hell, she was being thrown by the blow...but it was decidedly weaker than it could have been. For one, she wasn't flat out dead.

Before he could follow up to deliver pain and suffering to Taasco with glowing fists, Shiro joined. In a similar way he started hitting Chrome all over and Chrome took it. Except this time he wasn't going easy on Shiro, punching him with energized fists. He was slower, but still slower was almost as fast as Shiro could possibly dodge. If Shiro didn't get help soon, he was going to get pummeled by punches that could rip him apart. Just one nearly knocked out Taasco. What would half a dozen do to him?
[2018-11-12 19:57] [user]Chau Min[/user]: Chau was weak, her energy fading but she gulped and looked at Ruby. "[color=red]I, I'm not sure. I'm not sure...I'll try, though. I promise that. I'll try.[/color]" She had hid her power before, but now she seemed genuinely afraid of the beast before them. She launched herself into the fray, to assist Shiro by striking Chrome and dodging out of the way. But she couldn't keep that up for too long.
[2018-11-12 20:02] *[user]Sunshu[/user] had been left barely standing from just a few hits, one hitting head on atop his head, splitting his forehead some as blood gushed down over his face, somewhat blinding him. His body was bruised and left rather beaten, but he wasn't out of it yet, eyes barely able to be kept open and still staring forward with an expression of determination on his face. Jumping out, he would put his speed to use, while one of Chrome's arms were out to hit Shiro he'd grab onto it, trying to use the force and momentum of the alien's own strike to redirect the force and throw him! [color=yellow]"Graaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"[/color]
[2018-11-11 00:04] *[user]Beerus GoD[/user] finally finishes the strawberry chocolate pudding after what was probably 20 or so minutes of the absolute slowest eating she'd probably ever seen, only to turn suddenly to that tower of pizza balls and start scarfing them down again, tail flicking happily as he looks over at her cleaning up. [color=cyan]"Attendant?..."[/color] As he asked about the bill, after mentioning he had [i]an attendant[/i].. Panya tilted her head some.. gaze between the bill and Beerus. Her voice was a little softer now. [color=cyan]"It's the bill.. You know, how much zeni is owed for you to pay for the food..."[/color]

He keeps staring at her for several long moments before glancing back at the paper and then letting out a huff. "[color=purple]I'll get my attendant to cover the cost, I suppose you must do pretty well for yourself here.[/color]" He says lightly as he stands up from the table, and watches her start to close up shop, tail flicking lightly as he simply starts to wander around her establishment, perhaps going into places he probably shouldn't as he keeps sniffing the air to follow the various aromas.

Beerus was a narcoleptic mental patient who wandered away from his attendant...
[2018-11-11 00:40] *[user]Beerus GoD[/user] keeps looking around, only to glance back over at Panya, and then blinks as she thrusts a mop into his paws, blinking a few more times....blink blink....he than narrows his eyes at her. "[color=purple]Do not think your skill in the culinary arts excuses you from disrespecting a deity, I could destroy this whole place in an instant![/color] He says with a loud growl, though it seems Whis was keeping an eye on the situation and his new favorite place, knocking on the window of the establishment before simply dissolving it and passing through it, only to then rematerialize it again. "[color=blue]Now now, my lord, this kind feline gave you the meal you requested, and you should offer her your thanks.[/color]" Whis says lightly. Beerus simply folds his arms over his chest and huffs, lightly waving a paw "[color=purple]Thanks....[/color]" He says with a shrug, and as he does Whis waves his staff, a large pile of zeni, several times what the actual cost of the meal was materializes on the counter for Panya, payment, as promised.

That look of sheer bliss and utter enjoyment of tingled, delighted tastebuds certainly screamed volumes!"[/color] There came another double-take, which doubled in itself at the.. rather large amount of zeni on the counter that.. Whis had just.. put there.. with.. a wave.. Panya was starting to rethink her thoughts. She reached up, brushing at her furred cheeks and then felt her forehead. [i]Was the delusion contagious?[/i] She was starting to believe it now too.. [color=cyan]"Umm.. th-thank you.. Thank you.. very much.. Uh.. Words cannot express how I feel right now.."[/color] No, no they could not.

"[color=purple]It was delicious, I'll give you that, maybe I'll come visit again.[/color]" This was by far the best place he had eaten so far during his time on earth, of course he'd be back again! But he made his way to the door, and glanced back at his attendant "[color=purple]Whis! Let's go![/color]" He says with another growl as he walks out. "[color=blue]Be right there, my lord![/color] Whis calls out, then glances back down at Panya "[color=blue]You'll have to forgive Lord Beerus, he's got quite the short temper and the wrong words can set him off rather quickly, rest assured though he definitely enjoyed the meal, and we'll be sure to visit again soon.[/color]" Whis says with a happy smile and a light wave before making his way toward the door as well.

[sub]She just.. didn't know this was a literal thing.[/sub] A small nod was made and she followed the two to the door.. only to kick off the ground when Whis passed through. That undetectable ki was pinpointed, used for a concussive leap forward so that she could skid alongside Beerus, to look to him and Whis. Panya swiftly bowed at her waist with a fist thunked to her chest. [color=cyan]"It was an honor to serve you. And thank you for inspiring the Strawberry Chocolate Bang. Perhaps one day I'll create something truly divine enough to honor your names."[/color]

"[color=blue]We very much look forward to our next visit, until then![/color] Whis says softly, and with a sudden bright flash the two disappear upward, and are gone in moments.
[2018-11-11 01:29] [user]Panya the Sweet[/user]: Panya remained standing there for a few moments in that same position. Slowly, she managed to stand upright, gazing at where the two had been. [color=cyan]"...I'll have to kick my meal designs up a notch if my shop is.. is actually.. somehow attracting such attentions.."[/color] She glanced over at the large displayed name of her bakery and cafe, only to puff up a bit with inner pride, a single fang chewing back her bottom lip. Oh did she ever have a tale to tell Galen! Panya stepped back to her shop, pausing only to pat the doorway's frame. That mop was scooped up in hand and Panya went on to finish her cleaning duties. She had to keep double-taking at the zeni on the counter, unsure if it was real, if it would stay, if she'd wake up and it'd all be a dream... Either way, she was one happy feline.

Kayel swallowed hard, feeling that warmth.. which reminded her so much of how Broly would comfort her. Those green arcs settled into a low, pulsing glow. She curled herself up against Shalloh, despite knowing full and well that she was [i]Leeke's Shalloh[/i]. Still, Shalloh was her friend. The golden ribbon on the young girl's arm was certainly proof of that. Her hand reached out, just to clutch the bed some as she huddled there against Shalloh, missing the nights she'd come in and pounce upon Broly to curl up on him.

Hearing those words coming out of a four-year-old child just [b]crushed[/b] her in that moment, as she was hit with the weight of the idea that she might never be able to escape that fear herself, and worse, that Kayel might be saddled with the same challenges.
