god help me. Demons dress like such sht. What happened to unassuming?

That's thing, they dress flamboyantly to show that they mean sht.

Dressing like the average sinner on the street means you're less likely to be noticed if you are powerful. Dressing like a fa**ot guarantees you'll draw attention to yourself, and probably end up erased.

Consider the following: daring to dress like a peacock mean that you're likely strong enough to take on the average sinner.

Its because the way they dress doesn't look intimidating or powerful, it looks silly.

If were talking about western European monarchies during the Renaissance, sure. But it wouldn't kill for this show to actually have a bit of diversity with regards to visual styles and types of characters. So far most everyone, from sinners to overlords has been an American who's died within the last 120 years or so.

That's understandable. I too am bored with the late 19th/early 20th century design, I'd like a bit more diversity. Even Lucifer looks like he's coming from the Edwardian Era.

Thanks, Anon. This is what I'm getting at. I'm NOT going to mess with someone in a leather jacket who's built like a tonne of bricks and looks like they could kick my arse.

If a spindly fk like Val comes up to me in some fur coat, with velvet gloves, heels and smoking a cigarette, I'll tell him he looks like a fking fairy and to quit dressing like a fa**ot.
