  17. I'd imagine Dr. Mengele would look human-ish and would keep his normal features, but would have a hideously emaciated, stitched together body covered in peeling skin and sores from gross malnutrition and medical experimentation.
  18. Maybe have his hands end with razor sharp scalpels. He'd be clad in hybrid clothes between a Waffen SS uniform and a doctors coat.
