Why the verdict is not fair: I was punished for bad roleplay when i supposedly made eye contact with eagle, in which i never did. I was never in direct contact with eagle during the  occurrence, the only people he talked to were citizens, and Nihoolious is shown running away from him in his point of view. As stated in my point of view, I stayed around  and waited because i assumed we were going to capture him and roleplay, but Nihoolious and Viking were the ones who encountered him and chose to ran away. The situation was a 3 on 1, with viking and Nihoo deconstructing, and myself  on security. Eagle starts yelling before LOS contact could be made so he wasn't contacting me, the 1 second I am visible in his footage, i run around the corner, I then take up a defend-able position on the barn roof  in an attempt to capture him.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: I stuck around and wanted to capture eagle for hostileRP, but when my entire team had left, I wasn't confident i would be able to subdue him alone and didnt want a fight.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: Perm Ban and Warning Point Removed

What could you have done better?: Tried harder to convince the rest of my team to stick around. I stuck around and was ready to try and capture eagle
