like, OOC stuff affecting IC, or vice versa. Like, hmm... whats a good example.
If we did metaplay, could be something like spending a fate point to change an encounter, from a giant golem to a busty brown-skinned bimbo by spending the fate point, or getting a stunt to let you steal traits or abilities from those you fuck. Things unfair to the game but can be included for kinks.

Spend a fate point for 3 fate points is the biggest example. Otherwise, something like invoking an aspect, "Since you are male and have balls, she has +2 to hit you in the balls. Because you are a masochist, she has another +2. Because I said so, she has a third +2"

Or, just about anything to be honest. Everytime you 'crit' by rolling 4 +'s, you get a free wish spell

or every time you roll 3 or more, your personality changes accordingly, if you roll 3 +'s, you become dominant, 0's mean you are a switch or normal, -'s are submissive, changing you accordingly between female, futa, and male

Here's my thoughts. Some of those sound like mechanics. I'm not certain if I like them. They are basically just mechanics that could have a fluff explination but don't.
The one fate point for 3 sets of +2 however, I loved. Especially that last bit of "And because I said so."

the thing is, these are things not normally in the game. Meta-play is the player or even the IC character 'convincing' god/gm/me to allow them to happen. Or me doingthings to you that aren't even part of the rules just cause "I said so"

Basically, let's go with this example.
There are four people (at least) in any given scenario. (at least) one NPC, the PC, You, and Me.
Let's go back to the kick in the balls example
NPC's turn
NPC attempts to kick PC in the balls.
NPC spends fate point
GM: Alright, I'm letting her tag your own aspect and his aspect with that point and then she gets an extra tag because I say so
GM Rolls dice
NPC hits PC in the balls(edited)
Next example

PC attempts to strike
NPC: "I have an ability that if the player rolls at least -2 before modifiers, you miss."
Player rolls -2
PC misses

NPC's turn

NPC will swing at PC
GM rolls a success,
PC is dropped
NPC: "Suck on that player. I just kicked your character's ass."
