Explain why it should be promoted:
Since it’s been nearly 7-8 Months since our last promotion and after the positive review, we got a week ago, we decided it is finally time to apply for L.8. We believe we meet all the requirements.
Over the years we have become a well-known group on this server and shaped the group into something we are really satisfied with.  What started out as a group which was all about fighting and turfing became a fun group that puts emphasize on doing whatever we feel like and just enjoying what the server has to over. From Turfwars to competing for Criminal Daily to taking a break as a criminal and enjoying the cop life for a bit to just going farmer with 20 other members and just have fun. 1337 has it all. That doesn’t mean we have lost our competitive spirit. If we put our mind to something we sure as hell will achieve it.
In the past few weeks, we broke 2 group records in a spectacular fashion, with one member even setting a new player record. It doesn’t end here though, there still are records we set our sight on to break. Also as an official criminal group we don’t forget about criminal daily and compete there on a regular basis, scoring in the top 5 most the time. We work hard on increasing CnR Activity and we're still the 1st in [url=https://cit.gg/index.php?page=topcriminalgroups] Top criminal groups[/url] with 500m+ Reputation points. Some days we take it easy and just do other things. We don’t force our members to do certain activities every day, since we don’t want it to become repetitive. Everyone should enjoy the server in their own way. In the past week, we had at least over 50 members who logged into the server. We make sure that our members behave properly, since behavior is one of the most important things, as it would affect our reputation if our members start provoking others. We are strict with members who respond to provocations toward us or try to provoke others.  Member who misbehave continuously get demoted or kicked, of course after verbally warning them to retain a degree of fairness. We obviously can't keep all members in check the whole time, though if we notice something, we take action immediately and warn the member to cease that kind of behavior.
