Resilient Session 16

	ResilientGM	It is the 41st Millennium...
	ResilientGM	As hour pass by, the skies open up in heavy rain. Loyalist troops from around the city arrive little by little in small groups... remnants of scouting parties, and smaller pockets of opposition unlike the one Sonder supervised. Many of them are wounded, malnourished, helped along by their comrades.
	Kass_Yonova	helps organize the wounded with the Loyalist medics, helping where he can.
	ResilientGM	Soon, a makeshift camp is set up inside the ruins of the rail station, with the wounded given a sheltered area to be treated.
	ResilientGM	Vorgen approaches Ferrus. The young trooper's face betrays sheer terror.
	ResilientGM	Vorgen: "Sergeant! Sergeant, we have trouble coming our way."
	Kogin_Hull	performs basic maintenance on the gun servitor.
	Mathias_Ferrus	looks at Vorgen as he finishes checking his lasgun. "Calm down there, Vorgen. What sort of trouble are we talking about?"
	Willus	is lurking nearby, silently leaning against his long las. His ears perk up as soon as he sees young Vorgen approach his sergeant.
	Victrus_Macharius	is sitting inside of one the Chimera's resting after a long day.
	ResilientGM	"The Colonel's advance has repelled several enemy platoons... the troops we encountered on our way into the city..." he sits down.
	ResilientGM	Vorgen: "They're headed in our direction, sir..."
	ResilientGM	Gilliam: "They've already been beaten back, boy. They're going to be in a lot worse shape than us."
	Willus	spits. "Still could be trouble, bruder."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Any idea on how many? And does Gael know about this?"
	Kogin_Hull	sings [Techna-Lingua] "Pistons connected to the... Gear Shift"
	ResilientGM	"I do now, Sergeant," Gael says, walking down the steps to your level.
	ResilientGM	Gael: "Well, boy? Answer the man's question."
	ResilientGM	Vorgen: "I don't know, sir," he shakes his head, "I was only given a warning of the direction of their retreat... several platoons. It's all I know, sir."
	Mathias_Ferrus	sighs and looks at Gael. "How many able men do we have available?"
	ResilientGM	Gael: "Emperor-damn them... months of setting up my quarters. Rationing, scouting, gathering... and now when I need it most, I can't make use of the supplies."
	ResilientGM	Gael: "I'll leave that up to your medic, sergeant. Anyone who can stand will have to fight."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Alright. We better send some scouts, see what good positions we can find and set up."
	Willus	grins and stalks foward. "I vill leave as soon as Jowalis is ready, herr sergeant."
	Mathias_Ferrus	turns towards Willus. "Something tells me the scale of this engagement will require more than a pair of scouts."
	Victrus_Macharius	get up and walks out of the Chimera.
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Vorgen, see if you can gather the rest of our squad here. On the double."
	Willus	lets out a rumbling, phlemgy laugh. "Sergeant, you wound me. Can I at least be ze scouting effort?"
	Mathias_Ferrus	"You will be leading the scouting efforts."
	Willus	"Jawohl, sergeant!" Willus stiffens and salutes, beaming.
	ResilientGM	Vorgen heads outside and begins to call for men to gather around inside.
	Kass_Yonova	approaches the Lieutenant and Sergeant with a list of able-bodied wounded. "You'll have 22 who can fight among the wounded, sir." He hands the lieutenant the list.
	Victrus_Macharius	moves inside after hearing Vorgen.
	ResilientGM	Sonder: "Presuming our Imperial Trooper friends won't be doing any sharing, sir, we only have one weapon for every 3 men."
	ResilientGM	Gael: "We still have the vehicles... we can make use of them."
	Victrus_Macharius	heads over to where Ferrus is standing.
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Ready on your order Herr Sergeant."
	Victrus_Macharius	"Ready for orders as well Sarge. What is going on?"
	Mathias_Ferrus	reads it in such a position that Gael can also look. "Hmm... this is going to be rough. And we'll need to make use of them, certainly. Even if we only have a single armed one last time I saw. Willus, take some of the men and see if you can find some good positions. Our best bet is to slowly back up from position to position. Kogin, gonna need you to make sure our vehicles are up and
	Mathias_Ferrus	running at their best. Kass, you make sure those 22 are battle ready. Lieutenant, you wouldn't have any fancy toys saved up for a rainy day, do you?"
	Kogin_Hull	[Techna-Lingua] "Understood, Sergeant."
	Willus	draws his camo cloak around him. "Ja, Herr sergeant. Ze hunt begins. Jowalis, Holen Sie sich bewegen!"
	Mathias_Ferrus	slowly tilts his head at Kogin. "Gonna take that as a yes..."
	Willus	Willus stomps off with his comrade in tow. Gathering up men for a scouting party.
	Kogin_Hull	"Yes."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Good, then get to it!"
	Kass_Yonova	"Aye, Sarge, I'll get on that now." Kass runs back to the impromptu medical site and readies the able-bodied wounded for combat.
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Ich folgen dir!"
	Kogin_Hull	commands his servitor to follow him and heads to the Chimeras.
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Victrus, you are on quartermaster duty. Go with Sonder and see what equipment we have to work with."
	Victrus_Macharius	"Yest Sir." looks at Sonder, "Show me what you have."
	Kogin_Hull	inspects the vehicles.
	Kogin_Hull	+Sergeant, the vessels appear to be functioning. However, the transport Chimeras have suffered damage to the side and low rear armor. The other Chimera has no protection in the back.+
	Mathias_Ferrus	nods. "Alright, the transport varients will be staying in the back for quick redeployment. The one with the autocannon will be in reserve. I don't want to send it in right from the get go."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"How many good shots do we have? And nothing but lasguns?"
	Victrus_Macharius	+Sarge, we got mostly lasguns and some autoguns that Sonder is going to hand out to the troops. There is a grenade stock pile of 12 frag and 8 krak,and there are 3 charge packs here as well.+
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Alright... those will do. I'm gonna have some good shots and Willus set up along the railroad."
	Animus	approaches the sergeant
	Animus	"What would you have me do?"
	Mathias_Ferrus	"For now, I want you to see if you can get me a better idea of our incoming friends."
	Animus	"I can sense Psykers, not normal men."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Then sense for Psykers. Vorgen, once Willus is back, tell him to report to me."
	Victrus_Macharius	returns back from checking the weapons stock.
	Willus	Some time later, Willus returns, rather sullen looking. He salutes his sergeant.
	Mathias_Ferrus	smiles at Victrus. "Thanks for checking our stocks. Now, I have a job for you. You are going on autocannon duty along with Animus."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Willus, what do you have for me?"
	Willus	shakes his head. "All I could find was a good position to set up for an enfilade, herr sergeant. Other than zat, Kein Ding."
	Willus	"I, ze son of a game warden, have failed you Herr Sergeant."
	Mathias_Ferrus	sighs. "That's unfortunate. But I know you'll do good in the next task I have for you. I want you to take the 3 best shots you can find and set up along the railroad. Once there, wait for my command to open up and start hitting their officers."
	Animus	"Off we go Victrus?"
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Hey, Kogin, I want you to set up on a building I'll be pointing out soon. Bring your multi-las servitor with you. Don't fire until I give the order."

	Willus	"Jawohl, Herr Sergeant. I vill find ze men unt make their officers regret their heresy."
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Kass, grab what supplies you can and set up in one of the transports. You'll be on ambulance duty."+
	Animus	enters the Chimera
	Kass_Yonova	+Roger that, Sarge. I'll even paint on a medical symbol+ He chuckles through the vox.
	Kogin_Hull	heads over to the Northern building with his servitor.
	Victrus_Macharius	follows Animus into the Chimera and checks the auto cannon.
	Victrus_Macharius	"So Animus, what do you plan to do?"
	Animus	"Give a protective bubble to this Chimera."
	Willus	quietly excuses himself, taking Jowalis with him. He skulks off to his designated position, three sharpshooters in tow.
	Victrus_Macharius	"I look forward to some extra protection, also hows Koeln doing?"
	Animus	throws up the protective field
	Kass_Yonova	With Gilliam's help, Kass organizes one of the Chimera's into a mobile triage and aid station, ready to transport and defend any wounded that appear in the next battle.

	Kogin_Hull	+I hear voices in the distance.+

	ResilientGM	Vorgen: "Aye, sir" the young trooper replies.
	Victrus_Macharius	"Welp, get use to it, are you may end up like....... You know what, never mind."
	Willus	fishes out a charm from his uniform and kisses it, watching the figures approach from the rain. He whispers a prayer: "O Emperor, I Willus Wowerweit, thine humble servant, beseech thee for thine blessing. May you guide mine hand so that I might smite your enemies, cast down their works, and preserve ze the sanctity of thine realm.
	Willus	Know that I spit upon thy enemies, curse them, repudiate them, unt level every punishment known to men against them. My zeal unt my faith animates me. In Your holy name I pray, Ave Imperator."
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Alright, people, hold your fire until I give the word."+
	ResilientGM	Jowalis, laying beside you, repeats, "Ave Imperator", under his breath.
	Victrus_Macharius	+Understood."
	Kogin_Hull	activates Ocular Sight to look around.
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "That's a lot of movement... are you seeing this, Bruder?"
	Willus	nods. "Are you afraid, bruder?"
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Ja, mein Bruder. But like a wounded beast, while fearsome, I know their hearts beat as fast as ours."
	ResilientGM	Soon, Ferrus and the Loyalists also hear it.
	ResilientGM	Calls in the distance.
	Kass_Yonova	waits patiently inside the "ambulance," hands in his lap.
	Victrus_Macharius	does one last check over of the autocannon
	ResilientGM	Through the rainfall and the darkness, you begin to see the enemy force. A loose formation... no formation at all, you realize. 3... 5... 10... 13... they keep coming.
	Willus	keeps the closest target zeroed. He rubs the trigger gingerly, sweat forming on his brow.
	Kogin_Hull	hides behind cover.
	ResilientGM	Raindrops roll down the Jager's scope, and off the end of his barrel as he tracks the target.
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "1 O'clock, far... what... is that? Heavy weapon?"
	Willus	tries to see, but the inclement weather makes the task impossible. "I see nothing."
	Willus	"...wait. Ze thing on ze wheels?"
	Mathias_Ferrus	subtly looks from a window.
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Ja, covered under some tarp."
	Willus	++Possible heavy weapon, my 1 o clock herr sergeant. Stay sharp.++ Willus reports over his commbead
	ResilientGM	By now, some 25 men are visible to you.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Alright, for now target their operators."+

	Kogin_Hull	+As the rune of protection is inscribed upon you so may the litanies of protection ward your soul.

	Mathias_Ferrus	readies his lasgun. "Victrus, move your Chimera west, along the buildings. Fireteam Altmann, prepare to open up."
	ResilientGM	+Understood. Enemy approaching fast.+
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Transport Chimera, move east, in case I need that multi-las repositioned. Stay behind the buildings."
	ResilientGM	"SQUAD, HOLD!"
	Victrus_Macharius	+Undertood+ Victrus has the Auto Cannon Chimera move west along the buildings.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Alright, men, open up! Altmann, open up after the first volley."+
	ResilientGM	"CLEAR THE ROAD!"
	ResilientGM	The loyalists open fire on the enemy East of the road.
	ResilientGM	The enemy spreads out and approaches the building, firing.
	ResilientGM	Fireteam Altmann fires at the other formation.
	ResilientGM	The enemy isn't killed, and instead react, laying prone on the other side of the road.
	ResilientGM	They return fire at the building.
	ResilientGM	The second formation reacts, spreading their formation, and advancing fast to support their comrades.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Altmann, take cover. Group Ferrus, keep firing!"+
	Animus	+Shall we move up sergeant?+
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Victrus, advance on the westernmost formation. Conserve ammo, run them over!"
	ResilientGM	+Taking heavy fire, sergeant.+

	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "This is absurd... the prey is well within our grasp!"
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Any word on that crew-manned weapon?"+
	Victrus_Macharius	"Animus, do your thing."
	Animus	sticks his head out of a hatch on the Chimera
	Kogin_Hull	+MORTAR FIRE!+
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Where the fuck from! Everyone take cover!"+
	Victrus_Macharius	+Do you want us to deal with the mortars?+
	Kogin_Hull	braces for impact.
	Willus	stays still, trying to remain hidden.
	Kass_Yonova	+Use the buildings as cover if you can.+
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Exactly! Push through! See what you can do about those mortars."+
	Animus	lets loose flames on the nearest enemies, killing three
	ResilientGM	Three rounds strike just south of the buildings.
	Kogin_Hull	+Orders?+
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Willus, see if you can get one of your men to spot those mortars further down the rail."+
	Victrus_Macharius	"Animus, you tell the crew were to go, I'll fire at the troops on the east side of the road."
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Fuck this..." the Jaeger tosses a grenade at the formation below.
	Animus	tells the driver to move to the enemy line that are prone
	Willus	"Jowalis, NO! DU AFFE!"
	ResilientGM	The grenade goes off, killing one enemy soldier, and injuring another.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Kogin, move to support Altmann."+
	Willus	"Idiot, you might have just called us all!" Willus stiffens his rifle, preparing to fire.
	ResilientGM	The Chimera's driver annihilates the prone enemy formation, gore mixing with the mud below.
	Willus	looks at the carnage below. He shrugs, bewildered that the bold maneuvre actually worked.
	Victrus_Macharius	takes out two of the troops to the east with the autocannon.
	Victrus_Macharius	+Sarge, want us to rush the mortars still?+
	Kogin_Hull	uses jump packs towards Altmann's position.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Affirmative. Unless you run into a large threat, run those mortars down."+
	Victrus_Macharius	+Copy+ "Get us moving people."
	ResilientGM	Another round of mortar rounds lands, this time striking the nearest building.
	ResilientGM	Two loyalists are instantly killed, a third is badly wounded inside.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Kass, gonna need you to move up east and head to my location. Got a wounded man here. It's gonna be hot soon."+
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Wilus... enemy medics, there. Treating the fallen one."
	Kogin_Hull	fires at the advancing soldiers and misses.
	Mathias_Ferrus	then tries to pick up what his team was doing, firing at the formation. +"Willus, open up!"+
	Willus	pivots to put the medics in his sights. "Got it"
	Kass_Yonova	+Roger that, we're moving now, Sarge.+
	Willus	fires, but misses. "Damn, ineffective!"
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Kogin. change of plans! Move to my position!"+
	Kogin_Hull	+Roger.+

	Kogin_Hull	fires at the closest enemy and shoots off his left leg.
	Victrus_Macharius	As the Chirmea moves forward, Victrus takes shot ad misses.

	Kogin_Hull	+I'm Northwest of your position.+
	Animus	launches fire at the two medics, killing them both
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Fireteam Altmann, relocate to building north of your current position. I'll provide covering fire!"+ He then continues to trade shots with the advancing formation.
	ResilientGM	+Understood+
	Kass_Yonova	dashes up into hab where the wounded is located. As he arrives he notices the immediate problem; the man's legs are crushed beneath some rubble. Kass quickly decides to cut the man free, I'm sure he could appreciate metal legs.
	Kogin_Hull	ducks behind a building and fires. He misses.
	Victrus_Macharius	opens fire on the troops pushing the suspected heavy weapon, taking out two of the three as the Chirmera keeps moving.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Altmann, do a tactical advice to the building east of your location. Will continue to cover."+ He then tries to supress the group moving into the ruined maze of buildings.
	ResilientGM	+Moving+
	Kass_Yonova	Once stabilized Kass has Gilliam help him carry the wounded man back to the Chimera. Once inside Kass yells up to the driver, "we're good! Let's get the feck outta here!"
	Willus	zeroes in on the last heavy weapon crewmen. There is a loud snap, like the cracking of a whip, and the crimson lance of energy races across the field of battle. It hits home!
	ResilientGM	The enemy makes an aggressive advance, firing into the eastern building, while their comrades take the western one.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Kogan, link up with Altmann and engage the hostiles on the building!"+
	Kogin_Hull	fires at the two pinned soldiers.
	ResilientGM	The furious barrage of lasfire strikes one of the men in the neck, and on the chest. The other is caught several times on the lower abdomen and thigh. They are both killed instantly.
	Victrus_Macharius	opens fire on second squad of advancing troops, taking out four of them as the Chimera moves north.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Willus, fire onto the enemy flank and move up the rail, target officers. Transport, head to the last building on the southeastern flank and wait for further instructions. Victrus, change of plan, flank the enemy rear!"+ While giving orders, he advances to the building with the multilaser, intending on having it fire.
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Scheisse... Wilus... on the horizon!"

	Willus	"Vat, Jowalis?"
	ResilientGM	Jowalis: "Armor... Panzer!" he grabs his commbead tight against his head +Panzer! Panzer!+

	Willus	swivels and shoots the man, but only grazes him.
	ResilientGM	The sounds of rain and distant thunder are then completely drowned out, then, by the concussive roar of a large gun firing.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Vorgen! Check if there is friendly armor operating nearby!"+
	ResilientGM	Modified Leman Russ tanks roar into the field... the beautiful sight of Prithian armor advancing.
	ResilientGM	+This is Captain Arnaud von Bielefeld. I have orders to take Prithian Kameraden to Colonel Schoenfeld!+ the transmission comes in
	Willus	"Emperor be praised! URA!"
	Kass_Yonova	"Well about bloody time!"
	ResilientGM	Those enemy soldiers who survive the fire from the armor make a dash towards the buildings in a panic.
	Victrus_Macharius	"Fuck yea, the carvery has arrived."
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"By the Throne am I happy to see your armor, Captain! We'll gladly join you once we are done here! Also, be advised, the Chimeras are ours!"+
	Kogin_Hull	"The will of the Emperor is done. As the blood of the slain is laid upon you so may you lay the enemy’s blood at the feet of the Emperor. Lay blood at the Emperor's feet."
	ResilientGM	+Understood. I am sorry about the transport, sergeant. We'll clean up here and rendezvous.+
	ResilientGM	One by one, the enemy soldiers are destroyed by the heavy fire, soon only a few remain.
	ResilientGM	Those who do, run to the buildings for cover.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Oh, Captain, we have some stragglers holed up in the northwestern building of this little block. Mind sending some shells their way?"+
	ResilientGM	+Stand clear of that formation+
	ResilientGM	Finally, only one man remains.
	ResilientGM	He drops his weapons, and holds his arms up in the air.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Everyone hold your fire! We are taking this one prisoner! Altmann, move up and subdue!"+
	ResilientGM	The building where the enemy has retreated to gets annihilated.
	Victrus_Macharius	+Sarge, I'm going to have the Chimera drive over to the possible heavy weapon to check it out.+
	ResilientGM	+Alrmann squad. We have captured the prisoner.+
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Understood, be careful. Wish we had found those mortars."+
	Victrus_Macharius	+Understood+
	Kogin_Hull	leaves to get the gun servitor and meets up with Ferrus.
	ResilientGM	Altmann squad moves back to the railstation, with the captured enemy trooper.
	Mathias_Ferrus	+"Alright, people, everyone else regroup by our knights in shining armor and cannons."+
	ResilientGM	The armor rolls in and sets up a perimeter.
	Victrus_Macharius	The Chimera arrives near the heavy weapon, Victurs exits.
	Mathias_Ferrus	does as he said.
	Kogin_Hull	"The supporting fire of one's brethren is always a comfort. Provided it doesn't hit oneself."
	Kogin_Hull	follows Ferrus.
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Yeah... wish I had gotten the message across sooner. Think those arty shots were theirs?"
	Kogin_Hull	"Possible."
	Kass_Yonova	After dropping off the wounded, Kass has the chimera roll up to the armored vehicles. He dismounts out of the back and meets up with the Sarge once the chimera comes to a stop. "Only one wounded in that engagement. What a lucky day."
	Victrus_Macharius	approaches the possible heavy weapon which is covered, he finds the bodies of the dead enemies that were pushing it. He then goes and pulls the tarp off.
	Mathias_Ferrus	"3 dead and a Chimera lost, however."
	Willus	rejoins his squad, still shaking with adrenaline. "Anyone one of you got a lho? I need to steady ze nerves."
	Kass_Yonova	"Oh...."
	ResilientGM	[Victrus]: What you find is a modified autocannon carriage. It, however, doesn't have a cannon mounted. Instead, there is a body. By the looks of it, someone of rank and importance.
	ResilientGM	The lead tank slowly approaches, and comes to a stop.
	Mathias_Ferrus	sighs and shakes his head as he waits near the lead tank. "Nothing we could've done for the most part."
	ResilientGM	A hatch opens up, and a Prithian officer emerges.
	Victrus_Macharius	"Fuck, I was really hoping for a new heavy weapons." Victrus says to himself before checking the body.
	ResilientGM	"Sergeants Ferrus and Altmann?", he says, climbing down.
	ResilientGM	As he walks towards you, he appears to inspect his tank's tracks, kicking off a piece of lodged contorted metal.

	ResilientGM	Bielefeld: "At ease there, corporal," he says with a relaxed motion of his hand.

	ResilientGM	Bielefeld: "I'm not here for you... lieutenant."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"So, what news do you bring, Captain? And it seems we caught the body of an enemy bigwig..." He then turns to Gael, his expression turning more somber. He then quickly turns towards Bielefeld. "Wait, you guys won't be helping them?"
	ResilientGM	Gael: "There are loyal imperial subjects here, Captain. We have endured much, and need your assistance!
	Victrus_Macharius	"Hey Koeln, get out here now, I need you to help me push this into the Chimera"
	Mathias_Ferrus	"If it weren't for them we wouldn't be having this conversation, even."
	ResilientGM	Bielefeld holds up a hand in front of him, "Orders are to secure the safe passage of Prithian troops for the Colonel's advance into the city."
	ResilientGM	Bielefeld: "Civilians are not a priority..."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Captain, I assure you, I have the utmost confidence that command will find these men quite the valuable asset for the local theater of operations. An asset quite worth aiding and mantaining."
	Victrus_Macharius	With the help of Koeln, both him and Victrus push the autocannon carriage into the Chimera. He then orders the driver to head over to the Sarges position.
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Local knowledge, resourceful, posessing some intel of value, possibly."
	Kogin_Hull	"Wasting resources would be pointless."
	ResilientGM	The Captain turns back to his tank for a moment, and leans on it with one hand, the other on his hip. He looks to the ground, thinking.
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Look how many enemy combatants they helped bring down today with just a few lasguns and autoguns."
	Victrus_Macharius	The Chimera arrives, Victrus has Koeln pull the autocannon carriage out of the Chimera and pushes it over to the Sarge.
	Mathias_Ferrus	"At least let me bring their commander for debrief. We have the transport to spare."
	Mathias_Ferrus	turns to the carriage. "What do we have here? Lieutenant? Any help you can give me here?"
	Victrus_Macharius	"Found this man dead, looks like someone important."
	ResilientGM	Gael: "Millard... Captain. A dog. He and Rillegh lead the massacre against loyalist outposts."
	ResilientGM	He spits on the ground.
	ResilientGM	Gael: "Former PDF, if you'll believe it."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Well, that's how civil disturbances go, I suppose..."
	ResilientGM	Bielefeld turns to face you once more.
	ResilientGM	Bielefeld: "I'm not taking on this responsibility. So I must officially turn you down. But you do have transports."
	ResilientGM	"Keep up with our formation back to the Colonel's forward HQ, and you can take up the matter with them."
	Mathias_Ferrus	politely nods. "Very well. Thank you, Captain."
	ResilientGM	Bielefeld takes a few steps towards you,

	Kogin_Hull	"Chimeras are faster."
	Mathias_Ferrus	gives him the most disarming smile he can give. "Neither shall we. We've been out here long enough."
	ResilientGM	Bielefeld: "Very well. Not a moment to lose. Mount up, and let's get out of this shithole."
	Victrus_Macharius	"Sarge what should i do with this?" He says as he looks at the Autocannon carriage with the body of Millard.
	Kogin_Hull	"Dump it."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Well, you heard the good Captain. Lieutenant, pack your bags. Also, if you could bring Sonder along, that could help establish your case... Hmm, think there might be something in him?"
	Kogin_Hull	"It is a pile of worthless flesh."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Why have roughly two platoons guarding a corpse?"
	ResilientGM	Gael: "Check the corpse... he worked Intelligence."
	Mathias_Ferrus	"Kass, think you can check him out?"
	Victrus_Macharius	checks the body for anything.
	Kass_Yonova	"Sure thing."
	Kass_Yonova	puts on some disposable glove and starts a full-on cavity search, he checks everything, from nostrils to anus, from ears to....genitals.
	Kass_Yonova	"Found an implant of some sort." He pulls at it a bit, "seems loose...wait."

	Kass_Yonova	"Kogin have a look at this."

	Kogin_Hull	takes the cortex implant and examines it.

	Kass_Yonova	takes off his disposable gloves and lays them on the body.

	Kass_Yonova	Kass mounts up in his "Wambulance."
	Mathias_Ferrus	sighs slightly. "Why can't I meet a nice fellow officer for a change? Well, in the Guard, at least."
	ResilientGM	Gael shouts orders to his men, and prepares for the trip back.
	Victrus_Macharius	"Welp Koeln lets get this back into the Chimera." Both Koeln and Victurs push the Autoncannon carriage with the body into the Chimera.
	Mathias_Ferrus	then gets into the command Chimera.
	Kogin_Hull	takes the cortex implant and enters the transport Chimera with his servitor.
	Victrus_Macharius	orders the Chimera to follow the other Chimera.
