I am 13 but I am developer too, so I'll just try.
How many hours are you online per day? *
I can say I am 4 hours online every school-day in between coding and in weekends it could be even 12 hours.
Have you ever been staff on a Minecraft server before? If yes, where? *
Yes, I've been developing skills and moderating around the whole network on Tourcraft for a long time, also on my own server, Hexority, where were a lot of rule-breakers, so I've learned how to use punishment commands.
Have you ever been demoted on a Minecraft server? If yes, why? *
Yes, I was demoted from Moderator to Helper on Tourcraft because of inactivity, I said I was going to quit for two weeks due to school, but I didn't.
When people argue, what would you do? *
This depends on where they're arguing about. If they are for example arguing about what's the best clicking methode I won't say anything if it doesn't come to spamming, else I will ask them to argue in private messages. If they're arguing about a player or bullying a player while arguing I would inmediately ask them to stop, if they don't I will give them a warning.
Are you good at catching cheaters? *
Yes, I've developed that skill at Cubecraft a lot and also on Tourcraft. I can see when someone uses 'hitbox' or is just lagging. I still need to develop the skill to catch an auto clicker, but I can see when someone is using a hacked client.
Do you get angry easily? *
Depends on who is annoying me. I won't become angry when a player is swearing to me or other players, I will become angry when I am with a friend and he just says that I am doing everything bad in a team for example.
What is your motivation to become a staff member on our server? *
I really like the server as developer already, but I wan't to be more for the team and server.
