Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped yellow onion
2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
3 1/2 pounds sliced cabbage
1 cup white rice
30 oz beef broth
salt and pepper

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Slice cabbage
- Chop onions
- In large skillet, brown beef over medium-high heat with oil
- Drain beef
- In mixing bowl, combine onions, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice, and salt and pepper
- Add meat and mix it all together
- Put mixture in baking dish
- Pour broth over mixture
- Cover dish with aluminum foil (aluminium for you crazy english types ;P )
- Bake in oven for 1 hour
- Pull dish out and stir
- Cover again, and bake an additional 30 minutes
- Serve
