[14:25] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): "seeing the Officer walking up" Good morning Officer.

[14:28] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): I understand you Brought this person in last night. Figure you would like to set in also.
[14:31] Sierra Komarov (sli.komarov) nods. “Officer Windbreaker was the one that took her in, but I was involved in that call, so I would love to sit in. General run-down of what happened... we came across her in the mine, got her out and found nothing on her. We had a short chat, and she mistakenly mentioned something about Joe when we were talking about the gunman... not too long before at that trespassing call, the people I encountered mentioned a woman on the phone who had literally just ran towards that way, so I believe that we may have our prank caller here... but I wasn't able to get a description from them, unfortunately.”
[14:32] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): "nods" Ok lets get this started.

[14:34] Polly Robinson (magicalranch): looks up as the two officers enter the room recognizing DJ from her previous encounter "oh look who it is sergeant taylor, thought you'd be old and grey by now and retired close to 6 feet under" a smirk would across her fac e then looks at the officer from yesterday and back to him "so what do you want?"

You have a right to talk to a lawyer, and have him present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you if you wish. [14:48] Polly Robinson (magicalranch): yeah yeah i understand
[14:48] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): Well see we had a few prank calls and I suspect you was the one doing the calling. Now see you can save us some time and just admit to it. we can let you off with a citation and you will be on your merry way. I'm not looking to jam you up on just a few calls. But You know this room is wired to record audio and video. And I can waste the tax payer money by sending a recording of this interview and the recordings of the 911 calls to the lab and they can get a positive match.
[14:51] Polly Robinson (magicalranch): looks up to the camera "how would i know i could trust you, last time i was here and admited anything i got locked up for 20 years, and why would you bring me here in cuffs if all you wanted to give me was a citation" her trust in the police was shot along time ago and she was confused on what to believe
[14:57] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): "looking up at her" That was the judge I just presented the Evidence to the Da and she made the Recommendation. I can promise you I'm not looking to get you back in jail. However I am obligated to Investigate the matter. Now like i said I send the officers back down to the cave and turn over every rock and look for the phone. and it will be the nail in your coffin. So the ball is in your court. Confess to it and you get off with a Citation. and Possibly just a Fine. the choice is your to make.

[15:01] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): "nods" So when the officers searched you they didn't find your phone. Did you leave it in the cave or perhaps drop it?
[15:02] Polly Robinson (magicalranch): raises her brows "i honestly don't remember, i tried to get out the cave but got lost seemed to be going around in circles"
[15:03] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): "nods looking over to the officer" I guess we could send a officer back down and take a look around.
[15:04] Sierra Komarov (sli.komarov) nods. "Absolutely, I'll head down after we're finished here."
[15:05] Polly Robinson (magicalranch): looks nervously at them both "why do you need the phone, i told you i made calls i don't remember where i left it but why do you need it?"
[15:06] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): "nods" I think we have enough to arrest you on the charge of False Reporting of a crime which I think now I could be wrong but 6 months in jail.
[15:07] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): And Seeing that there was not just one call but two. That would be counts.
[15:08] Polly Robinson (magicalranch): raises her voice a little as she starts to panic "you lied again, is that all you all do is lie? you said a fine a stupid fine"
[15:11] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): Ok well I will be nice. And just have the officer here write a citation for those charges and Release you ror like I said not here to jam you up and waste tax payer money like you did having the FD and PD respond to calls.
[15:12] Polly Robinson (magicalranch): shakes her head "I was drunk, are you saying you never done stupid stuff when your drunk? called a friend or text the wrong person?"
[15:14] Gage Russo Case (rydereast) rolls around on the extremely uncomfortable jail bed when he remembers the officer that arrested him yesterday saying that this was going to be more comfortable than the hospital bed. He rolls his eyes and mumbles "yea right..." He has spent the whole night in this terrible jail cell and barely got any sleep being so used to his own bed. He is extremely bored so he starts tapping a tune Chains on the metal bed with his empty coke can
[15:18] Sierra Komarov (sli.komarov) nods at the Detective, before turning her attention to the lady. “Ma'am, being drunk is not a valid excuse for wasting public resources... Lets just be happy you're getting away with only a citation – the detective could've charged you with much more than that had he wanted to.” She'd get up, before stepping towards the door. "I'll go get started on that citation, Sergeant. I'll be back in a bit."
