In a few days I can revisit this topic and make a much better video that explains how he has a habit of misrepresenting and lying.

As for what is permitted in a video. That can be a bit more tricky. I don't know what the rules really are. I would say that you are probably fine to use what you want from him.



(If he complains you can get a strike against his account - which I'll mention in a moment.)



If you want I can make available to you the original screen recording of his video (without the comments or my insignia etc.).



That way you can add your own captions and voice-over etc.

What I try to do is look to see if that person has ever used content from another person's video before (without their explicit permission).



If they have then it's fair game (if it's good enough for them to use other people's videos then they can't complain!).

He regularly posts content from the "Daily Mail" and he included some of my content during his 12+ minute hate video on me.



So I think he has given us permission to do what we want! ))

He typically just scrolls an image or screenshot (that likely isn't copyrighted) and so all we're really taking/using is his voice.



Why would he complain about his voice being taken? Is he ashamed or embarrassed by what he has said?! Is he admitting he has said something wrong?!



No one made him say what he did. No one made him record his words and post them. He made them available to the public so I don't think he can complain.



If he does complain it will fall on deaf ears. And you could EASILY get a strike against his account for his abuse.



If he complains then you can point out that his channel would risk suspension for what he's posted.

I got a strike against my account last year just for writing in a caption that someone was a loser and told them to f_kc off (and it was nothing but the truth!).



That was a 1 minute video and my account got restricted for six months. Not happy!



What "Kim Hoaxashian" has done would EASILY get a strike _if not worse!_

So don't worry about a thing! ))



But I do understand - when you haven't posted many videos you can feel cautious about using other people's content. *In this case you are more than justified.* If he complains - he will get a strike or worse.



*So on this occasion you can pretty much take a free swing at him.* ))



If it were anything/anyone else I would advise you to be more cautious etc.
