new role: Secretary (responsible for organizing meetings, minutes)

new groups based around various functions required by the group

Gatherers - finding food, other supplies
Storage - freezers, space, etc.
Transport - drivers, etc.
Food Prep - cooking, etc.
Serving - meal service
Media - literature, pictures, memes, zines, etc.
Social Media - social media accounts
Outreach - connections with other organizations

"Coordinator"/"Facilitator" for each group:
keeps things organized; knows what's up
temporary: switch roles 1-2 times/year...
...therefore, information should be easily transferable
don't need Coordinator for small groups (=/> 3)
could have one Coordinator for multiple groups with overlapping functions (eg. Gathering, Storage, Transport)

Google Doc: pin it! (I thought we did, need to check this)
remind people to add stuff to Google Doc (job for Storage Coordinator?)

As usual, folks who attended are welcome to let me know if I missed anything 🙂

It was a pretty small meeting, so there wasn't much interest in making any big decisions. Regarding the Discord and Organization stuff, would greatly appreciate more feedback and ideas on all of that. Not ready to proceed without more consensus on all of that.

Regarding the next meeting, everyone attending was fine with continuing the pattern of meeting every 2nd Sunday + meal service every 4th Sunday, but we also figured that this might be a time to discuss changing the pattern if anyone felt so inclined. If there's anyone who has an alternative they want to propose, maybe post it in the Scheduling channel 🙂
