  1. I take no credit for this guide, all of the strats were from wsopboy91 's guide that you can see here if you prefer pastebin https://pastebin.com/nTaMhcTN i just added a few things to help new runners navigate better and to make a guide for people who dont like pastebin.

  3. Girl, 5:51PM, Toto(reset female), take 12 12 10 10 10 or better(reset if bad attack and bad special at lvl 6), kill only hoppip and poliwags, get potion before mr pokemon(have this pastebin open to see what to do with your stats for mid game https://pastebin.com/MVXVses1 )
  4. Chikorita- leer, scratch
  5. Catch Sentret/poliwag if you see one
  6. Mikey- scratch(swap rage and use rage if lvl 7)
  7. Catch Poliwag if you see one, consider yoloball Bellsprout
  8. Get 3rd potion if you need to heal for spearow and/or have bad stats
  9. Get bitter berry
  10. Spearow- swap rage and use rage
  11. Trainer 2- rage
  12. Falkner- rage
  13. Center and get egg, then get przberry
  14. Menu equip bitter berry and use repel when you enter Union Cave
  15. (if you hit Russel skip Bill) Bill- Rage
  16. Consider saving for Anthony
  17. Talk to kurt, mart sell mudslap, buy 1 potion, 5 super potion, 6 repel, 2 antidote and then pick up full heal
  18. Rocket shorts guy- rage
  19. Trainer 2- water gun(rage zubat or scratch ekans depending on dv's)
  20. Trainer 3- water gun rat, water gun or scratch zubat depending on dv's
  21. Trainer 4- water gun
  22. Ledyba- scratch, Spinarak- water gun or scratch depending on dv's
  23. Caterpie- water gun, weedle- water gun
  24. Bugsy- rage
  25. Menu tile before rival 2- equip przberry, super potion, repel, teach fury cutter in slot 2(skip repel if still need cut slave)
  26. Ghastly- watergun, bayleef- fury cutter, zubat- water gun(rage)
  27. Menu- super potion, repel, teach cut
  28. Consider getting full heal/super potion
  29. Get headbutt,menu teach headbutt in slot 1, repel then go get bike
  30. Register and use bike then get kenya and go through spinner hell
  31. Talk to flower lady then go to Whitneys gym
  32. Headbutt snubbull, fury cutter whitney(bite over slot 2)
  33. Get squirtbottle, if early underground bite slowpokes, water gun magnemites and headbutt voltorb
  34. Goldenrod Mart 1, top floor sell attract then buy ice punch, 2 floors down buy 1 x speed, 1 x special(2 if 24 for rival 3), 1/2 x attack, 6 ropes, 2 full heals, 1 pokedoll
  35. On way back through spinner hell, deposit croc in the house before Sudowoodo and egg then withdraw croc
  36. Before sudowoodo, use bike, then menu swap croc to 1 then use repel
  37. Flareon- HB x2
  38. Espeon- HB x2
  39. Umbreon- HB x3
  40. Vaporeon- HBx2
  41. Jolteon- HB + scratch
  42. Exit house and menu, super potion, repel, ice punch in slot 3, surf in slot 4 then bike to burnt tower
  43. Rival 3- Haunter- surf, magnemite- surf, bayleef- ice punch x2, zubat- ice punch(x spec haunter if no spinner)
  44. Activate Legendary doggo cutscene then rope out then bike to mortys gym
  45. Ghastly x5- ice punch x5
  46. Haunter- Bite+ ice punch
  47. Trainer 3- surf x3(Surf+bite haunter ONLY if level 27 otherwise do Bite+Ice Punch )
  48. Morty- x speed, x special, ice punch, bite, bite + surf, surf
  49. Bike and repel then surf Pikachu
  50. Mart- 4 hyper potion, 14 super repel
  51. HB + surf noctowl
  52. HB x2 Growlithes
  53. HB + Bite Marill
  54. Get candy if no spinner, if spinner heal, super repel, swap to top then rope then get strength and teach it on kaylee pause over slot 1
  55. Strength x2 hitmon's
  56. heal+ strength from menu if healing
  57. Surf machop, surf x2 machoke
  58. Strength x4 mankey/primeape
  59. Chuck- x attack, strength x3
  60. Get fly, get secret potion
  61. Teach fly, fly 3 down, bike to mt mortar and use a repel, pokedoll on gyarados
  62. Fly down 2 then go to hideout
  63. Rocket 1- surf x2
  64. Rocket 2- strength x3
  65. Scientist- surf x3
  66. Lance heal
  67. Rocket 1- strength x2
  68. Rocket 2- strength x2(get password)
  69. Rocket 3- strength(get password)
  70. Rocket exec- surf x3
  71. Rocket exec 2- surf, ice punch, surf
  72. surf all electrodes then rope out then save for douglas

  74. Pryce- strength + bite, strength x2, surf
  75. Fly 4 down, get candy, rope out, bike to gym, surf x3
  76. Fly 4 up, center, then mart
  77. Get return, 5/6 special, 11 attack, 3 speed(2 if outspeed blue), 1 guard spec, 2 x acc
  78. Follow PP route pastebin, candy 38-39(or 37-38)
  79. Get pink bow, do the quiz AABAB, then fly 2 down then go to ice path and repel 4 tiles in
  80. When repel wears off use repel then use Strength from the pokemon menu
  81. After repel wears off, menu super repel, equip pink bow, teach whirlpool and waterfall (if you did late Poliwag you dont need to do this menu)
  82. Make your way to Dragon's Den and answer the questions.11212, super repel, then rope, fly to new bark
  83. Get the free heal from the lady in the house before the Joyce spinner.
  84. Rapidash- surf
  85. Rival 5- x spec, return, surf, ice punch, surf, ice punch, strength
  86. When entering Pokemon League buy 11 Full Restores and proceed to fight Will.
  87. Will- x spec, surf, ice punch, return, return x3, surf
  88. Koga- x spec, (x acc), surf, surf, surf, return x2(surf if acid armor), ice punch
  89. Bruno- x attack x2, return, return, return, return, surf
  90. Karen- x spec,(x acc/full heal), surf x2, ice punch, surf, return, surf
  91. Lance- return x2, ice punch, ice punch, strength+ ice punch(can go for ice punch range), surf, surf
  92. Talk to Elm to get S.S Ticket and fly down 5 to Olivine then make way onto the boat.
  93. Sailor- return x3
  94. Make your way to the Power Plant and repel on the Heidi pass
  95. Camper dean- return x2
  96. fly up 1
  97. Enter gym to activate the Rocket dialogue then exit right to proceed to Nugget Bridge
  98. bridge 1- strength
  99. bridge 2- surf x2
  100. bridge 3- return x2
  101. bridge 4- strength x3
  102. bridge 5- return
  103. bridge 6- strength x3
  104. bridge 7- surf
  105. Fly 1 down, bike to erika
  106. Trainer 1- return x2

  112. Go to power plant once again using repel on the Heidi pass, talk to the fat man, then exit and fly 1 down and go to sabrina gym

  114. Bike right to go to Lavender tower and talk to the executive there and fly up 1
  115. Gentleman- ice punch x2
  116. Surge- strength, surf, return, strength, strength
  117. super repel and radio before snorlax
  118. Sandslash- return(unless bad attack then use surf)
  119. Brock- surf x5
  120. Get max ether, repel on 2nd green tree tile
  121. Menu before water, super repel, max ether on return, surf from menu(slot 2)
  122. Blaine- surf, return, surf
  123. Janine- return x5
  124. Blue- x attack x2(3 if under 12 dv atk), return, (speed), return, return, return, return, surf
  125. Fly up 1, talk to oak, menu super repel and fly up 2
  126. 2nd menu, super repel, hyper potion
  127. Red- Guard spec, x speed, x attack x2, return x10
