To ensure that the approval process goes smoothly, please do not delete any of the applications you are waiting to receive a reward for. Please select the "missing gems" link on the gem status screen or email SuperSonic directly at XXXXXX@XXXXX. This will initiate a ticket with our ad partner. Please allow up to three business days for them to get back to you. If they don't reply in three business days or they reject your ticket, please let us know what your ticket number with them is so that we can follow up with them on your behalf.
