Abilities: Can transfer a touched object or person between the two-dimensional and three-dimensional planes, essentially making them appear as a drawing on a piece of paper, but moving. to the intended victim, they would lose all sense of depth perception, and would not be able to tell which direction they are facing and which way is their left and right. To onlookers, depending on which way they are facing, the victim would either be completely invisible (if they are looking straight at them) or an animated flat drawing moving (if they are looking from the side). Their stand would also be affected, should they have one. However, if H2B² would transfer its user between dimensions, then H2B² would itself be unaffected, allowing its user to look through it, seeing normally. H2B² can also make a two-dimensional drawing into a three-dimensional model, making it appear similar to a cartoonish popout from a book.
