Possible Lago One-Shots, Expanded Descriptions:

Korli drags Polo out for a night on the town.

Basically, gals being pals out for the nightlife.  Korli's only been free of her repressing upbringing for a few months, but she already knows more about having fun in the wider culture / ultrahive / capital city than Polo, who's been out there for years, and then decided to *hide indoors, playing dead.*  She didn't even know what a handshake was, for goodness sake!

Silly antics, Korli trying to get her grumpbutt not faking death anymore friend out to have some fun.  Nightlife, parties, bar hoping, clubs, dancing, etc.  Getting hit on by aliens, maybe.  (Polo maybe finally finding out Korli has a reputation as a bit of a perv in her private life).

(I wasn't thinking this would be lewd, but you could pretty easily imagine a lewd alternate universe version of this where Korli is actively trying to corrupt Polo or they end up in a sex club or something).

Rikek Redemption / Normalmono Adventures  [Sold!]

Basically a rebuttal to all the crazy people who have forgotten not all neumono are crazy supersoldiers, and Polo and Rokoa are nowhere near average.  Normal civilian fuzzballs don't take bullets and keep fighting, even if it doesn't kill them.  Those hurt!

Rikek either on his space trip home, or back where he came from.  Some kind of crisis occurs.  Space pirates!  A bank robbery!  And he gets caught up in it.  And while he may have been way out of his league in the spire, after what he's survived, Rikek finds he's the biggest fish left in the particular bowl.  Or at least, he isn't freaking out to the same extent everyone else is.

Rikek saves the day with moderate heroics, and being less of a pathetic wimp than helpless civilians.  An way to make up for the Intermission, and to showcase normal people as npcs.

(Challenge to keeping it one thread is a hard limit on the number of twists / it got worse things Lago is allowed to introduce).

Adventures of Mafia Alison

A one-thread speed run through an Unse cycle that never happened, extremely short on mechanics.  Basically, suggestors trying to be as ridiculous and over the top as possible as Mafia Alison builds herself up as a Mafia Donna, and bullies and bullets her way through the stages.

Poor Corruptor.  Poor Chief.  Poor everyone.

(Although it may be too soon for this now, since we just did a Mafia Alison thing.  Or it might be time to discard this idea all together, if it has too much overlap).

Neumono planet wildlife explorer show

Basically a mockery of nature documentary shows, set sometime after first neumono contact, but before Polo Quest.  (Within the first few decades of alien introduction?  Maybe a single generation).  A nature show showcasing the wonderful and fascinating monsters of neumonoworld!  Because these aliens care more about entertainment, money, or science! than common sense.

The long suffering native guide tries to keep her charges alive, as they overrule her safety concerns, ignore her warnings, and people end up dying left and right.  (Played for laughs).

(If I remember right, Endosh and the chat actually had several different thematic interpretations of this one, but I like this one with a grumpy Polo/Biles/ish 1st gen uplifter who isn't allowed to do her job properly).

Asteroid tabletop rpg

Major Asteroid characters sit around and play one of Kappi's nerd games for fun.  Basically a chance for character antics and silliness without any real consequences or advancing the plot.

Polo Childhood adventures

We play the part of a young Polo in daycare or a new school or something, and get up to silly stuff.  Make friends!  Act like a goof!  Do somersaults and cartwheels and backflips and other stuff to show off when canon-Polo is too serious to show off for fun.  Pull some sorta-clever sorta-child-dumb pranks!  An excuse for suggestors to do silly things without consequence and to draw cute kids.

Possible twist ending: it was grownup Polo all along infiltrating a school for some reason to get at something.  All the ridiculous stuff was *cover*, and she's short enough everyone mistook her for a kid!

(Would have to be set nebulously ahead on the timeline for that twist to work in canon, or be non-canon, or be set in the Christmasverse).
