My Trolls Steven AU has Rosado Quartz (The Betrayer) be the Pseudonym for Derosa Almasi (Her Empyreal Rosarian), the former Fuchsia/Mutant 'Pinkblooded' Empress who faked her own death
She cut off her own fins and lived as a 'Mutant' Rustblood and inspired a Lowblood Rebellion

it wasn't until generations later when the Mother Grub spat out another Fuschia that Gregor Demayo and the remaining Crystal Trolls would secret the heir away to be raised as another Mutant Lowblood, before the Almasi Triumvirate (Blue Diamond, Yellow Diamond, and White Diamond) could cull or claim the child. Steven also had his fins cropped off as a Grub, and his gills explained away as Blood Mutations, so he didn't know until he was Fleet-Age that his Mom was Derosa Almasi.

Pearle was a Jadeblood in that AU, known as The Renegade, Garnet was a Mutant Violetblood, and 'The Amethyst' was a Purpleblood. Gregor Demayo was an Oliveblood!

Each Diamond had the blood color of their Canon Gem despite being a Seadweller in appearance, power, and lifespan and oversaw different portions of Trollkind.

White Diamond was the First Troll, all subsequent Trolls were created from the Matriorb she created, so she was seen as a kind of 'Allmother' and in the same kind of position as His Honorable Tyranny, she had final say in the Courts. She was HHT's Size and brilliantly white like a Lusus. Impossibly old. She oversaw which planet would be Colonized next and the general overarching rule of kingdom size/location.

Pink Diamond was created to oversee the 'Highbloods' Purple, Violet, and Fuchsia. She was meant to be the de-facto 'Highblood Heiress' and, despite being the youngest of the Almasi, was in line to take over White's position should anything happen to her. Blue and Yellow did not like Pink because of the special treatment she received and her immaturity making the rest of the Almasi Authority look violent and unpredictable as a whole.

Blue Diamond was created to oversee the 'Midbloods', Teal, Cerulean, and Blue. She was known for her sense of Justice and her Psionic Empathy, being the missing space between Ceruleanbloods and Bluebloods. She helped craft the majority of Homeworld's laws and regulations and oversaw any of the Legeslacerative that made it to White Diamond's Court.

And finally Yellow Diamond was created to rule over the Lowbloods, a far wider court of Rust, Bronze, Yellow, Lime, and Olive. She was known for her temper and her strictness, as she had so much more burden than the other Diamonds. She was in charge of overseeing Fleet coordination and for seeking out Psionically Gifted Goldbloods for use as Imperial Batteries. She always felt the need to overachieve for her blood color and prove that she was a Royal, too.
