- Description: Gray made Grace drive to her bank and present a blank check, asking the teller to fill it out for $1200. The cashier heard Grace say to someone, “I’m hurrying, I’m hurrying”, and notified the police after Grace drove away. The police went to Grace’s home, but found only an empty house and her phone disconnected. Gray drove Grace and her vehicle to another location in Newton County and r*ped her, before shooting her in the mouth with a shotgun. He then ran over her body as he drove away.
