CC 2.0 Baby Dodrio Manip

(most of this was copy pasted from stringflow's Raikou manip paste lol)

Conditions that must be met for a save to work with this manip:
    - PoisonStepCount = 1 (more info below)
    - StepCount = 0-117, 124-245, or 252-255
    - Party Size = 2 (Kenya + Seel)
    - Base RTC = 9:58:00 (StartHour/StartMinute/StartSecond)
        - This is just doing StartSecond 0 manip with time set to 10:00 AM
    - Somewhere between 2 to 59 minutes have elapsed since RTC was initialized
    - Your player sprite must be Gold, and facing up
	- Encounter must be set to "Fast"
	- Continue must be set to "Quick"
	- Frame Type 1
	- Default Music
    - No pokes in party can be poisoned

After any battle, PoisonStepCount is set to 0. PoisonStepCount increases every step you take thereafter, but goes back to 0 on every 4th step (0->1->2->3->0->1->2->3->0, and so on). A noteworthy exception to this: PoisonStepCount doesn't increase when entering Cerulean Cave, but leaving Cerulean Cave will increase the step count. This allows for easy calibration of PoisonStepCount.

StepCount starts at 0 from New Game, and doesn't get reset. It does, however, go back to 0 on every 256th step. RNG can be affected if StepCount reaches 128 or 256 (0) during a manip. Perfect StepCount is 96, you'll probably have about 100-110 in runs though.

If Quick Continue isn't set during the save, you can hold Start when the game is booting up to change it to Quick (be careful of this, as you might open the Start Menu). Hot-changing Continue setting doesn't appear to affect the RNG at all.
