Millie Phoung, 17

Millie Phoung is the daughter of two formally hard working members of the community, her mother working in home care and her father in Logistics. She also has a brother named, Kevin. They are the same age. She's a loud and lazy student on Vespucci High but somehow always has a A's and B's on her tests. Millie has a big love for Tuners and money, the girl doesn't know anything about fixing a vehicle up, she only cares about the looks and how fast it can go. She has a old Sentinel that she once bought from a scrapyard for a couple of hundred bucks, the previous owner didn't tell Millie about the state it was in but she bought eitherway.  Since then Millie mainly wastes her money on trying fix her vehicle.

Her goal for now: Earning money to fix up her future dream car.
