  1. >The rolling green hills of Vermont pass by your windows.
  2. >The cold mountain air forming banks of fog that conceal the snow capped tops of the mountains that frame your vision as you drive down the lonely mountain road
  3. >A thermos of hot black coffee sits in the center console as the faint rumble of your truck's engine slows down
  4. >A unmarked dirt road that leads off into the woods
  5. >Your father had shown you this place
  6. >You can hear the crunching of gravel under your tires as you start down the trail
  7. >Many of your best memories were made down here
  8. >The first buck you had ever tagged, your first beer
  9. >This road was like a portal back in time.
  10. >As you rolled down the road you never had the radio on
  11. >The smell of crisp cold mountain air, and the sound of the wind rustling the leaves was the only soundtrack you could ever ask for
  12. >As you drove over a small creek you saw the ancient, by your terms, cabin
  13. >A simple three room cabin with a single brick chimney on the side of it.
  14. >As you put the truck in park and stepped outside you stood in silence.
  15. >This is what you went through your boring nine to five for.
  16. >Dealing with that obstinate asshole of a boss
  17. >Weekends like this made it all worth it.
  18. >From back in the bushes however a pair of bright yellow eyes stared on in silence.
  19. >They watched this creature walk into the cabin and close the door behind him
  20. >She crept out of the bushes
  21. >her steps measured and careful
  22. >She looked over the strange device that had carried him out here
  23. >It was warm and smelled bad but her natural curiosity was overwhelming her.
  24. >She climbed into the back part of its body and began to quietly rummage through its strange contents
  25. >A few pieces of rope, a metal chest of some kind
  26. >And most interesting of all Some kind of cloth sack
  27. >She untied the string holding one end closed and pulled out its contents
  28. > A strange device made of wood and steel, Its metal end long and slender
  29.
  30. >She ran her hands over its form.
  31. >Her mind racing with possibilities.
  32. >What was this? Was it magical? Some kind of human ritual stick?
  33. >Her fingers touched every detail of the device, Flicking a switch near the wooden part of the device
  34. >A metallic click filling her ears
  35. >She paid that no mind however
  36. >It hadn't hurt her so far right?
  37. >What reason did she have to fear this devi-
  38. >her fingers brushed over a hook shaped piece of metal.
  39. >The rifle erupted with noise
  40. >A huge boom echoed inside the truck bed and smoke from its blast kicked up dust in the bed
  41. >She bolted back to the safety of the woods
  42. >Her ears ringing with pain and shock
  43. >Tears streamed down her white furred cheeks as she ran past all manners of trees
  44. >Fleeing as fast as she could back to the safety of the forest
  45. >Not even attempting to pay attention as she fled.
  46. >Back in the cabin you stoked the fire in the cabin's hearth
  47. >A small flame slowly growing into a warm blaze as you simply sat in an old wooden chair
  48. >Looking over the walls at the time faded pictures and trophies that decorated the walls
  49. >Some of them dating back to your grandfather's time.
  50. >His twirled mustache and plaid jackets his trademark woodsman look.
  51. >Others depicting a dorky looking young man with his father.
  52. >You smiled at the pleasant memories of your past But as you stood to grab a few more logs to add to the fire you were jolted out of your memories by the report of a rifle.
  53. >You whipped around to face your vehicle
  54. >"What the hell is going on?"
  55. >You threw open the front door to try to figure out what the hell was happening.
  56. >All you saw was the tip of a white tail scurrying into the woods
  57. >"What?"
  58. >You jogged over to the bed of your pickup
  59. >A fresh hole punched in the side of your bed
  60. >You cursed under your breath and pursed your lips as you surveyed the damage
  61. >Grabbing the rifle and chambering a fresh round you headed off into the woods
  62.
  63. >You pushed through the thick brush.
  64. >Your boots snapping twigs as you traveled ever further into the woods of your Childhood
  65. >There was no real threat of getting lost out here.
  66. >Every tree may as well be a striking landmark to you.
  67. >You could hear the faint sounds of the stream you passed by before when you drove up here
  68. >The only thing allowing you to track whatever it was that had set off your rifle was a few strands of white fur that had stuck to branches
  69. >A lingering annoyance driving you on to find what had blown a hole in the side of your truck.
  70. >As you walked on you started to hear the faint sounds of struggle.
  71. >Panicked breathing and claws scraping against stone.
  72. >As you walked on the sounds got louder and louder
  73. >A canine whine piercing the otherwise quiet environment.
  74. >You slung the weapon over your shoulder and pushed aside a larger fallen tree limb
  75. >A smaller fox.
  76. >But with human form.
  77. >Two legs and two arms
  78. >All covered in thick white fur.
  79. >The tip of her tail and ears fading to black.
  80. >Her hind leg matted down with blood as a wire snare dug ever further into her flesh.
  81. >She struggled against it mightily as she could muster.
  82. >Every time she pulled against it it dug into her ankle
  83. >You stook one more step forwards and her ears and head swiveled to meet you
  84. >Hey pupils shrinking to pinpricks as she looked at you with nothing but fear in her eyes.
  85. >Her struggles ceasing for a few seconds
  86. >That was until she spotted the rifle on your shoulder
  87. >When she saw that he struggles redoubled.
  88. >Blood beginning to pour from her injured leg as she cast aside her pain in a desperate attempt to get away.
  89. >You as a hunter had always hated traps
  90. >They never felt very sportsmanlike in your opinion.
  91. >You stepped closer to her as she grasped at rocks and stones in order to get away.
  92. >When you tried to reach out to grab her ankle she struck out at you.
  93. >Her claws digging into your jacket and carving a deep gouge in the fabric.
  94.
  95. >You fell backwards
  96. >Your ass landing hard on the dirt floor as your rifle fell from your shoulder and clattered against a stump
  97. >Your hand flew to your chest to make sure you hadn't been cut too badly.
  98. >But as your hands passed over the now ruined jacket you felt no pain.
  99. >Just indignation over the fact that this little fox had ruined your favorite jacket.
  100. >you huffed and pushed yourself back up onto your feet.
  101. >The fox's leg was bleeding pretty badly at this point.
  102. >If she struggled any harder for any longer you weren't sure if she was going to be able to keep the leg.
  103. >But you were a woodsman god damnit
  104. >You removed your jacket
  105. >You held it out in front of you while the fox was trying to catch her breath.
  106. >Her chest heaved rapidly as she rested for just a brief moment
  107. >Her eyes locked on you as you walked forwards so slowly you thought you may as well have been standing still.
  108. >But once you felt you were in range. You quickly threw the jacket over her head.
  109. >Using your weight you held her in place.
  110. >For such a little thing she sure put up a fight.
  111. >You kept her eyes covered until you felt her struggles subside.
  112. >Her rapid breath slow down.
  113. >Using the sleeves you tied the jacket around her head.
  114. >After that she seemed to calm slightly.
  115. >Her whines still persisted though most likely due to the pain.
  116. >You hauled her up into your lap
  117. >Letting her sit there while you got to work on her leg.
  118. >You pulled a hunting knife from your pocket
  119. >Slipping the blade between the wire snare and her bloodied ankle.
  120. >With a quick flick the snare was undone and she pulled it up back to herself.
  121. >You were about to just let the vixen go when a small noise from the blacket stopped you in your tracks.
  122. >She was sleeping?
  123. >You quickly resheathed your knife and considered your options.
  124.
  125. >She must have tuckered herself right out fighting the trap for that long.
  126. >Or literally just passed out from sheer fear of what was going on around her.
  127. >Well shit this was your problem now.
  128. >As you stood back up you hefted her up with you
  129. >She couldn't be more than half of your height.
  130. >But as you moved through the trees back towards your cabin you could feel the warm blood start to creep through your undershirt.
  131. >This wasn't something you could ignore.
  132. >As you reemerged into the clearing you saw your cabin
  133. >A column of smoke rising from the stone chimney.
  134. >"Well at least it'll be warm." You thought to yourself.
  135. >You pushed open the door with an elbow
  136. >Walking past the fireplace to the back room where the bed was.
  137. >This room used to have two bunkbeds
  138. >you your father and your grandpa would sleep back here on weekend trips
  139. >But now that you were the only user of this house it had been reduced down to one king sized mattress and a few pieces of furniture
  140. >You gently set her down onto the bed.
  141. >Quickly turning about and closing the door behind you as you went back out to the truck.
  142. >The door opened with a creek and you reached under the bench seat
  143. >your fingers quickly finding the red metal aid kit that had seen next to no use from you save for the odd papercut or busted knuckle from working on your vehicle.
  144. >As you went inside you grabbed a rag from a shelf and got it wet with water.
  145. >As you made it back inside to find her still sleeping on your bed
  146. >And with a disappointed sigh you remember that she was bleeding... All over your bed...
  147. >Adding that the now much longer list of things to do you flip open the bex and set to work.
  148. >You started dabbing the blood away from the wound. Trying to get an idea of just how deep this was going to be.
  149. >She shuffled in her sleep sometime twitching away from you slightly but for the most part she simply laid there and let you work in peace.
  150. >Inside the jacket it was another story however
  151.
  152. >She had come back to about half way back to the cabin
  153. >Not quite realizing where she was after her world had gone dark she decided to remain calm.
  154. >Maybe one of her packmates had driven the Jager off.
  155. >Maybe she was safe in the arms of one of her own.
  156. >this reality began to crumble the very second she heard the sound of your boots grinding over gravel as you walked back towards the house.
  157. >The same smells from before.
  158. >Smoke, Sweat, Blood.
  159. >Oh god she was going to die here.
  160. >She let out a silent sob at her predicament.
  161. >She had never seen one of her own survive an encounter with Jagers
  162. >every time they came into those woods with those sticks they killed her own
  163. >All they would see and hear was a deafening thunderclap
  164. >A spray of blood and viscera
  165. >Then one of her home's inhabitants would fall
  166. >Dead
  167. >They had never escaped when one of them was found
  168. >So her kind had avoided them at all costs
  169. >But as she sat there in his overpowering arms she waited for the thunder that would come
  170. >When her life would be snuffed out by a Jager
  171. >But her terror turned to confusion when she was set down
  172. >On a soft matt of some kind
  173. >Its texture was alien to her
  174. >Not like the fur blankets and plant mats they were used to sleeping on
  175. >But softer, and more springy than anything she had felt before.
  176. >She sat there in silence as she heard and felt footsteps walking away.
  177. >Had he let her go?
  178. >Were there more of them around her waiting to pounce on her?
  179. >She decided to wait it out
  180. >He hadn't killed her yet
  181. >Maybe she was going to be a slave to him?
  182. >Surely that would be a more acceptable fate than to simply be killed.
  183. >Then she heard him return
  184. >Grumbling as he opened the door to where she was being kept
  185. >When rival tribes of her kind were captured if they were male they were given the choice to live as a slave or to simply be killed.
  186. >But if a female was captured.
  187. >They were forced to bear their new chief's children as a show of domination
  188.
  189. >She shuddered at the thought.
  190. >Waiting for his unyielding strength to pin her to his bad and ravage her
  191. >A single shudder of fear and disgust washing over her as she felt the last few flickers of hope fade from her world
  192. >But once again she was caught completely by surprise.
  193. >His touch was gentle
  194. >Like one of her pack's healers
  195. >His fingers traced over her wound Checking it to ensure it wasn't infected
  196. >She felt a warm rag dab over her ankle
  197. >The siting of cloth on her leg as she felt him begin to clean her injuries.
  198. >You winced slightly as you realized just how deep the snare had cut into her.
  199. >She must have fallen into a rabbit snare or something of the like.
  200. >This was by no means leathal of its own accord but it would have been incapacitating if it wasn't treated with some rapidity.
  201. >He continued to dab away at the blood.
  202. >Ensuring nothing was in the wound before he started to really treat it.
  203. >He grabbed a paper packet and ripped the end off with his teeth.
  204. >The smell of alcohol filled his nostrils for a second.
  205. >the small cloth hovering just above the cut.
  206. "I don't know if you're awake but this is gonna hurt..."
  207. >With as gentle a touch as he could muster he dabbed at the wound.
  208. >Her legs shot out away from the towelette with a surprising speed.
  209. >A high pitched yelp emanating from inside the jacket.
  210. >"That hurts!"
  211. >she shouted from inside the blanket
  212. >She wanted to clamp her paws over her mouth.
  213. >He knew she was awake now.
  214. >You placed a hand on her shivering back.
  215. "It's fine. I'm not gonna hurt ya."
  216. >I'm gonna let you out of that blanket. That alright?"
  217. >The covered head of the vixen nodded simply after hesitating for a few seconds.
  218. >With a few deft movements the sleeves were untied and the jacket was pulled away from her head.
  219. >Her eyes were red with tears, and her fur under her eyes were matted down with the same.
  220. "I'm not gonna hurt ya. So calm down. But if you want me to fix that leg of yours. You're gonna have ta trust me."
  221.
  222. >Her mind raced as the Jager spoke
  223. >None of this made sense to her!
  224. >These Jagers were bloodthirsty predators
  225. >Killing anything that crossed their path!
  226. >So how was the specter of death sitting on a mat next to her and mending her wounds
  227. >While she was still alive nonetheless!
  228. >At that moment the only other option in her head became an absolute
  229. >He was going to take her as his own slave...
  230. >Her ears drooped at the realization.
  231. >She was his now.
  232. >Nothing but a slave.
  233. >Tears welled in her eyes as she looked back up at the Jager.
  234. >"I will not fight you."
  235. >he nodded at that and soon too that small white cloth and began to dab again at her wound.
  236. >She quickly snatched up his clothing
  237. >Camling her jaws around the fabric to keep from screaming as he touched the cloth to her leg again.
  238. >The pain shot up her leg like a lance.
  239. >It was all she could do to keep from jerking her leg away from him as he set to work again.
  240. >The stinging cloth seemed to burn wherever he touched around her ankle.
  241. >The first one was soon red with her own blood.
  242. >He tossed it into a metal bin across the room from them before retrieving another from a different red box.
  243. >After another few dabs he tossed that one away as well.
  244. "There we go. That's the worst of it."
  245. >He looked up to her.
  246. >His deep brown eyes looking at her
  247. >She simply whimpered trying to ready herself for what she thought was inevitable.
  248. >The Jager routed around in the box a foe more seconds pulling out a small bundle of "Gauze"?
  249. >She wondered what that was.
  250. >Some kind of binding?
  251. >With a gentleness that surprised her he began to wrap the cloth around her leg.
  252. >A slight red tinge showing through before the second wrap.
  253. >But as he wrapped this "gauze" around her leg the bleeding seemed to slow.
  254. >"What is that?"
  255. >You looked back up to the vixen with her ears splayed back against her skull.
  256. "Some gauze. Keeps ya from bleeding all over my bed... More."
  257.
  258. >You sighed as you looked down at the mess near her ankle on your bed.
  259. >While by no means was this just a small stain it wasn't like she had been hemorrhaging blood all over the place.
  260. >She hurt herself because you didn't keep the damn gun in the truck.
  261. >You stood up and spoke again.
  262. "Well that should do you for now."
  263. >You motioned for her to get up off the bed
  264. >She stood slowly
  265. >Almost falling when she put weight on her bad ankle.
  266. "Easy does it."
  267. >You caught her by the shoulder when she stumbled.
  268. "Still a little sore huh?"
  269. >She stood shakily as you walked past her
  270. >You half expected her to bolt out the door behind you and hightail it into the woods as soon as she got the chance.
  271. >But you pulled up the dirtied cloth and bundled it up under your arm.
  272. >But she stood there still and silent
  273. >As he cast a glance out the window he watched as clouds started to roll in over the peaks of the green mountains that surrounded them.
  274. >He turned back to face her.
  275. >Looking down at her splayed back ears he spoke up again.
  276. "So... You were the one who shot my rifle hmm?"
  277. >She looked up at him.
  278. >"Rifle?"
  279. >She said with some fear still in her voice.
  280. "Yeah. The metal thing that went bang."
  281. >She sulked slightly as if she were preparing for a punishment of some kind.
  282. >"Yes. I touched your "rifle"
  283. >She looked up at your face
  284. >"Please don't hurt me! I didn't know what it was!"
  285. >You put a hand on her head and sighed again.
  286. "Don't worry 'bout it."
  287. >You don't know why you were being so nice to this one.
  288. >Maybe lingering guilt?
  289. >You decided it really didn't matter.
  290. "Just don't go touching it again. Okay?"
  291. >She nodded quickly
  292. "Good."
  293. >He walked back towards the door and opened it.
  294. >The now healthy fire had spread a comfortable warmness throughout the cabin.
  295. >The light of the flame casting deep shadows against the worn walls of his home away from home.
  296.
  297.
  298. >As you stepped into the warm light of the fire the vixen followed suit
  299. >Limping with every other step.
  300. >It was already getting late.
  301. >Between your truck through the woods, finding this little fox and mending her ankle you had burned away most of your first day out here.
  302. >And as you looked out the window your gut started to grumble.
  303. >All you had brought out in in terms of ready to eat food was the thermos of coffee
  304. >you turned back towards the vixen that stood demurely in the middle of the room.
  305. "Hungry?"
  306. >She looked at you with wide eyes again.
  307. "No... I'm fine."
  308. >Sure you are you though to yourself.
  309. >You reached out and put an hand on the door to the outside.
  310. "Stay here."
  311. >You opened the door and walked back to your truck leaving the fox inside.
  312. >She stood there for a few seconds
  313. >Still trying to wrap her head around what was going on.
  314. >She might be the first of her kind to ever set foot inside a Jager's home and live to tell about it.
  315. >So being the curious little fox she was she limped around the interior.
  316. >Strange art littered the walls of the place.
  317. >Everything from trophies from hunts long past to little scraps of paper hung in wooden frames.
  318. >She had never seen anything like this.
  319. >Their artwork was so realistic it looked like they had taken reality and put it in a box.
  320. >She found another.
  321. >the jager that had rescued her? Captured her?
  322. >It didn't matter right now.
  323. >He was standing in the box, along side two other Jagers. The others looking much older.
  324. >They were all smiling here.
  325. >She reached out with a delicate touch to see if she could feel them.
  326. >But when she touched them she only felt the cold surface of glass.
  327. >She brought her hand back to her chest.
  328. >She wondered where the females were in these pictures?
  329. >Did Jagers look different from male to female?
  330. >She could tell the one who took her in had been male.
  331. >She could smell it on him.
  332. >Before she could ponder further, You pushed open the door again.
  333. >As you stepped inside you looked over at the vixen.
  334. >Her eyes wide with fear again as your sudden intrusion must have scared her again
  335. >You set down a cooler on the counter
  336. >She stood there like she was awaiting a punishment
  337. >You cocked an eyebrow at her
  338. >It was going to be awkward if she just stood there like a scolded puppy for the whole weekend
  339. >So you turned to her and spoke again.
  340. "So how's that ankle of yours feeling?"
  341. >Her gaze rose to meet your own
  342. >"It's not as bad as it was before..."
  343. >her tail tucked down between her legs and her ears laid back again as she spoke
  344. >"Thank you..."
  345. >You smiled as she seemed to finally be warming up to you a little bit
  346. "Good to hear."
  347. >you pulled out a brown paper bag
  348. >Unwrapping them would reveal two nice cuts of salmon
  349. >You had caught these earlier last week and had saved them for just this weekend.
  350. >Her eyes and ears seemed to be locked on you as you laid the cuts out on the counter.
  351. >You laughed as you noticed her sudden interest
  352. "Sure you're not hungry."
  353. >You laughed
  354. >She seemed to sheepishly agree and stood quietly in the center of the room as you started your prep work.
  355. >After a few minutes you had two nice cuts of fish sizzling away on the fire.
  356. >She had watched you intently as you prepped your food.
  357. >You Sat there in a chair watching your food cook.
  358. >your gaze going from the food to her leg
  359. >She stood on it shakily
  360. >That had to be starting to hurt
  361. >Even if she wouldn't admit it.
  362. "Hey. What's your name? You have one right?"
  363. >She turned to face you. eyes down at the floor.
  364. >"I had a name... But now... It's whatever you choose."
  365. >You shook your head
  366. "Let's say I'm bad with names. what was it before?"
  367.
  368. >Her voice was just audible
  369. >"My name was Lisica..."
  370. >You smiled and spoke again after her
  371. >Not wanting to put up with some strange fox culture that he was in no way going to understand the first night he met her
  372. "Then I guess your name will be Lisica."
  373. >She seemed to perk up a little at that
  374. >You walked a little closer to your fish and poked it a little with a fork
  375. >There was no substituting the taste of a fish you caught, and cleaned yourself.
  376. >As you poked it you deemed it to be cooked and ready to eat
  377. >You took two plates and slid a nice slab of salmon onto each of them.
  378. >You offered the plate to the vixen as she stood there looking at the fish
  379. "Here take a plate. It's hot though so watch out."
  380. >she seemed to look at you fearfully for a second.
  381. >Like you were offering her a priceless painting
  382. "Can't have you starving after I fixed your leg now can I?"
  383. >She took the plate in both hands and looked at the plate then back to you
  384. >She poked a claw at the meat and smelled it
  385. >Her eyes widening as she looked at it then back to you before taking a testing nibble out of the fish.
  386. >As she chewed it her eyes went wide
  387. >She picked up the fork you had on the plate awkwardly and began to eat her fish
  388. >You noted that at least she was eating.
  389. >Which was always a good thing for an injured animals.
  390. >It meant that they were on the road to recovery
  391. >So with that in mind you went back into your bedroom and picked up the bloodied blanket
  392. >you took it outside and hung it up on a rung
  393. >The rain would wash out most of the blood and then it should be dry by the morning or midday.
  394. >As you walked back inside you noticed how clean the plate in front of her was.
  395. "Really weren't hungry were you?"
  396. >You laughed
  397. >You were happy to see that.
  398. >She was just as confused as when she was first brought here.
  399. >Slaves in her pack were NEVER treated this well
  400. >Much less fed this well
  401. >So why was he taking such good care of her?
  402.
  403. >It all came to a head as she connected the dots in her mind
  404. >No pictures of a female
  405. >Living alone in the woods with no pack of his own.
  406. >Keeping her well fed and healthy
  407. >...
  408. >Oh sweet gods above.
  409. >He was going to start a pack with her!
  410. >Her eyes widened and looked down at the floor.
  411. >That had to be it!
  412. >She considered her options quietly as he ate
  413. >If she ran she wasn't sure if her pack would accept her again.
  414. >The scent of a Jager all over her would not exactly go over very well with her alpha.
  415. >So she was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
  416. >Her curiosity began to overwhelm her though.
  417. >A pack between her and a Jager would be incredibly powerful
  418. >Their kits being half Jager would mean they'd never be in danger.
  419. >So in that moment she decided
  420. >She'd stay with him.
  421. >Be his and his alone
  422. >Her train of thought was derailed when he spoke again.
  423. "Hey let me see that leg again."
  424. >He put his plate down on the table next to him
  425. >She walked over to him slowly
  426. >Still very much afraid of what Jagers were supposed to be capable of.
  427. >She lifted her leg up to his hand
  428. >She watched as he peeled back the gauze he had wrapped around her ankle
  429. >It had still bled through quite a few layers of the cloth
  430. >But as he pulled more and more away she realized that her bleeding had already stopped
  431. >What kind of other things did Jagers have?
  432. >She looked up at his face as he worked
  433. >He had a gentleness around him that she would have never imagined a Jager to have.
  434. >You looked over her wound. Even in just a few hours it had gotten much better.
  435. >Grabbing a towel from the cabinet again he wiped off some of the dried blood from her otherwise white fur.
  436. >There was no jerkiness to her when he worked on her leg this time.
  437. >Did she finally trust you now?
  438. >You took great care with her ankle
  439. >Doing your best not to disturb the cut so she wouldn't start bleeding again.
  440.
  441. >As he finished wrapping up her leg he let her go
  442. >But strangely as you let her go this time she didn't slink away from you
  443. >She stood there for a little while
  444. >Looking you over
  445. >Her nose and eyes looking you over as you turned to simply stare at the fire.
  446. >You decided to let her take her fill
  447. >It was all you could to to not be rude and stare at her chest or legs when she turned about to look for a place to sit.
  448. >Every now and then you stood to put another log on the fire
  449. >The fire reigniting for a short while before that log too was consumed by the blaze.
  450. >Eventually you looked down at your watch
  451. >Eyes widening as you took in the time
  452. >If you were gonna do half the things you wanted to do tomorrow you needed to get some sleep in tonight.
  453. >So when you stood up you were surprised when she stood and followed you.
  454. "There's only one bed in here."
  455. >You said with a flat expression
  456. >Her ears went flat and she looked sheepishly at the ground as she spoke.
  457. >"Well I ruined your blanket..."
  458. >She was right about that in a way.
  459. >It was gonna be a cold night for sure but he knew he could take it if he just slept in his first day's clothes.
  460. >"But if I slept with you. I could keep you warm."
  461. >She let out a sigh and gathered herself.
  462. >"It's the least I can do for you."
  463. >You sighed as you thought over the options in your head
  464. >Sleep miserably for a night and let the little hurt fox also sleep out in the cold
  465. >Or Let that same fox sleep next to him to keep them warm
  466. "Alright"
  467. >You said opening the door for her
  468. >She moved past you and limped towards the bed waiting for you to climb in.
  469. >She sheepishly avoided your form as you stepped out of your clothes
  470. >You pulled back the sheet on the bed and sat down
  471. >Holding the cover open for her to climb in beside you
  472. >Her much smaller body still emanated a great deal of warmth
  473. >Probably from sitting next to the fire for so long.
  474.
  475. >Every past though of Jagers screamed at her as she climbed up to where he was
  476. >Every story her parents and grandparents had told her
  477. >How vicious they were
  478. >How they could and would kill without a second thought
  479. >So when she pushed herself up next to him she felt a chill of primal fear run up her spine.
  480. >She faced away from him
  481. >Not wanting to have second thoughts now.
  482. >She was in the lion's den
  483. >But as the moments crept by in the silence of night she began to relax more and more.
  484. >Even going to far as to almost fall asleep herself
  485. >Only catching herself when she felt the Jager next to her shift in his sleep.
  486. >Her tail was curled around her own leg
  487. >But as she heard his breath deepen she wanted to make sure he was sleeping before she made her next move.
  488. >She craned her neck around to look at him
  489. >His mouth hung open as he slept
  490. >Snoring gently on every breath
  491. >Any other creature to her would have looked funny but this was a Jager sleeping next to her
  492. >But she mustered her courage and began to turn about
  493. >Doing her best to not disturb him
  494. >She snuck her head down below the single sheet that covered both of them.
  495. >His musculature was intense
  496. >Not like some of the others she had heard about
  497. >His body was streamlined
  498. >Purpose built for the outdoors
  499. >But what caught her attention for the most part was lower down on her body
  500. >She had never even heard of a Jager mating
  501. >Could they even mate in the first place?
  502. >What if he had two?
  503. >She steeled her mind and reached down to his boxers.
  504. >Her fingers trembling as her claw hooked under his waistband.
  505. >Her breath caught in her throat as she caught just a glance at what he was packing down there.
  506. >It shouldn't have surprised her how big it was in comparison to other males in her pack.
  507. >He was almost twice as tall as she was.
  508. >But it just was laid out in the open just how different the two of them were.
  509.
  510. >But she was yanked out of her thoughts by his rumbling in his sleep
  511. >Her head darting upwards to ensure he was actually asleep
  512. >As he grumbled in his slumber she set his waistband back down
  513. >Keeping still where she was so as to not disturb him further
  514. >She watched as he fell back into a deeper sleep
  515. >Despite the inherent fear of him
  516. >Everything she had been told
  517. >Her mind eventually wandered into what life would be like with him
  518. >Surely she'd be safe
  519. >But she might miss the freedom
  520. >Maybe she was overthinking this
  521. >But as the night went on she felt herself slipping ever closer to the calming embrace of sleep.
  522. >Eventually falling asleep listening to the deep sounds of his breathing
  523.
  524. >As you woke in the morning you felt a comfortable warmth enveloping your chest
  525. >You looked out the window of your cabin to see the sun just beginning to creep over the trees.
  526. >wondering what that warmth was you pulled the sheet covering the both of you up
  527. >What you saw was fairly shocking considering her attitude of you yesterday
  528. >That white vixen lying on your chest
  529. >Her features relaxed and at ease this close to you.
  530. >You did start to feel something though.
  531. >Some slight twitches as she slept
  532. >She must have been having a dream of some kind
  533. >You reached down carefully with a delicate hand
  534. >Stroking the back of her head and neck.
  535. >Your touch seemed to calm Lisica
  536. >Going from a twitchy and disturbed slumber to calm
  537. >A small smile forming across her face
  538. >You found yourself growing a similar smirk as you watched her lying across you.
  539. >As you continued to pet her something interesting was made apparent to you
  540. >Every breath brought this fact more and more into focus
  541. >Her breasts through concealed by a substantial amount of fluff on her chest
  542. >Were pressing directly on you
  543. >A huge blush forming on your face as it was made clear to you a naked female was laying across you
  544. >In a bed
  545.
  546. >You sat there for what felt like hours
  547. >Each moment you felt her breasts push into your chest
  548. >And each moment you found it was more and more difficult to restrain your friend down below with a mind of his own.
  549. >You tried everything
  550. >Holding your breath
  551. >Thinking non sexy things
  552. >You thought for sure that your grandfather's twirled mustache would do the trick
  553. >But there was no match for the foxy boobs pressing against you.
  554. >Eventually you felt her shifting against you
  555. >Oh thank god you thought to yourself
  556. >This sexual frustration wasn't going to last much longer before you were just going to push her off you
  557. >But as she was roused from her sleep she blinked a few times checking where she was again before she met your eyes
  558. >They went wide with surprise for a second before she pushed away from you
  559. >"I am sorry for waking you."
  560. >You found yourself smiling trying to comfort her
  561. "Don't worry about it. Been up for a while."
  562. >She seemed to relax a bit at that
  563. >But there was still the elephant in the room
  564. >You didn't want to be an asshole to her
  565. >But as you sat up you were glad that she wasn't facing you at the moment
  566. >You tried to quickly flip your manhood up into your waistband
  567. >At least temporarily disguising your inadvertent arousal.
  568. >It seemed as though it was a success
  569. >You pushed the single sheet off of your bed and began to dress yourself
  570. >Pulling on a fresh pair of jeans, shirt and jacket
  571. >As you were pulling on your boots you heard Lisica pipe up again.
  572. >"Why do you Jagers wear those garments?"
  573. >You stood up and considered that question for a moment
  574. "Well to be honest we aren't as built for the woods as you are."
  575. >You considered her question for a few more seconds
  576. "What did you call me again?"
  577. >she seemed to shrink from the question
  578. "Don't worry, I'm not offended or anything. Just curious."
  579. >she turned about
  580. >Her tail and ears back
  581. "A Jager... The term we have for you."
  582.
  583. >You pondered her statement for a while
  584. >Wondering what exactly that term would mean coming from her
  585. >Jager was a german word wasn't it?
  586. >If you remembered right it roughly meant hunter.
  587. >Well technically she wasn't wrong but you wanted to know more
  588. "Is that an insult or a compliment?"
  589. >She seemed to shrink away from that question even further
  590. >Taking a few steps away from you
  591. >Like at any moment you were going to strike out and rip out her throat
  592. >"It's definitely not a compliment."
  593. >She looked like she really didn't want to talk about that any further.
  594. >Maybe you could try talking about that later
  595. "Don't worry about it. We can talk about that later."
  596. >She seemed to relax a bit after you dismissed your own questions
  597. >As you looked at her you remembered your own observations earlier and quickly averted your vision.
  598.
  599. >She watched as you shied away from her
  600. >Why in the world would a Jager ever be shy of someone like her.
  601. >He had never shown anything like this yesterday
  602. >Was sleeping in the same bed some kind of ritual to Jagers?
  603. >She had so much to learn about him if she was going to be his mate
  604. >So with another welling up of all the courage she had she began to speak again
  605. >"So what is it you do out here?"
  606. >That question seemed to bring him back around
  607. >He stood up taller and looked around his den
  608. "I come out here now and then to relax."
  609. >he laughed
  610. "Not been doing a hell of alot of that since you came into the picture"
  611. >But he seemed to get lost in thought looking around the old wooden walls of this place
  612. "Place means alot to me."
  613. >"Was this your birthplace?"
  614. >He smiled again and sighed
  615. "Oh no. Mom always hated this place. She never was an outdoorsy type."
  616. >Then he looked back to the bed and his smile faded slightly
  617. "Least I hope not."
  618.
  619. >You silently hoped that your parents had not conceived you in that bed.
  620. >Not that you could ask them anymore but maybe it was time to retire that old mattress
  621. >You added yet another thing to your mental list and began to walk to the front section of the cabin
  622. "C'mon let's get some breakfast."
  623. >She followed suit as you walked into the main living room of the cabin
  624. >Walking over to your cooler you retrieved another package
  625. >This one fairly rectangular and wrapped in plastic
  626. >This is what you were looking forward to
  627. >You opened a wooden door to a cabinet under the counter
  628. >You pulled out a cast iron skillet
  629. >Laying each slice next to the other you managed to get enough inside to feed the both of you.
  630. >You called back to the vixen and
  631. "Can you start a fire?"
  632. >She shook her head
  633. >"I never learned how to."
  634. >Well there's a place to start you thought again
  635. "Alright then."
  636. >You set the pan on the counter and walked over to the stone hearth beckoning her over towards you with a finger
  637. >You could only barely hear her footfalls on the wooden floor
  638. >you took a few strands of tinder as well as a bundle of twigs you had stashed near the logs
  639. >Placing a nest of tinder and twigs near the base of the old fire
  640. >You took a lighter from your pocket and flipped open the lid
  641. >The fox next to you looked on in wonder at what kind of device you just produced
  642. >When you struck the flint a healthy flame was produced.
  643. >you heard a gasp and she took a step back
  644. >"What is that?"
  645. >You set the tinder aflame before flicking the lid closed again with its iconic metal *clink*
  646. >The small fire slowly consuming the small twigs before it grear into a healthy flame again
  647. "It's a lighter"
  648. >You turned about still on a knee
  649. >Letting her get a good look at the silver lighter
  650. >You offered the device to her
  651. >She looked at you then at the small trinket
  652. "Go ahead. You can have it."
  653.
  654. >She looked at the tiny device with wide eyes
  655. >the silver surface tarnished by scratches and weathered by time itself
  656. >She took it into her hands like she was holding a glass bauble
  657. >Her heart was pounding in her chest as she held it in her delicate fingers
  658. >You watched as her eyes began to glisten slightly
  659. >You were concerned for a second as she let out a small whine
  660. "I mean if you don't like it I can ke-"
  661. >You were cut off as she wrapped her arms around you
  662. >"Thank you."
  663. >Your shock at her reaction to it was short lived however
  664. >You could feel those fur covered breasts push into your chest again
  665. >You felt your face heat up slightly as you tried to divert the situation
  666. >You gave her a slight squeeze and she pulled back away from you
  667. >She turned about and began to look for something
  668. >You decided it was best to just let her do her own thing for a bit as you went back to tending to your fire
  669. >Adding sticks and twigs to let the small flame grow
  670. >Eventually you had a nice healthy bed of coals that would be perfect for cooking
  671. >You went back to your pan and the smell of bacon soon had filled the room
  672. >eventually you watched Lisica walk back into the room
  673. >A large grin painted on her face
  674. >You saw the little lighter hanging from a string on her neck
  675. >You smiled at her as you spoke to her again
  676. "Looks good on you."
  677. >But as you finished the sentence another thought occurred to you
  678. "Where'd you get the string?"
  679. >She seemed to shrink at that slightly
  680. >"There were a few strands coming off of your bed sheet."
  681. >You wanted to complain but as it stood there wasn't much harm in that.
  682. >So you turned back to your breakfast and moved the thick slices of bacon around
  683. >Letting them cook and enjoying the sizzle of your food and the slow crackle of your fire.
  684. >Sooner rather than later you pulled your food from the fire
  685. >A smile crept its way across your face as you handed Lisica her plate
  686. "I think you're gonna like this."
  687.
  688. >She sniffed the plate cautiously.
  689. >You thought for a moment that she would have learned to trust your cooking after the last time she ate with you but you supposed it was understandable
  690. >Half the things in this cabin she had never seen, let alone ate
  691. >So you watched with a smile on your face as her face lit up at the smell
  692. >Her hands quickly reaching out to take the plate from you
  693. >Her claws snapping up the strips
  694. >Well if nothing else at least she appreciates your cooking.
  695. >You took your own plate and you decided to simply take a seat in your old chair as she at her food
  696. >As you mopped up the last bit of eggs with your fork you looked over at her
  697. >She had long since fished off her food and she simply sat there looking over the silver lighter she wore around her neck
  698. >A pleasant smile warming her face
  699. >She flicked open the top with a gentle flick
  700. >Her thumb awkwardly trying to replicate what you had done before to produce a flame.
  701. >She struck the flint and once again a healthy flame sprouted from the wick
  702. >She looked at it with amazement
  703. >The flickering light reflecting off of her blue eyes
  704. >Before long you felt a warmth developing in your gut
  705. >Like something that you thought was beyond you had been struck with a spark
  706. >Before you knew it she had looked back at you
  707. >Her piercing eyes looking at you with concern
  708. >Her voice shook you out of your trance
  709. >"Are you alright?"
  710. >You shook your head and stood up
  711. >Taking both of your empty plates over towards the sink
  712. "I'm fine"
  713.
  714. >She looked over at you as you walked tot he counter
  715. >Her tail swishing slightly as she played with he silver bauble hanging around her neck
  716. >The thing that had solidified all her assumptions
  717. >he had given her a beautiful gift
  718. >One that not only was precious to him, but one freely given.
  719. >A device that could provide the gift of fire but she had given it to her asking nothing in return
  720.
  721. >She watched him as he pulled open a small trunk
  722. >Listening as he moved a few things around before pulling out a green metal box
  723. >the insides rattling slightly as he set it on the floor
  724. >She watched him intently as he moved
  725. >For such a large male she expected his motions to be rough, and unrefined
  726. >But every time she watched him she was suprised just how gentle he could be
  727. >He gently he had held her in the night
  728. >How he had mended her wounds
  729. >He was...
  730. >Special
  731. >She jumped slightly when he had called out to her
  732. "I'm going fishing."
  733. >He picked up his pole and tackle box
  734. "If you want to stay here you can."
  735. >She stood quickly flinching slightly at the pain in her ankle
  736. >"Oh. No I'll go with you."
  737. >He smiled at that.
  738. "Then we better get going."
  739.
  740. >You walked along the forest trail quietly
  741. >The only noises you heard were the leaves under your feet, and the slight ruffling of soft fur against you pants leg
  742. >She was by your side the whole time
  743. >You had offered to carry her at one point but she had declined.
  744. >Her presence here was a welcome one
  745. >Her body rubbing up against you from time to time prevented you from getting lost in thought
  746. >But soon you heard and smelt the river nearby
  747. >Pushing through a hedgerow you saw the lake you had been walking towards
  748. >Its surface was like a mirror
  749. >There was no wind to disturb it
  750. >You found a nice log that had been washed ashore and set your tackle box down next to it.
  751. >You assembled the pole and soon set about tying your lure
  752. >Lisica sat next to you watching everything you were doing
  753. >"How do you fish with that?"
  754. >You held up the pole
  755. >It was an old wooden thing, by no means was this the kind of thing one would find in a store anymore
  756. >But you had always had an eye for the classic things
  757. >They always felt like they had been made with human hands.
  758. >Like some of the soul of the man that had made this till dwelt somewhere within.
  759.
  760. >You showed her how each part of the pole worked
  761. >The line how to tie knots for different lures, and the reel
  762. >She seemed very interested in the mechanical parts but she seemed to dismiss it
  763. >"You don't need to use that you know?"
  764. >You raised an eyebrow at that statement
  765. "And how do you think I would go about that?"
  766. >She laughed
  767. >That giggle warmed your soul every time you heard it.
  768. >It was so pure and lighthearted.
  769. >But you watched as she approached the clear water.
  770. >Squating next to the surface of the water and sticking a single finger in the cold clear lake.
  771. >You watched her with interest as her tail twitched behind her
  772. >Balancing her body as she used her finger as a lure
  773. >She was completely still
  774. >Her view focused intently on the surface of the lake
  775. >Your eyes widened slightly as you watched a small mouth bass swim slowly at her finger
  776. >You couldn't believe her method was actually working.
  777. >But with small motions and twitches of its tail the fish ventured ever closer to the shore
  778. >You watched as she poised herself to strike
  779. >Her muscles tensing, and leaning forwards slightly
  780. >With a rush of motion she launched herself into the water
  781. >You sprang up from your seat as she disapeared into the cold water
  782. >Her white furred body thrashing for a few seconds under the water
  783. >Her face burst back up out of the water
  784. >Her soaked body clambering up the rock where she had been sitting
  785. >You reached out to grab a hold of her as she scrambled for a handhold.
  786. >Eventually you felt you had a good hold on her hand
  787. >With some effort you pulled her up and out of the water
  788. >She leaned against you
  789. >Her soaked white fur was slowly soaking into your own pants and clothing
  790. >But what you saw in her mouth made you start laughing hysterically
  791. >A HUGE small mouth bass wriggled in vain in her mouth
  792. "Holy shit that really worked!"
  793.
  794.
  795. >She grabbed the fish as it still wriggled trying to escape her grasp
  796. >Spitting out the nasty taste in her mouth she smiled up at you as you laughed
  797. >Her sodden fur revealing just how small she really was
  798. >But some areas didn't slim down that much
  799. >Her hips and... chest for the most part
  800. >You felt your face heat up as you looked down at the twin mounds
  801. >You felt your grip on her tighten slightly as thoughts ran through your mind
  802. >But as you held her for a few more seconds you felt her wriggle in your grip slightly
  803. "Oh sorry!"
  804. >You opened your arms to allow her to stand up
  805. >She stood up and spoke again
  806. >"I don't want your clothes getting more we than they already are."
  807. >She shook herself off as you stood up
  808. >Her fur fluffing out slightly as most of the excess water was flung out of her white coat
  809. >A small mist was cast off of her as she shook like a dog
  810. >You watched on as her still damp coat clung together in some areas
  811. >The both of you walked over to where you were planning on sitting
  812. >You cast your reel as she leaned against you
  813. >The fish she had caught was strung up on a gill line
  814. >Your bobber sat out in the water every now and then ripples being sent out by fish beneath taking nibbles at the bait
  815. >You looked over when you felt her shiver slightly
  816. >She was doing an excellent job trying to hide the fact she was cold but you had noticed anyway
  817. >she leaned up against you trying to siphon any heat she could from your body
  818. >But you had a better idea
  819. >You set your pole down against the log for a moment
  820. >Reaching up to the zipper on your jacket you opened it up
  821. >You patted your lap and spoke
  822. "Get on up here. Cant have you catching a cold."
  823. >She looked up at you with some surprise but obeyed nonetheless
  824. >Her back pushing into your chest and abs the little white fox was snug against your body
  825. >You zipped up the jacket so that only her head was poking out
  826. >You felt her wiggle into you slightly
  827. >Her damp fur was cold against your skin but as time went on and the warmth from your little campfire bled into the both of you you started to really enjoy yourselves
  828. >the crackle of burning wood accompanied by the steady sizzle of fish was a wonderful thing
  829. >All these niceties place in front of a placid lake
  830. >Only a few times before in your life had you been this at peace
  831. >And the shifting fluff you felt against your chest was the icing on the veritable cake.
  832. >She had already torn through her half of the fish she had caught
  833. >You still nibbled at your half
  834. >Enjoying the wondrously fresh fish
  835. >You felt her move again.
  836. >Pressing the top of her head under your chin as she very carefully rubbed her fur against your stubble.
  837. >As she stretched her neck out to continue the touch you felt your heart skip a beat.
  838. >The second seemed to stretch out as she shifted from facing away from you with her back pressed into you
  839. >And nuzzling her head against your neck her body now facing your own
  840. >So you decided to do the only thing that felt right at the time.
  841. >Reaching inside your jacket you felt your fingers touch her soft white fur
  842. >Her body jumping a bit at the unexpected touch.
  843. >But she eventually relaxed into the motions
  844. >Your soft petting causing the little vixen to coo slightly
  845. >Your hand running from the back of her neck all the way down to her tail
  846. >This was amazing
  847. >And before long you felt her breathing start to lengthen
  848. >Her ears twitching slightly
  849. >Had she?
  850. >As you looked down you saw her closed eyes
  851. >A blissful smile on her face
  852. >Your own face began to mimic hers
  853. >A warm feeling working its way through your core
  854. >Your smile soon matching hers
  855.
  856. >You extended a leg gently as to not wake her up
  857. >Kicking over a fire bucket and dousing the flame
  858. >Steam poured out from the quenched flame as you stood back up
  859. >Cradling Lisica's sleeping form.
  860. >As you walked you were enamored with just how at peace she seemed
  861. >How she had come to trust you entirely with just a few small but meaningful gestures.
  862. >What you didn't see was the rustling bush just off the path
  863. >Grey fur and gleaming yellow eyes following you as you walked.
  864. >Its steps measured and silent as it skulked through the trees
  865. >You didn't notice how they attempted to bore into your very soul
  866. >The sheer hatred that boiled out from he trees that surrounded you.
  867. >You were too enraptured with what you carried in your arms
  868. >Maybe she'd want to come back with you?
  869. >Would she want too?
  870. >All in due time you thought to yourself
  871. >For now you just wanted to enjoy the gift that fate had bequeathed to you.
  872. >So as you pushed open the door to your cabin you set her down in your chair
  873. >Her body stirring slightly before you draped your jacket around her
  874. >She curled up into it
  875. >Inhaling deeply into the down filled fabric and snuggling up with it
  876. >You stood back and watched her for just a few moments before turning about
  877. >Walking towards the door and picking up your axe
  878. >*May as well chop this up while she was sleeping* you thought to yourself
  879. >Walking back behind the cabin where a pile of logs nearly as tall as you were waited.
  880. >You grabbed one and set it on an ironwood stump
  881. >twisting your hands around the grip and readying your body you swung down
  882. >The wood splintering apart as it was cleaved in two.
  883. >You heard an extra sound of broken wood as the twin pieced fell
  884. >Sounded like a branch snapping
  885. >You paused for a moment
  886. >Taking a few seconds to listen to the woods silent song that surrounded you
  887. >Deciding it was probably nothing more than a deer you turned back to your pile of logs.
  888.
  889. >Your hand never reached the pile
  890. >As you reached out you heard the sounds of leaves being crushed under footsteps
  891. >At first you assumed the absolute worst
  892. >A bear was something you had seen around these woods but they had never come after you this far out of the way
  893. >But all you saw was a glint of yellow eyes and the sheen of ivory claws
  894. >At first you felt nothing but the wind being driven from your core
  895. >Your body tumbling end over end as you came to grips with what exactly was happening.
  896. >Your chest began to feel warm
  897. >Like you had splashed warm water against your chest
  898. >But as the seconds drug on you started to feel a sharp pain cutting into your chest
  899. >Your heart began to pound furriously
  900. >Something was terribally wrong here
  901. >Your eyes started to scan around as the more bestial side of your brain kicked in
  902. >Looking for the threat so you could get a better idea of what you needed to do.
  903. >eventually you found it
  904. >A figure stood just a few yards away from you
  905. >Its form much larger that Lisica's
  906. >It's teeth bared in a rage you'd not seen before
  907. >Its yellow eyes burning with rage
  908. >You felt a pang of panic as you fully came to grips with what you were facing down
  909. >This wasn't a fox.
  910. >This was a wolf
  911. >Your mind instantly went to your rifle
  912. >Reflexively grabbing for the sling only to find it gone from your shoulder
  913. >It was leaning nicely against the door frame of the cabin.
  914. >You felt that warmth spreading down your chest as your mind was wrenched back to your situation
  915. >Pressing a hand to your chest if felt wet
  916. >You dared to look down for a second
  917. >Crimson blood was slowly but surely spreading down your chest from three rather nasty looking gashes.
  918. >And it was at that moment when the pain would fully hit you
  919. >It was almost crippling
  920. >The only thing keeping you from dropping to the ground was the sheer amount of adrenaline running through your system
  921. >As you looked back up at your opponent you saw him take a few tentative steps towards you
  922.
  923.
  924. >His voice was low, and menacing
  925. >"That bitch is not your pupwhore Jager"
  926. >Your mind instantly went to Lisica
  927. >You felt a rage build up in you that you'd never thought yourself capable
  928. >All thoughts of running away had been eradicated from your mind
  929. >Now the only thing that filled your thought was protecting the slumbering fox inside
  930. >Its fanged maw twisted into a kind of smile
  931. >"She was supposed to be betrothed to me."
  932. >his shoulder sinking low into a striking stance
  933. >"A bartering chip to secure a pact between our packs."
  934. >Your hand slowly went down to your belt as he spoke to you
  935. >"But since that little bitch chose to give herself to a soulless monster she's better of dead that to live on as a disgrace to her and my own packs."
  936. >Every moment that went on your fingers inched closer to the wooden handle of the blade on your belt
  937. >Eventually you felt the reassuring weight of the handle in your grasp.
  938. >It was along way away from your rifle
  939. >If you had had that you would have killed him already
  940. >But this is what you had to work with
  941. >And you would rather die than let this bastard get to Lisica
  942. >So as he sprung forwards you flicked the leather snap on the scabbard
  943. >The glinting steel seeming to spring up into a wide arc
  944. >The bowie knife seemed to sing as you swung it through empty air.
  945. >You watched as he ducked to the side
  946. >Missing the keen edge of your knife by just inches
  947. >As to turned to face him his muzzle had lost its cocky grin
  948. >Replaced by a display of shock
  949. >Maybe he knew about your gun like Lisica and figuring that without it the Jager was harmless.
  950. >You brought the knife up in-front of you again
  951. >Ready for the wolf's next lunge.
  952.
  953. >Your eyes were locked to his as he moved
  954. >Your own brown eyes narrow with a avalanche of emotions
  955. >Fear of what would happen to Lisica if you failed her
  956. >Rage at this interloper for ruining your peaceful weekend in the woods and threatening someone who trusted you.
  957. >Pain at the ever burning slashes that stained your clothing more and more every second
  958. >All these things you felt at once
  959. >your chest heaved as the pain began to set in
  960. >You knew how much long you could hold out for.
  961. >And this threat was, while arrogant, experienced.
  962. >He was waiting for you to succumb to your wounds.
  963. >You needed to goad him into attacking again
  964. >So you steeled yourself for what this insane plan was about to entail
  965. >You forced a calm over your pained expression
  966. >Speaking with as much calm as you could muster.
  967. "How does it feel to know she chose a monster over you?"
  968. >If his face was anything to go by.
  969. >That seemed to do the trick
  970. >A feral growl escaped his throat as he leveled himself at you
  971. >His teeth bared and his stained claws at the ready
  972. >You leaned back against the wall of the cabin as he sprang forwards
  973. >The next few seconds went by in slow motion
  974. >You saw his body leap at you
  975. >his mouth filled with razor sharp fangs bearing down at your neck
  976. >His claws open and ready to slash at your flesh
  977. >But as he was nearly upon you your arm rushed up to greet him
  978. >You felt his teeth sink deep into the flesh of your arm
  979. >You shouted out in pain and anger as you brought your other arm around
  980. >The mirrored steel rapidly approaching his exposed neck
  981. >He tried to bring his arm up to block you but by the time he realized what was about to happen it was already far to late to stop it.
  982. >The blade seemed to simply disappear into his neck
  983. >His eyes going wide with pain and shock
  984. >The knife plunging deep into his throat.
  985.
  986.
  987. >He tried to yowl out in pain
  988. >But the only thing that escaped his mouth was a disgusting gurgle
  989. >Blood flowing both from his mouth as he tried to shout, and from his ruined neck
  990. >A grimace had stained you face as you felt his warm blood roll over your hand.
  991. >With a rough motion you twisted the knife in his neck
  992. >His eye's shooting open as the pain he felt was multiplied a hundred fold.
  993. >His body pushing off of yours as you kept your back against the wooden wall of your cabin.
  994. >You watched him stumble a few feet before he dropped to his knees.
  995. >His hand now stained with more of his blood that your own gripped at his neck
  996. >Trying desperately to keep his life intact as he rapidly bled out.
  997. >You felt the knife drop with your hand
  998. >Its gleaming blade dyed a bright crimson.
  999. >The pain in your arm and in your chest began to overwhelm your senses now
1000. >The pulsing pain that assaulted your brain was almost too much as you pushed yourself up with your uninjured hand
1001. >You watched as the wolf tried to crawl away from you
1002. >A trail of blood pooling around him as he tried to escape
1003. >But with one last struggling gurgle he fell silent
1004. >His corpse twitching in death
1005. >You didn't even give him a second look as you walked slowly back to the front door of your cabin
1006. >Blood running in rivulets over your fingers ad you pushed open the door.
1007. >You didn't even dare look at the damage at this point.
  1008.
  1009. >Every step felt heavy
1010. >Like your shoes had been filled with concrete
1011. >Your chest heaved with each breath
1012. >At the very least at least you knew you didn't have a punctured lung
1013. >When you held your breath you didn't feel anything
1014. >One less thing to worry about you suppose
1015. >You could see your stained shirt as you looked down to find the door knob
1016. >The formerly bright red blood that coated you now turning a dark crimson
1017. >The shredded shirt giving you a view you wished you hadn't actually seen
1018. >The bright red flesh that was flayed open before you was a terrifying sight
1019. >Just how close he had been to killing you in a single swipe
1020. >But you could worry about that later
1021. >right now you had one goal in mind
  1022. >Stop the bleeding
  1023. >Everything after that was a secondary
1024. >You reached forwards with your left hand
1025. >But as you held it out you saw what had been done to that one as well
1026. >Twin sets of fangs had punctured your forearm
1027. >The holes leaking blood in a steady fashion
1028. >You grimaced at this sight as well.
1029. >But you steeled your resolve and pushed open the door>
  1030.
1031. >She slept comfortably in her chair
1032. >The now familiar smells of his home were comforting in a way she had not experienced before
1033. >The smell of wet wood and the slight hanging scent of campfire smoke
1034. >But in her slumber she was happy
1035. >Her Jager holding her close
1036. >His bare skin caressing her soft fur
1037. >His warm body held in close to hers
1038. >She could almost smell him.
1039. >But her sleep was not to last as her ears twitched
1040. >The sound of the door opening caused her to raise her head
1041. >Her sleep blurred eyes only saw his form standing in the doorway for a moment before she blinked
1042. >What she saw then caused her breath to catch in her throat
1043. >She felt her blood run cold as she saw him in his state
1044. >His skin soaked in blood
  1045. >His arm damaged
1046. >And he simply leaned back against the counter as he spoke a single word to her
  1047. "Help"
  1048. >He collapsed then
1049. >His shirt leaving a bloody trail across the wooden wall as he fell
  1050.
1051. >Her eyes were wide with horror
1052. >What could have done this to a Jager
1053. >She had barely even considered her own disheveled state as she sprung out from under the warmth of her makeshift blanket
1054. >Her claws digging into the wood as she sprinted towards his slumped form
1055. >He was still moving slightly
1056. >His arms trying to push himself back up the wall to stand
1057. >But in just a few bounds she was on him
1058. >Her hands hovering over his wounds her body trembling with fear
1059. >She had no idea of what she needed to do
1060. >she had never cared for wounds like this
  1061. >She felt so useless
1062. >Was she doomed to just sit there like a child
1063. >Watching his life slowly slip from his body to stain the floor
1064. >But just before she began to cry she remembered
1065. >How he had cared for her
1066. >What he had done to mend her wounds
  1067. >So she moved with a passion
1068. >Running back to the bedroom
1069. >Her head swiveling about the room as she searched for that red metal box
1070. >Her eyes locked onto it quickly
1071. >Slipping both hands into the handle she yanked back and tried to pick it up
1072. >But the large metal case was heavier than it looked at first
1073. >The case scratching a few feet in the wood before she took a breath
1074. >At this point her adrenaline was pumping through her veins
1075. >Her body nor her mind cared about any limits she thought she might have
1076. >So with a strength she didn't think she had she hauled the box up and waddled back into the main room
1077. >Letting the box down with a loud clang
  1078. >He was still breathing
1079. >Holding his undamaged hand to his chest
1080. >Rivulets of red blood leaking through his fingers
1081. >His eyes swiveled over to you and he seemed to gather his strength
  1082.
  1083. >He spoke with a gruff tone
1084. >Clearly not having the strength of place of mind to talk in a calm tone
1085. "Bottom drawer... Quick clot. And grab me a piece of wood. This is gonna hurt..."
1086. >Her fingers fumbled with the lock on the bottom
1087. >As she pulled it open she looked over the contents
1088. >She grabbed the twin white bags and set them next to her downed Jager
1089. >As she looked over the packets she remembered the second part of his request
1090. >She ran over to the fireplace
  1091. >Grabbing a sizable chunk of firewood
1092. >Handing it to him as she began to use her claw to slice through the shirt
1093. >The fabric rending under her touch and soon his chest was laid bare to her for the first time
1094. >Not nearly in the way she wanted it to be however
1095. >She took up the packet in her hand and tore at the edge with her teeth
1096. >He took the wood and placed it in his mouth
1097. >His teeth bared as he breathed heavily
1098. "Don't worry about what I say or do."
1099. >He looked her in the eyes
1100. >His own betraying the amount of pain he was about to experience
1101. >She nodded and held the packet over his wounds
1102. >He breathed heavily a few times and nodded
1103. >And with that she poured the white powder on his slashes
  1104.
  1105.
1106. >A lightning bolt of pain shot through you
1107. >The wood in your mouth the only thing stopping you from shattering your teeth as your jaw locked up
  1108. "rrrrrrRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHH"
1109. >It felt like she had slammed a red hot knife into the wounds
1110. >she stopped pouring the powder on your chest
1111. >Looking up at you with deep worry in her bright eyes
1112. >She looked like she was about to burst into tears
1113. >You needed her to stay calm
1114. >If nothing else but for your sake she needed to stay calm
1115. >So you reached out to her
1116. >Your shaking hand clasping hers
1117. >She looked between your eyes, your chest, and you hand
1118. >You nodded at her still breathing hard through your teeth and wood
1119. >She looked down at the wounds on your chest and nodded with a renewed look of determination on her chest
  1120.
1121. >She looked down at the wounds on your chest and nodded with a renewed look of determination on her face
1122. >She tipped the packet over again
1123. >Another lance of pain shot through your chest as fresh powder landed on open wounds
1124. >The stinging sensation not letting up
1125. >You groaned in pain again
1126. >Your teeth digging into the wood at you tried to bear the pain
1127. >But as you went to squeeze down on your hand you cracked an eye open
1128. >Her worried face, How her hand shook as she poured the last of the packet on your chest
1129. >But your grip never crushed her hand
1130. >You needed to stay calm for her sake
  1131. >Your hand held hers
1132. >Her soft fur was so comforting
1133. >Such a contrast to the agony you were going through
1134. >You felt a sense of calm pass over you
1135. >Breaking from her face you dared to look down at your wounds
1136. >A white and red crust forming over the lacerations
1137. >The flow of your blow slowing to an almost nonexistent trickle
  1138. >She had done it
1139. >YOU felt pride swell up in your chest
1140. >Not just your own for surviving that
  1141. >But for her
1142. >She had saved your life
1143. >She broke your train of thought as she spoke to you
  1144. >"What happened to you?"
  1145. >You thought for a moment
1146. >You hadn't even considered for a moment what the fuck that wolf was talking about
1147. >You were too busy trying to not let him kill you to be worried about that
1148. >But even now you didn't want to think about that
1149. >you still had other things to worry about
1150. >You spit out the wooden plank
1151. >The piece clattering on the floor
1152. >You saw the imprints your teeth had made in it
1153. >Deep gouges in the piece illustrated just how hard you had bitten down in it
1154. >You still held her hand all this while
1155. >You other hand was still in a bad spot
1156. >the numerous punctures in your flesh seemed to be calming down all on their own
1157. >You'd still need more than a few band-aids through.
  1158.
  1159.
1160. >They looked much worse than they were as it turned out
1161. >Extremedy wounds were always like that though
1162. >Lots of blood flow to those areas and whatnot.
1163. >But as you looked up into her eyes you couldn't bring yourself to tell her what you had done
1164. >You didn't want to bring her down
  1165. "You saved my life."
1166. >She folded her ears back and looked back towards your chest
1167. >Grabbing the large pads of gauze and placing them on your chest
  1168. >Pain pain pain!
1169. >But you suppressed that pain through force of will
1170. >Not wanting to look away from the white vixen.
1171. >"I only did what you would have done."
1172. >You smiled at her response
1173. >Reaching up you let your hand rest on the back of her head
1174. >Petting her gently as she visibly relaxed
1175. >Her tail swishing back and fourth in response to your petting
1176. >You considered what to do for a few moments
1177. >While you were perfectly content sitting there feeling her soft fur in your hands you felt something stir in your chest
1178. >Aside from the piercing pain.
1179. >It wasn't something you could accurately describe with words but nonetheless you felt compelled to act.
1180. >You left your hand on the back of her head
1181. >Summoning your strength you leaned forwards
1182. >Her eyes going wide at your movement
1183. >Turning her muzzle towards you
1184. >But her eyes went even wide her when you made it clear what you were doing
1185. >You felt your lips touch her own
1186. >How her breath stopped in her throat
1187. >The warmth of her skin and fur against your lips
1188. >You felt the small cinder that had developed in your chest burst into a healthy flame
  1189. >It was a kiss of passion
1190. >Not one of lust, or leciduous means
1191. >But one that mean the world to one who gave and received it
  1192. >This was pure.
  1193.
1194. >You felt her soft body squirm slightly as you kept up the soft embrace
1195. >Her muzzle was slightly awkward to kiss being that you had never done it before but you were very quickly getting used to the sensation
1196. >Her cold black nose pressing against your own
1197. >But this was offset by her delicate fingers as she braced herself against your body
1198. >You were about to make another move
1199. >A spur of the moment decision that could change how you saw her every day
1200. >You hooked a hand around to her side
1201. >Your hand landing on the small of her back
1202. >She jumped at that slightly before she cooed into your touch
1203. >As your hand passed over her immaculate body she began to move to facilitate your forwardness
1204. >She swung her leg over you
1205. >Effectively sitting on your exposed abs
1206. >the both of you were thoroughly caught up in the moment
1207. >A single moment in time when the world around the two of you ceased to exist
1208. >But as she pushed down to creep her hips towards your own she readjusted her grip
1209. >Planting her hand firmly on your chest to slide herself down
1210. >Your eyes shot open the very second her hands began to push on you
1211. >Another lance of pain shot though you
1212. >Through nothing short of a herculean effort you managed to suppress an extremely unmanly scream
1213. >But you were no herculese
1214. >And you still let out a pained grunt
1215. >Her own eyes opened as you sounded your reaction
1216. >Lidded with desire for only a moment as she quickly realized what she had just done
1217. >Her hands shot from your body as she recoiled off of you
  1218. >"I'm so sorry!"
1219. >She looked over you again from a foot away
1220. >Seemingly gun-shy of even touching you for a few seconds
  1221. "I'm... Fine..."
1222. >You were most certainly not fine
1223. >But you didn't want to make her feel any worse than she probably already did
1224. >She held the lighter around her neck in a death grip
1225. >your eyes met with hers as she spoke again
  1226. "Its fine. I'm alright."
1227. >The pain began to subside again
1228. >The sharp throbbing pain fading into a dull ache.
1229. >As you looked over her face she was blushing
1230. >Even through all that white fur her embarrassment bled through
1231. >Her hands still tightly clasped that lighter of yours
  1232. >You stood slowly
1233. >Using the wall to bolster your efforts
1234. >But ignoring the pain in your arm and your chest you do eventually manage to stand.
1235. >Turning towards your diminutive vixen you extend an arm.
1236. "Maybe when I'm less torn up we can talk about that huh?"
1237. >She walks towards to slowly
1238. >Eventually pushing up under your arm and side
1239. >Curling her soft tail around your leg
1240. >You smiled down at her
1241. >"What did this to you? A bear?"
1242. >That sentence brought a moment of realization to you
1243. >You had killed another anthro
1244. >It had to have been a wolf and not a really big fox right?
1245. >Did you want to lie to her
1246. >But then she had a much keener nose than you
1247. >If she smelt a wolfs blood outside surely she could put two and two together
1248. >After a few seconds of deliberations you sighed deeply and prepared to speak
1249. "A wolf came after me."
1250. >She looked up at you with wide eyes
  1251. "An anthro. Like you..."
  1252. >You waited for a few seconds
1253. >For the pain of her claws or a punch to impact you
  1254. >For her to panic
1255. >The illusion of you being nothing but a gentle giant being shattered by none other than the one she trusted ultimately.
1256. >You couldn't even bear to look at her.
1257. >The silent rejection and rage you feared would twist her visage into something you never wanted to see.
1258. >But as the seconds ticked away
  1259. >That moment never came
1260. >You dared to look down at her
1261. >Her eyes were still wide
1262. >But her face bore no discernible emotion
  1263.
1264. >Her head was buzzing with thought
1265. >There was no way her Jager had killed him without his rifle
1266. >She was certain that these Jagers were fierce in fighting with their tools
  1267. >But without them
  1268. >They had no claws
1269. >Not fangs save for his relatively tiny canines.
1270. >Nothing but muscle and bone
1271. >But if what he was telling her was true
1272. >Then he had killed a wolf on his own
1273. >Her legs shook slightly from the predator prey instinct that tried to take hold of her
1274. >But she shook those thoughts from her mind
1275. >She knew damn well she could trust him
1276. >But she had to be certain
1277. >If it was THAT wolf
  1278. >"Where is he"
1279. >She looked directly into his eyes
  1280. >A look of determination
1281. >He motioned towards the back of the cabin
1282. "If he died he's still back there"
  1283. >He shrugged
1284. "Wasn't really interested in making sure he was dead."
1285. >She jogged towards the door
1286. >Her body not wanting to waste a single second when the possibility of him getting away was that close
1287. >But as she rounded the corner she stopped suddenly
1288. >The stench of dried blood filled her nose
1289. >She gasped in shock as she saw the wolf
1290. >Face down in the dirt
1291. >A pool of deep crimson blood soaking into his fur around him
  1292. >Utterly motionless
1293. >She walked with slow tentative steps
1294. >Trying not to make a sound as she approached
1295. >But as she drew near she began to confirm her suspicions.
1296. >The marks on his coat
1297. >The chunk missing from his left ear
1298. >And what sealed the deal with the necklace tied around his neck
1299. >Many shiny baubles dangling from his neck
1300. >And the one that had set her off that fateful morning
1301. >The piece of stained wood in the shape of a fox's face
1302. >The piece her father had given to this wolf
1303. >She hooked a claw under the string and ripped it away from his ruined neck
1304. >The string and most of the other trinkets soaked in his own lifeblood
1305. >She held it up in front of her
1306. >Her eyes transfixed on the wooden fox.
1307. >A part of her wanted to hurl it into the woods
1308. >Never to see it again
1309. >Another wanted to give it back to her father
1310. >But they would shun her for befriending a Jager
1311. >then a third idea popped into her mind
1312. >And she took the trinket in her hands
1313. >looking over the features it possessed
1314. >The dark red stain the wood had taken on
1315. >She silently wondered to herself if he would even accept something like this
1316. >He had given her something amazing
1317. >How could she hope to compare to that
1318. >But she had put her fair in him before and it had been the best decision she had ever made
1319. >Now it was time for her to put her faith in herself
1320. >She nodded and began to walk back towards the quaint cabin
1321. >Wrapping the twine around it so that she could more easily keep it hidden in her hand
1322. >She began to walk slowly back to the front of the cabin every now and then taking a few moments to make sure that this was going to be her plan
1323. >As she stood before the door she took one last look at her charm
1324. >And with a confidence she hadn't felt in a long time she pushed open the door to where her Jager awaited her.
  1325.
1326. >With the wooden idol in her hand she pushed open the wooden door to the cabin
1327. >Her head held high and with a smile on her face
1328. >Like the things that happened just a few short moments ago had been years ago
1329. >He had, even if unintentional, freed her again from a bond she wanted nothing to do with
1330. >To be a pawn in the games her pack's chief and the chief of the wolf pack had been playing since before she was born
1331. >So as she opened the door she was taken aback for a moment to see him sitting in his chair
1332. >Tending to the last few wounds left unattended too.
1333. >A bloody rag hung on his knee as he placed the last of his bandages across his forearm
1334. >His gaze lifting up to her as she stood in the door frame
  1335. "What was it?"
1336. >He looked like he held shame
1337. >Like he thought what he had done was wrong
1338. >She stepped forwards again towards him
1339. "You must be so mad at me."
1340. >She knew he couldn't be so wrong
1341. >But she walked towards his reclined spot
  1342. "I didn't want to kill him."
  1343. >She stood in-front of him.
1344. >He held his head low
1345. >His eyes couldn't bear to look into the vixens own and see the sadness in them he had brought to them
1346. >She knew if she simply spoke to him that he would simply dismiss them
1347. >Filing them away to hollow comfort
1348. >So she did what she knew couldn't be misinterpreted
1349. >What would show him just how she felt
  1350.
1351. >You kept your head low
1352. >Like a puppy that had pissed on the rug
1353. >She probably hated you for killing another anthro
1354. >What if she knew him
1355. >What if it was someone she liked
  1356. >Or worse than that a lover?
1357. >So you sat there wallowing in shame
1358. >You didn't even think about trying to scare him off or sparing him
1359. >You had devolved into a beast and simply killed him
1360. >But you had to right?
1361. >Your mind raced as you waited for a slap across the face
1362. >Or for her claws to rake across your chest
  1363. >But it never came
1364. >The only thing you felt was warm fur on your head
  1365.
1366. >As you sat there like a complete loser you felt her warm fur on your forehead
1367. >Her arms wrapped around your neck as she pulled you into a hug
  1368. >What had inspired this?
1369. >This was one of the least likely responses from Lisica you had considered
1370. >To show you affection for what you had done
1371. >You had killed one of her kind
1372. >How could she possibly be grateful?
1373. >But she squeezed you tighter as she spoke again
  1374. >"Thank you."
1375. >You wanted to push her off and ask why?
1376. >But you weren't about to look a gift horse in the mouth
1377. >For reasons that you didn't know she was happy about this
1378. >And you decided to just go with it
1379. >You wrapped your arms around her and pulled her in closer
  1380. "I'm sorry Lisica."
1381. >You felt her hand rest on your head
1382. >Petting you as you sat there in her embrace
1383. >You breathed deeply simply deciding to enjoy her warmth
1384. >She hooked a finger under your chin to bring your gaze to her eyes
1385. >They held no anger for you
1386. >The happy wistful eyes of the vixen looked at you with nothing but happiness
1387. >You felt her fiddling with something behind your head but you chose to ignore it when you looked over her once pristine fur
1388. >Splotches of blood matting down her fur on some places
1389. >Her chest and her hands were stained with blood from that wolf
1390. >But as she pulled away from you you felt something hanging from your neck
1391. >Looking down you took the bauble in your hand
  1392. >A wooden fox
1393. >Stained red on the tip of its ear
1394. >You looked between your new necklace and her face
1395. >She looked like she was waiting for you to speak
1396. >and after a few moments considering how you would respond to her you spoke
  1397. "Thank you."
1398. >Another heartbeat past before you spoke again
  1399. "I love it."
  1400.
1401. >This was something that must have mean alot to her
1402. >She had reacted so joyfully when you had given her that lighter so maybe these kinds of actions had quite a bit of significance to her kind
1403. >So you stood slowly again
1404. >Pulling her in close to you and speaking gently to her
  1405. "Thank you."
1406. >You tipped her white muzzle up towards you
  1407. >and kissed her again
1408. >It felt the same as the first time
  1409. >No lust behind it
1410. >It was a display of pure affection
1411. >You felt her press herself against you gently as you let your mind wander
1412. >Eventually the two of you seperated
1413. >You felt a smile work its way back onto your face
1414. "C'mere lets get you cleaned up. Cant have my Lisica looking like that"
1415. >So the two of you walked over to the sink
1416. >Shedding your shirt, or at least what remained of it
1417. >And using a clean washrag to get the most of the blood out of her coat
1418. >You reached under the counter looking for the brush your father had stashed here for his hunting dogs
1419. >Having found it you made your way back towards the crackling fire
1420. >You sat cross legged with her sitting nicely in your lap
1421. >The comb gliding through her fur
1422. >Every stroke seemed to elicit a reaction from her
1423. >Her back arching slightly as you brought in down the center of her back
1424. >Or as her tail flicked about when you drug it down the lithe apendage
1425. >Her happy little noises only encouraging you to continue
1426. >every now and then the teeth of the comb would snag on a knot and she would jump slightly
1427. >But with deft and gentle movements you managed to work out the rough spots
1428. >She simply melted into you as you worked
1429. >"You should do this more often. I've never felt anything like this before..."
1430. >She closed her eyes as she leaned back into you
1431. "You wont have to ask me twice"
1432. >You continued to groom her
1433. >Her coat looking its best since you had first laid eyes on the vixen
1434. >The warm glow of the fire, and the brush strokes serving to fluff out her coat even more so
  1435.
1436. >As the day turned to evening you felt her breathing soften.
1437. >Her body going lax in your arms as you continued to groom her
1438. >She seemed so happy in your arms
1439. >A world of difference from when you first found her just a few short days ago
1440. >But this little vixen had turned your world on its head.
1441. >You continued to comb her fur
1442. >Its pure sheen reflecting some of the firelight and giving off an aura that words could not accurately describe
1443. >It was like the morning sun reflecting off of a fresh winter snow
1444. >You knew she was sleeping
1445. >But he just couldn't bring himself to move yet
1446. >The risk of rousing her from her sleep was too great
1447. >You could sit like this for days with her
1448. >Just enjoying her presence and you could tell she felt the same for you.
1449. >But he felt a yawn coming on and he decided now was the best time to move with her
1450. >You hooked a hand under her and lifted her sleeping body up into his arms
1451. >Smiling as she pushed her head and neck into the crook of his neck and tried to find a more comfortable spot for herself
1452. >Carrying her gently you pushed your way into the bedroom
1453. >You laid back into the bed
1454. >Pulling back the sheets you fell back
1455. >Her fire warmed body laid against you as you pulled the sheet over the two of you
1456. >You had never felt more comfortable in your life.
1457. >Her silver lighter hanging around her neck reflecting the moonlight
1458. >And your own wooden necklace cold against your skin
1459. >You wrapped an arm around her and pulled her closer
1460. >Letting the sweet embrace of sleep overwhelm you as it had her
1461. >Your wounds all but forgotten
1462. >Warm and comfortable in each others arms.
  1463.
1464. >The cold night air has no effect on you
1465. >The warm bundle of fur and fluff that lay next to you was more than enough to keep the cold at bay
1466. >But as you were roused from your sleep you felt her stir slightly
1467. >You looked down to see her face nestled against you
1468. >Her ears and tail twitching in her sleep
1469. >You could only imagine what she was dreaming of
1470. >But her face was not the peaceful one you had fallen asleep to
1471. >So you did the only thing you thought would help
1472. >You ran a hand down her back
1473. >Petting her soft white fur gently
1474. >Trying to lull her back to a peaceful sleep
1475. >Leaning in you kissed the top of her head
  1476. "Shhhh its okay."
  1477. >You spoke in a gentle whisper
  1478. "I'm here."
1479. >You continued to pet her gently
1480. >It was at times like this when you really appreciated her happiness
1481. >How she looked at you when you were brushing her hair last night
1482. >But as the moments went on you felt her calming down
1483. >Her twitches and murmurs in her sleep calming back down
1484. >Her face returning to that happy smile that you so loved.
1485. >And as she slept you to found yourself slipping back into the sweet embrace of sleep.
1486. >Wondering what she was dreaming about
  1487.
1488. >As the sun crept into the window above a single beam of light struck her right in the face
1489. >Her features contorting until she could no longer ignore that cursed sun
1490. >His back was to the window and as a result he had not woken up yet.
1491. >She shifted slightly not wanting to abandon the warmth of their bed yet
1492. >She giggled softly as she looked up
1493. >He had a line of drool running out of the corner of his mouth
1494. >This was her fearsome Jager
1495. >The Jager that had killed a wolfpack alpha in single combat.
1496. >She decided it was best to let him be
1497. >He could wake up when he wanted to
1498. >But as she shifted she felt something poking her hip
  1499.
1500. >Her curiosity overwhelming her she snuck a look down under the sheets
1501. >And what she saw made her blush harder than she could ever remember
1502. >Her Jager's manhood was pitching one hell of a tent in his boxers
  1503. >Her brain locked up
1504. >Should she just ignore it?
1505. >But when would she get another opportunity to see him at his *ahem* fullest.
1506. >the temptation to slink down beneath the covers and peel back the cloth prison holding him back was great
1507. >Her hips shifting with need
1508. >But as she moved to release herself from his grasp and duck down below to explore her Jager
  1509. >He moved
1510. >Pulling her closer to him with one of his arms
1511. >She could feel her breasts pressing against his pecs.
1512. >And worse yet she felt his arousal pressing hard against her thigh
1513. >She felt her body heating up
  1514. >Every nerve was honed to a razor's edge.
  1515. >She felt his heartbeat
1516. >The heat his body was giving off
  1517. >His rhythmic breathing
1518. >Even his nearly silent whispers
1519. >Her ears perking up as she tried to listen in to him
  1520. "Lisica...I need you"
1521. >She didn't think she could blush any harder
  1522. >Was this the moment
1523. >Where she would become his vixen
1524. >Thoughts raced though her head
1525. >Would she take advantage of his unconscious lust?
1526. >No that would be wrong of her
1527. >It was the male's place to initiate her becoming his
1528. >So she sat there in silence for a few minuets
1529. >Trying her best to block out her animal instincts
1530. >But she could only do so much
1531. >Her body was reacting despite her minds best efforts to resist
1532. >She could feel herself getting hotter and hotter
1533. >Her ears folding back as she let out a pathetic whine
1534. >Her tail whipping against the mattress
1535. >She watched as her writhing in his grip seemed to rouse him from his slumber
1536. >His eyes tightening before they opened slightly
  1537.
1538. >You hadn't slept that well in a long time
1539. >Even your first night with her hadn't been this good
1540. >But as reality invaded your senses you remembered how you had fallen asleep
1541. >With Lisica in your arms
1542. >As you looked down you smiled
1543. >Her ears were splayed back against her head
1544. >And you could see her blush even through her thick white fur
  1545. >Was something wrong?
1546. >You tried to think for a few seconds
1547. >Did you do anything wrong?
1548. >But as you thought you felt her shimmy slightly against you
1549. >The reality of your situation crashing down on you like a ton of bricks
1550. >Yours eyes shot open and every fiber of your being wanted to push off of her and apologize until you were blue in the face
1551. >But there was something about this moment
1552. >Something special about how her eyes were still locked with yours
1553. >Maybe this was the moment
1554. >You pulled her closer to you as you ducked your head down
1555. >You felt her lips touch your again
1556. >There was something feral behind this kiss though
1557. >While it was not as pure as your first kiss it was no less special to you
1558. >It was one of desire
1559. >You wanted to give her all of you and you wanted to experience all of her
1560. >You felt her push her hips into you
1561. >Her delicate moan of desire
1562. >You felt her hand drift down from your chest to your boxers
  1563. >Pushing them down gently
1564. >You felt your manhood spring free
1565. >Her hands roaming over it as she explored her mate to be
1566. >You let your own hands wander over her body
1567. >Your hand gliding over her hips up to her own chest
1568. >Squeezing gently you heard her sigh at your touch
1569. >While you wanted nothing more in your heart of hearts to simply flip her onto her front and ravage her
1570. >You wanted to be gentle with her
1571. >So you kept up your oral dance
1572. >Your lips pressing against hers only breaking to come up for air
1573. >You looked into her eyes
1574. >They bore the same joy as when you had given her your lighter
  1575.
1576. >She shifted next to you
1577. >Pushing herself onto her front as she flipped her tail up.
1578. >You grinned as she presented herself to you
1579. >As much as your inner man wanted to pounce on her
1580. >You wanted to make this special for her
1581. >even more so than you assumed it already was to her
1582. "Lets do it my way."
1583. >She craned her neck to look back at you letting out a needy whine
1584. >"But this is how all the vixens back in my pack had taught me"
1585. >You smiled as you flipped her over onto her back
1586. >Her tail swaying under her as she brought her legs up slightly
1587. "This is how Jagers make love."
1588. >You pushed yourself between her legs
1589. >Your turgid manhood pressing lightly against her slit
1590. >You leaned in towards her face as you pressed gently against her
  1591. >"I've never had a mate before..."
  1592. >You stopped your advance
1593. >Looking up at her she seemed almost ashamed
  1594. "Don't worry Lisca. I've got you."
  1595. >You kissed her again
1596. >She seemed to calm down with your touch
1597. >You started to push into her again
1598. >She shifted under you her fingers digging into the mattress
1599. >Her moans were intoxicating and drove you to try ever harder to slide into her.
1600. >But just as you thought you were about to slide inside her you slipped
1601. >Your shaft laying against her hips
1602. >"Maybe I'm just not enough for you"
1603. >She turned away from you
1604. >She looked like she was on the verge of tears
1605. >You were not going to let her first time end like this
1606. >So you did the only thing you knew to do.
1607. >You ducked down to kiss her again
1608. >She seemed to relax back into you
1609. >Seemingly content in just enjoying your embrace
1610. >But with a free hand you aimed your manhood again
1611. >Pressing slightly against her flower
1612. >And with one deft motion you bucked your hips forwards.
1613. >And you felt your cock delve into her
1614. >Her eyes widening with shock as she let out a feral moan
  1615. >"God above!"
1616. >You drank in her reactions like a fine wine.
1617. >Each twitch and moan serving to drive you forwards
  1618.
1619. >You waited a few moments to let her get used to you
1620. >She was a good bit smaller than you after all and the last thing you wanted was to hurt her.
1621. >You spoke to her again to make sure she was okay
1622. "You say the word and I'll stop. I don't want to hurt you."
1623. >You wanted her first time with you to be amazing.
1624. >And you'd be damned if through your own arrogance and lust you ruined this for her
1625. >But when she nodded you knew you were ready to keep going
  1626. >She was astoundingly tight
1627. >Her walls massaging you with every flex and twitch
1628. >You drove forwards in at an agonizingly slow pace.
1629. >Each inch you pushed into her elicited another reaction
1630. >High pitched moans and hitches in her breath making you want to throw caution to the wind
1631. >Her claws digging into the mattress as her tail whipped about.
1632. >Eventually her eyes shot open as you felt yourself hit a barrier
  1633. >"Oh!"
1634. >You looked down to her and saw there was only a few inches of yourself left outside her
1635. >But you knew she had her limits
1636. >You drew back out of her
1637. >Pulling out almost as slowly as you had driven into her
1638. >Until only your tip remained inside her
1639. >Then you drove back in
1640. >Remembering to stop short of where you had gotten on your first attempt.
1641. >Creating a strong and steady rhythm as you well and truly made love to that beautiful white vixen.
1642. >Your groans creating a harmony with her own as you made her your vixen
1643. >You could tell she was having the time of her life
1644. >Sharing one of her most intimate experiences with you was something you'd cherish for the rest of your life.
1645. >The two of you lit by the morning sun moved in harmony
1646. >Her hips starting to push up towards your own as you found your pace.
1647. >Each moment that went by saw your pace increase.
1648. >You movements becoming faster and harder as she shouted with pure pleasure.
  1649.
1650. >you wanted to make this last longer and if it weren't for her body's incredible tightness you would.
1651. >But at the very least you wanted to see her climax before you did.
  1652. >"Oh gods above. Yes!"
1653. >You felt her body beginning to twitch
1654. >If you had to guess you knew what was coming for her
1655. >You felt your own climax rushing towards you only a few errant motions from rushing over that precipice.
1656. >You leaned down and embraced her
1657. >Your lips meeting hers as you felt yourself cum
1658. >Her muffled shouts of please mixed with your own body's primal pleasure
1659. >You felt each spasm of muscle as you rode out the last few waning moments of your climax
1660. >You wanted to simply collapse but Lisica pulled away from her kiss
1661. >Stopping you from pulling out
1662. >"No. Leave it in. Just for a little while?"
1663. >You smiled down on her
1664. >Her panting smiling face was impossible to deny.
1665. >You rolled over pulling her in close to you
1666. >Her chest rising and falling against your own as you closed your eyes and tried to simply enjoy the moment
1667. >Her hand draped across your chest
  1668. >"Thank you."
  1669.
1670. >You turned your head down to face her
1671. >Pressing your lips together for a moment before you responded
1672. "That was amazing. You're amazing Lisica"
1673. >You simply basked in the afterglow of your first time with Lisica
1674. >There was a slight sting on your chest where she laid but you could honestly care less
1675. >Her soft fur rubbed on you as she rested on you
  1676. >This truly was a beautiful moment
1677. >Alone in a wood cabin with a beautiful woman
1678. >You felt her move slightly against you
1679. >Her head resting on your chest as your arms wrapped around her
1680. >You just wanted her to be even closer to you
1681. >But a thought filtered through your brain
1682. >One that you hadn't really considered through this whole weekend getaway
1683. >This was the last day you could spend out here
1684. >And you had to get back to your home
1685. >That thought wiped the grin off of your face
1686. >Your hand that had been idly stroking her back stopped suddenly
1687. >She apparently took notice of your attitude change as she looked up at you
  1688. >"Whats wrong?"
1689. >Her voice was charged with legitimate concern
1690. >You continued to stare up at the ceiling as you tried to think of a way to stay out here just a day longer
1691. >But nothing came to you
1692. >There were a few anthros in the city but they were few and far between
1693. >Most of them having been brought up as glorified servants or help staff
1694. >You weren't sure how people would react to you being in such an intimate relationship with an anthro
1695. >But as your gaze drifted back down you locked eyes with her
1696. >Those piercing eyes that seemed to stare deep into your very soul
1697. >And your heart was charged with passion again
1698. >Those other people could rightly go fuck themselves
1699. >You were happy with her as she was with you
1700. >What more could you ask for?
  1701. "Nothing's wrong Lisica"
1702. >She seemed to relax slightly
1703. >Her tail swishing with content
  1704. >"I love you."
  1705. >Those words
1706. >Those three words carried with them such weight
1707. >And your reply was genuine
  1708. "I love you too."
  1709.
  1710. The End.
