  1. Soda Popper
  2. ~ Hype effect appears when at >15% hype
  3. Better communicate to the user and enemy when air jumps are available on the scout.
  4.
  5. Support Structures
  6. ~ Fixed health while constructing to be more consistent
  7. Buildings were able to tank damage they shouldn't have while constructing, this fix should hopefully remedy that.
  8.
  9. Sappers
  10. + Increased Spy Radar highlight time to 5 seconds (was 3s)
  11. - This includes you too
  12. A buff to its duration to allow for spy's team to followup a bit easier on him revealing the enemies, still counterbalanced by the spy risking exposing himself too.
  13.
  14. Eyelander
  15. + Added, Press SPECIAL ATTACK to use 1 head to gain a 3 second speed boost
  16. + Removed max secondary ammo penalty
  17. ~ Audio and visual effect is played on using a head
  18. - Heads capped at 6 max
  19. - Speed boost effect removed on-kill
  20. The weapon was considered fairly overkill with the instant speed boost it granted making it too easy to close the gap or escape after a kill. Rather than remove it outright, it was changed to be activated for the exchange of a head while also giving you a fairly low limit to them. This will hopefully keep that same utility and making it more flexible for the demo to use, but requiring he eat into his permanent buffs to benefit.
  21.
  22. Persian Persuader
  23. + Added: +100% ammo gained from ammo packs
  24. A way to lessen the downside of the weapon when used with either grenades or stickies, allowing the demo to stay topped off despite his lower max ammo amounts.
  25.
  26. Mannmelter
  27. + Added +20% damage bonus
  28. + Removed: Mini-crits whenever it would crit
  29. - Removed damage bonus vs burning targets
  30. - Increased afterburn duration penalty to -60% (was -40%)
  31. The prior version was rather convoluted in its expectations for you. This version attempts to be simpler to with a more punchier initial hit especially on a crit strike, with less need to setup on someone with afterburn.
