Suddenly Probes and and a Buzzard on D in home. A plan was formed by Jento and me to catch him. 2 Sabres and an Ares should cover both statics. Instead of an explorer we suddenly had a neutral Sabre on grid.  It immediately burned away from the hole adn tried to lure Jento and me in our Sabres away. Jentso Alt in the Ares warps in, tried to go for the Sabre and died to it as we see a Phantasm on D. We both got out of the enemies's bubble and saved the ships.
I was still eager to get a kill and Parzivel joined in in his Rupture, offered himself as heavy tackler/bait. Parzivel undocked first and warped near c5a location with the help from Leesl's cruicial intel (he has been eyes on grid for the whole engagements). The Phantasm went for abrwal as I undocked in my Oracle. Phantasm died quickly.
After noticing it's HardKnocks while scooping loot I quickly peeked into that C5a seeing the Phantasm Pilot again. This time in a Nightmare. He asked me in local if we still want to fight and I started to chat with him ( https://pastebin.com/GGXSBy08)
Meanwhile on the other side of our system in the other static, people happily did some hauling - despite Singularity chat was full of intel about a Sabre, Buzzard and a Phantasm cruising wihtin our home.

Apparently NC. sneaked into our backyard.
While trying to organize a small group to fight that Nightmare infomration gain via chat was too slow to properly react (1 min 30s before we knew where got caught).

With that issue semi solved (sorry mate) we went on to fight that NIghtmare.  On the hole we get word from Vonix that he is setting next to the Nightmare in his Stratios, 100km off the hole. I quickly switched to a command destroyer adn we all jumped in (somone already lemming ahead). In c4a I ordered all to approach me in order to jump everybody on our target. Sadly Drakes are slower than a frozen sloth, giving everbody a head start to bumb my ship in the most crucial moment. Jumping 100km into a random direction left us 150km away from our target and enabled us to fleet warp to Vonix.
This fleet scared our target and got him to call reinforcements that arrived shortly after our initial tackle. Hell broke loose, nothign would die except our own ships. I totally forgot about my heating on my AB and ended up with a full burned mid rack. Wihtout much to do I retreated and was greeted by a grown NC. gang in our home that failed to catch me.
After the massacre I kep chatting with Mr. nightmare/phantasm for a while (https://pastebin.com/d6xqrcbS).

My personal MVPs this day:
 - Leesl for constantly providing eyes and crucial intel
 - Vonix for having setup a cloaky tackle long before the fight

Some issues with that night:
- our allies could not join standing fleet (pls make sure +5 standing can join!)
- hauling not being on coms and not being in standing fleet while enemies in system BAD IDEA
- leet doctrines are useful (vexors would have been nice)
- combat readiness before the fight starts/ battelgroup heading out
- if you want to trust somebody, have at least backup ready
