  1. FAQ
  2.
  3. If you need assistance, please check the FAQ answers to the questions below for any questions you may have before creating a support ticket.
  4.
  5. → Q: What is RBLX.deals?
  6. A: RBX.market is a secure, trusted and reliable website that sells ROBLOX limiteds (automated trades) and ROBUX (via group fund payouts), purchasable via Paypal. If you'd like to buy funds or limiteds, head to https://rblx.deals/ - the landing page displays limited items on sale; to navigate to the ROBUX section, click the 'ROBUX' tab on the top right.
  7.
  8. → Q: How much do you charge for ROBUX?
  9. A: We charge a rate of $4.25 per R$1000, 66% cheaper than the rates charged by ROBLOX! All ROBUX payments are done via group payout meaning they are not decreased by ROBLOX tax, however you require adequate group space to purchase the ROBUX.
  10.
  11. → Q: I want to make a purchase. How does the ROBUX/Limiteds buying process work?
  12. A: When on the ROBUX page of https://rblx.deals, select a shop you would like to buy from with an amount of stock that is closest to the amount of R$ you'd like to buy. If one shop does not have enough stock to meet the amount you require, feel free to make further purchases from other shops on the site afterwards in order to obtain the desired amount you want to purchase (however please note the limit for the amount of purchases a day is 5). After you select a shop, you will be asked to enter the amount of ROBUX you would like - enter an amount that is within the stock limit of the shop and you will then be given the link to the group. After joining the group, complete the payment and the site's automated system will pay you out within 5 minutes. Invoices can be provided by staff on request if needed.
  13.
  14. For limiteds, simply choose the limited you would like to buy and enter your account username. Please note you require a BC account and at least one item with an RAP below R$500 to purchase a limited item on-site. The site's automated system will then send a trade to your account, offering the item you purchased in return for one limited from your inventory worth below R$500 RAP. Please make sure you accept this trade offer as soon as possible.
  15.
  16. → Q: Is RBLX.deals trustworthy to buy/sell from?
  17. A: Yes - RBXdeals is a reliable, safe service that has accumulated hundreds of customers as well as many vendors. All our transactions are automated, safe and secure meaning goods will be received promptly after payment. Sellers' accounts are also 100% secure.
  18.
  19. → Q: How do I become a seller?
  20. A: Fill out the application at https://rblx.deals/Apply/ - please note that if you'd like to be a vendor you require at least R$25,000 in RAP, R$20000 in group funds, or R$5000 in group funds but also a steady source of revenue to the group (e.g. R$200 a day).
  21.
  22. → Q: Why do you need my ROBLOX cookie for me to become a seller?
  23. A: We need your cookie if you want to become a reseller so the site's bot is able automatically handle trades and group payouts whenever you make a sale to a buyer. This bot is 100% automated and we can guarantee that no site staff will access or tamper with a vendor's account in any way.
  24.
  25. → Q: What are the fees when I become a seller?
  26. A: RBLX.deals charges a flatrate tax of 4% on all sales on both items and funds, in order to cover operational costs and support the site's staff.
  27.
  28. → Q: What if I sell something and I get CB'ed (chargedback)?
  29. A: Our support team is trained in dealing with chargebacks and staff will always provide you with the assistance and evidence needed in order to successfully win a chargeback dispute. The site's API allows us to view the ROBLOX username corresponding to the PayPal email of any user that makes a chargeback claim, as well as the transaction information. In cases where the financial loss is significant, RBLX.deals staff may assist the vendor in filing an FBI IC3 complaint form, a US agency responsible for dealing with online fradulent activity including malicious financial transactions.
  30.
  31. → Q: I made a purchase but I did not receive the item/funds, what can I do?
  32. A: Contact a member of the support team to open up a support ticket. We will investigate accordingly and assist you in getting the goods or receiving a refund. Please note this is an extremely rare situation and is unlikely to ever happen.
