  1. Thank you to everyone who I met at ESA 2017 for making the event awesome too! I had a really good time and I might go again next year if I have the funds. To go over some quick pros, the venue was SUPER nice! We were in this sporting arena with padding on the floor with TVs and stuff set up everywhere in that area, with the 2nd stream being in a kitchen area above the stands in this area. For the first half of the event there were arcade machines set up in one corner, including Quick and Crash, a Light Gun game where you quickdraw shot targets. It had a built-in In Game Timer so basically everyone speedran that when it was there http://www.speedrun.com/quac. My runs of Star Fox Assault and 007 Agent Under Fire went well! I was actually about 16 seconds off my WR in that game by the time the run was done, so that was really awesome! I lost 2 minutes in Mission 4 in Star Fox Assault to failing the boss quick kill at the end of the mission really awfully, but beyond that the rest of the run was spot on! The Kirby Nightmare in Dream Land race with Famarok however didn't go so well for a multitude of reasons I don't want to get into here tbh, but we both had a lot of fun so it was alright! People said my commentary for all 3 of my runs was outstanding, so I'm extremely pleased with that more than anything :) There was a Smash tournament that happened in the same venue on the first weekend of ESA called Azension II, and I got 9th in Smash 4 Singles there (losing last hit game 5 mind you). I also got to commentate Top 8 there so that was pretty sweet! It was really awesome meeting all the Scandinavian Smashers while I was there, and I hope to see them do better and better in tournaments in the future! There was a pizza place near the venue that had some of the best pizza I've ever had, and I wish it was near my house instead so I can go there all the time. McDonalds and Burger King were actually really good in Europe, which I wasn't expecting since I would never willingly go to either of them in the US. Burger King also delivered to the venue for most of the event, so that was pretty sweet. There's a lot of people here to name that made the event awesome, but if I met you at ESA and you read this, thank you for making the event amazing for me. I'm very glad to have hung out with all of you and put faces to the names/voices for some of you <3 Thanks for making my first trip to Europe really great! If anyone has any questions about the event that I didn't cover here, feel free to shoot it my way :>
