Q: How to host dedicated server only without downloading full game?

A: You only need 2 things: Server Fix and Clear world file (in attachments). Put Clear world files to ..\server\config\; Put Server Fix near those folders: server and daemon; Open LauncherConfig.ini, the first parameter is World ID, you may find it in \server\config\world_x.xml (ex. \server\config\world_1.xml), the second one is name of the World Folder, you may find it at the same place (ex. server\config\world_1_db). To launch server run LaunchServer.exe. If you want to create your own world, you have to put server fix to the game folder, create the world in the game (you have to enter to the world at least once) and then just copy \server\config\world_x.xml and server\config\world_x_db to your server folder, again configure LauncherConfig.ini and then launch the server.

Q: I don’t want to use Steam with Dedicated server, is that possible?

A: If you don’t want to use Steam at all with dedicated servers, take: steamclient.dll, vstdlib_s.dll, Steam.dll, tier0_s.dll files from your Steam Folder and put them into Server Folder (..\server\).

Q: How to configure Server Settings?

A: All settings are located in server\config\world_x.xml file.

Q: Can I play on legit server?

A: No, you cannot.

Q: How to connect to any server (mine or someone’s server)?

A: In-game use only Direct Connection button.
