After consultation with our engineers your server is currently sitting in a kernel panic state and despite working on it we have been unable to resolve this.

Your options here are to have the server restored from a Snapshot or to rebuild the server.

The Snapshot service is a chargeable service that you would need to speak to our sales team about. Unfortunately they will not now be available until tomorrow morning.

Rebuilding your server can be carried out via the Fasthosts control panel, however this will restore the server back to it's default settings as it was when it was initially deployed.
